Very happy with pods and service. Only thing I would have liked is for someone to personally come to the house an give use a better idea how many or how big the pods we needed. Had to change from a 7 ft container to a 16 ft at last minute. Thank goodness we do other wise we wouldn't have had enough room.

We used PODs and are still in process. haven't moved into the new house yet. Will be staying in a motel for about a month. The PODs are excellent, but things are not finished yet. The PODs are still in our yard. The trailers were clean and efficient.

It was fine. This move was a bit different than most in that I was not sure of my exact move-to address and when I would be unpacking. The services worked well for my needs. I was frustrated in the limited availability for pick-up and drop-off for the PODS container. Additionally, I could not get a 3 hr delivery window until 6 pm the evening before moving day. This resulted in challenges with scheduling movers. Overall a minor inconvenience, but the container was delivered at 6am and movers arrived at 4pm. Having the ability to schedule a 3 hr window 24 hrs out or even by 3pm the day before would resolve this issue.

Pods was Fabulous! Every bit of my experience with them and through them (hire-a-helper) was just excellent!!

I would recommend them to everybody.

It was great working with pods. The only complaint I have is that as a customer you are unable to schedule the time when your pod is delivered and picked up. You aren't notified until the evening prior when the pod will be delivered/picked up and they only give you a 3 hour window. This made things very difficult for us to be able to hire movers at the appropriate time.

Its a storage pod, it was delivered and used.

The pod was delivered clean and in good condition. Even though they ask for a week window to pick up, it was picked up the morning of the day I requested.

Patrick's crew was hard working and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

PODS originally gave me a bundle quote "but when I found a new place I needed to sign the lease and then PODS up charged with additional feel's for delivery and storage that were high!

The entire process was stress free, efficient and the young men were very polite and hard working.

I highly recommend PODS. Their customer service was excellent. Their employees genuinely seemed to care that I got moved efficiently and safely.

Easiest move yet - No ramp to navigate - a 4" step up only.

All of the PODS people I spoke with were really friendly. I made a last-minute changed to my delivery date, and the guy I talked to was really helpful and understanding. It was delivered on time and well-positioned, and I'm very happy with how everything went!

I was worried my pods was too small, I believe it was the 7 foot container, but for the most part, everything fit. ( I didn't have a couch)

Overall the PODS service was easy to use, but the POD ended up being too small so we had to rent a Uhaul truck and a storage unit in addition to the POD.

Overall, this is one of the best moving experiences that I have ever had.

PODS is a good company, very good communicators about where the POD is at all times. The container itself was sturdy and well built. I can't comment yet on long-term storage, as I am currently still storing with them, but so far so good. Not the big expense that many people were complaining about with PODS.

When I received a drop off time I asked if someone needed to be present and the rep replied No. I received a call during delivery saying I had to be present so they cancelled my order so I had to reschedule. When I rescheduled they charged me again. They have terrible customer service.

Very good experience. Cost less than moving a daughter 2100 miles with rental, gas, meals and lodging and the wear and tear on our bodies.

The PODs people were very helpful and when we ran into an issue at the destination they came up with a great solution.

PODS is great. Both drivers for pickup and delivery were excellent - though in Portland they supposedly can't go up onto the curb to get the PODS any closer than one foot away from the curb (be sure to let your neighbors know) The PODS was clean and had a lot of attachment points. Pro tip: call PODS when making a reservation to get the best deal - and lock in your move as far out as possible to avoid Peak Season hikes. Also - relax! Our entire life in a 1300 sq ft house fit into a 16ft PODS. You can do it! Just google franks worldwide moving to watch how they pack a moving truck. :)

Pods delivered and picked up on the scheduled days, their website communications could be improved, not clear on the website what they were doing, I had to call to clarify.

Economical and goods arrived safely.

The PODS staff were very helpful. I loved the fact that once the POD was packed I didn't have to do anything else. PODS came and picked the container up, stored it until I was ready, and dropped it off at my new location without a single problem!!

I used POD's for my moving and everything went as scheduled. I couldn't believe how much you can pack in and when you secure your belongings properly nothing shifted or broke in transit. It was so convenient to have it for a month and pack whenever you had time and there are no ramps to walk up as the POD sits ground level. Definitely would use them again.

I haven't received my Pod yet because I have not requested it, but the drop-off and pick-up went flawlessly.

The pod was clean and delivered on time. The driver was courteous and helpful. Would recommend to anyone moving.
