The POD arrived as scheduled and was put into the location requested. It was fun to watch PODZILLA! The driver was very proficiant and very courteous. I believe his name was William.

PODS didn't pick up the container, when scheduled, even though they were advised that the apt. complex didn't allow overnight containers and the container needed to be removed while residents were at work (9:00-5:00). 2 days later, the Container is still there, because they keep trying to pick it up after hours, when the lot is filled with cars.

Everything arrived on schedule and in good shape.

PODS has been great from start to finish. My coordinator Kristi has been spot on in helping me and listening to my needs, returning calls and emails in a timely manner. David, a driver in Atlanta, was the best in giving friendly service that exceeded and professional. Bill in Pittsburgh navigated our narrow driveway with precision and gave us lots of tips to events and fun times in PGH. Fantastic people to work with!

So far so good the Pods arrived.

They were very quick in getting out another POD when the POD that was recommended wasn't large enough. I do think the price is out of line when ordering another POD though.

They were prompt. No costs were hidden. They did not appreciate having to turn the POD around in the direction I had specified on the order, but they did after some slight grumbling.

PODS did a great job, but the unit itself was in need of maintenance, the roll up door had a tendency to stick.

I had to change my dates several times and also my times. Whoever I talked to was always most helpful and congenial.

Except for a leak in the ceiling, the Pod was delivered on time. I called the company reporting the leak and they contacted the claims dept. ASAP. A very affordable and easy way to move. A+!

Hassel free delivery of container and pick up after it was packed. Was disappointed with destination delivery as the delivery window time was not posted in a timely fashion. I had to reschedule the unloading of the PODS due to not having a delivery time. However, when it finally arrived there was no issue with the driver or the container. Final pickup of the PODS was timely. I received a call with window time and the driver arrived on time, was polite and friendly. Will use PODS again for future needs.

The PODS container was delivered and picked up on time and I really enjoyed the ability to load on my time frame. I only wish that they had a bigger container because everything I needed to store did not fit. Otherwise, I would recommend the company for storage needs.

Prompt company. My only complaint was that the pod I got did not hold all my stuff as stated.

So far we have been very pleased with pods. The drivers have been nice and through some adverse conditions. Very efficient and smack dab on time!

They were actually wonderful with the customer service end when ordering the POD to be delivered, but they delivered it wrong, facing the door the wrong way. The only compensation that they could do is give me a $50.00 credit. It is better than nothing! BUT if you need the door facing a certain way, make sure you can be there when it is delivered so they do it correctly. My mistake for sure- but I had to work that day. Thank you PODS for your 2 years of service to me and my family with storing my things!

They're the most convenient moving resolution for me at this time since I won't have a new address right away, but it would be nice if they could narrow their 3 hour service window and make it perhaps only a 1hr service window. Who wants to stand around waiting for 3hrs for someone to move your house goods?

The empty POD was delivered on time with a phone call telling me they were 15 minutes from my house. The loaded POD was picked up on time with the same courteous phone call. If the POD delivery to my new Arizona address goes as well as the Missouri operation, I'll be a very pleased customer and would recommend to anyone.

My container was delivered within the promised three-hour window. It was also picked up within the scheduled three-hour window. The drivers were curteous and careful when operating the machinery connected with the storage container.

Excellent price, great delivery and pickup. I woild definitely use them again.

Disappointed in the final drop off of the PODS. We were lied to about which container would be dropped off first. First we were told we could pick which would be delivered first, then when the wrong one was delivered, customer service pretty much told me there was no guarantee on which would be delivered first or second. I had movers coming, and I needed them for the right POD. One had all the heavy furniture in it. Kind of screwed me up, and then the customer service person told me I should not have scheduled the movers the same day since there was no guarantee. I said I was told which would be delivered first by a PODS customer service person. No different response, same one again. No guarantee... etc... went no where. Very frustrating.

Very happy with the service and the ease of doing business with PODs overall. I would use Pods again if I ever move again.
