PODS is great. Both drivers for pickup and delivery were excellent - though in Portland they supposedly can't go up onto the curb to get the PODS any closer than one foot away from the curb (be sure to let your neighbors know) The PODS was clean and had a lot of attachment points. Pro tip: call PODS when making a reservation to get the best deal - and lock in your move as far out as possible to avoid Peak Season hikes. Also - relax! Our entire life in a 1300 sq ft house fit into a 16ft PODS. You can do it! Just google franks worldwide moving to watch how they pack a moving truck. :)

Pods delivered and picked up on the scheduled days, their website communications could be improved, not clear on the website what they were doing, I had to call to clarify.

The PODS staff were very helpful. I loved the fact that once the POD was packed I didn't have to do anything else. PODS came and picked the container up, stored it until I was ready, and dropped it off at my new location without a single problem!!

I used POD's for my moving and everything went as scheduled. I couldn't believe how much you can pack in and when you secure your belongings properly nothing shifted or broke in transit. It was so convenient to have it for a month and pack whenever you had time and there are no ramps to walk up as the POD sits ground level. Definitely would use them again.

I haven't received my Pod yet because I have not requested it, but the drop-off and pick-up went flawlessly.

First container delivered was too small, and appeared old and worn. second container was much better. Drop off and pick up were on schedule. There was damage to my lawn and asphalt driveway from the delivery truck. I am not sure if I would use this company again.

After reading many OLD negative reviews, I was a bit nervous. The container was delivered in the time window as promised with professional phone calls and proper follow up when delivered and picked up. The website states the proper costs and details. I'm only half way through the PODS experience but so far so good. I would recommend them.

Dealing with Pods and all involved with them was top notch! My belongings will be transported to another location, so I have not seen the finished product, but so far so good.

PODS came right on schedule for both drop off and pick up. They maneuvered very carefully in our driveway. The POD was very clean and easy to load. This was an excellent way to move a modest amount of furniture from MI to FL. Working with PODS on the phone was easy and the staff was knowledgeable and polite. We would definitely use them again.

On time and accomadating....

We used a 16x8 PODS container to move across the country. We were completely satisfied with the service. The Pod contained a lot of heavy furniture from 4 large rooms, plus around 25-30 boxes. It was tightly packed, but everything fit. Nothing was damaged, after traveling 2000 miles. Customer service was excellent. We would highly recommend PODS and would definitely use them again!

Pods service were excellent,except for minor confusion over the gypsy moth form. Otherwise customer services were excellent.

All of my belongings did not fit and I only had a small two bedroom townhouse with very little furniture to speak of. It was disappointing. I gave some things to my neighbor but I had to make a second trip back to pick up the remaining items.

They were a day late getting there. They forgot my lock that I purchased through them, which meant a loss of day loading. They provided one the next day. After that they did what they were supposed to do. The drivers were awesome and were able to put the containers in places that the sales told me couldn't be done. Drivers were great, Sales were terrible.

Physically the POD was in good clean condition. The delivery man was professional, friendly and an expert at his job. I would recommend them.

Gave me a quote and charged me more, did not locate the POD correctly when dropped off, rescheduled the pickup time to a later date, and I wasted over an hour of me talking to them on the phone.

First time using containers. It went well.

The customer service was good but my first call to them was an informational call before I knew if i was moving and I was pressured to set a date and got spammed by packers. When doing a long distance move you only have the option of a 7 ft pod and a 16 ft pod when the 12 foot pod offered only for local moves would have been perfect. I had to go with the 16 ft which was much to big and they did not have enough hooks set up in there for a load that did not fill the pod.

Our first experience with Pods and we were VERY impressed and it will not be my last. In fact my kids are planning moves in the near future and I have already spoken to the about the Pods way to move and Hire a Helper to load and unload.

At first I was disappointed with the condition with my PODS unit. It looked rickety and I thought the roof looked like it could leak in a downpour. I did call them and they assured me it was how they were all built. It smelled like cat urine inside, but I pushed through that because it was crunch time with my move. I just hope all my stuff arrives in MN from Seattle dry and doesn't smell. But the gentlemen who dropped it off and picked it up were very, very courteous and nice.

Excellent work by the PODs group. Showed up in the 3 hour window they designated and the driver was professional and courteous. Got the POD in position as we needed and picked it up as they stated. This the second or third time I have used PODs so they were a no-brainer for this move. I had great customer service from the initial assessment to the delivery of the POD to our pickup point. The container was the right size and ready for loading when it arrived. I have not had the container delivered yet but anticipate that will go well also. I appreciate the email updates to let me know the time window of POD arrival and pick up. I await their delivery and pick up from final location and will provide additional comments then.

I was told that I would be okay with a 12 ft. POD and a 16 ft. POD. I would have been better with 2 16 ft. PODS. Other than that, this was a wonderful experience.
