It was okay. Billing was a nightmare but they resolved it. It was supposed to be climate controlled but keyboard and some plastics melted a bit from humidity. I would use them again but now that we know the process would do it differently.

Both young men who came to move our furniture were on time, polite and efficient. They were prepared for the job and kept me updated on everything that they were doing during the move. They treated all of our belongings with respect and took the time to make sure that everything that needed moving blankets had them. Yes, we plan on using them again.

Pod service works great if you need to store stuff for awhile, did not know where we would end up and they were very friendly and helpful, after a year in storage all our stuff was in great shape. It barely shifted in transport, was dry clean and pest free.

I thought PODS would be convenient but customer service was very disappointing. My POD arrived 2 days late and was picked up one day late. During the delay, I was unable to speak with anyone directly and had to go through the national customer service phone line (i.e.- wait on hold for at least 15 minutes each call and reexplain my problem countless times) speak with anyone. There seemed to be no accountability.

PODS is okay. Very busy during the summer so be prepared to wait for your items.

POD is far and away the best experience I've had with moving: clear terms and charges, responsive highly professional WEB and Phone service/support, provides great options, and Fernando, the driver who delivered and picked-up the POD, was amazing, handling a very challenging location with ease.

Cost not much less than a full service moving company. But. more reliable, punctual and most of all, no moving items between truck an warehouse then back on truck where most of the damage, loss or theft happens.

PODS was pricier than I hoped but convenient. Would be nice to be able to reserve a specific time for drop-off and pick-up, or at least get more than a day's notice. Very happy overall.

I used PODS. The customer service was excellent. They drivers were very nice. I hired people to load the POD for me and Pack Smart to unload it. I used professional movers before, but I will never do that again. It was half the cost of professional movers. If I ever move again, I will use PODS. Highly recommended. Matter of fact, I wouldn't mind working for them.

Very good service. Only downside - when I called to schedule the final pickup, they said it would be almost 2 weeks!

Convenient and the 16' POD held way more stuff than we imagined. It helped that we had an excellent loader, pay extra to have outside assistance loading the POD.

I waited to write this review until I saw the condition of my items once the Pod was delivered. I am pleased to report that everything arrived in great shape. George and Jamal were my 2 movers and they were very efficient in loading my items securely in the Pod. It did take longer than expected to load, but I was ok paying the extra time as I did not want them to rush through the loading process. I would highly recommend using them in to anyone else needing help moving and loading a Pod!

Using PODS was a great way to move. It allowed us to pack and load over a few weeks. We had to store our PODS containers for about a week and using the PODS containers was an affordable way to do that. The drivers were very helpful and experienced. The only reason that I'm not rating this service as "excellent" is that the containers were not delivered or picked up in the ETA window and I wished that there was a way to request a specific time for pick up (or even an AM or PM pick up). Overall, I would recommend PODS.

pods tells you the container measurements are 8ftx8ftx16ft which equates to 1024 cubic feet. I based my calculation for the required number of container on these measurements. The containers they sent me had a volume of 830 cubic feet and 940 cubic feet. I was about 300 cubic feet short on volume.To be fair to pods I did not ask them what the actual volume would be.

2 men came to move belongings from condo to the POD. Very nice, professional, and worked very hard and fast.

The POD experience what a nightmare! the loaders and unloaders from hire a helper were perfect!

My POD was delivered on time, clean and ready to load. My container was just loaded. Now waiting for it to be picked up in Upstate New York and delivered to FL.

Moving is never easy especially in the heat but it went well.

Only recommendation I have for using PODS is, you need to know how to pack it. If not packed correctly your goods will shift and result in possible damage since the container does shift when loading and off loading from truck/warehouse/driveway.

Steve an Tony did an outstanding job of placing our household goods in the PODS containers. They were very careful not to damage the furniture or the residence walls. I highly recommend them. Dave Williams

I think PODS should take more time to find out what your needs are or have someone come out to see how many boxes etc., you have.

The move has not been completed at this time. The container is still were it was packed.

PODS is the BEST invention ever! The POD was dropped off on Monday, the movers came on Tuesday, and the POD was picked up on Wednesday. I moved from Texas to Arizona, had the large size POD and it was still cheaper than any other moving company quote. And, nothing was lost or broken. The customer service was amazing! Thank you PODS! You made my move so much easier!

PODS was great except they didn't change my scheduled time of pick up even though I had confirmed it a week prior. I called the Columbia, South Carolina store and the gentleman Eric was awesome and when he found out what happened, he was there an hour later, prompt and on time service with a smile.
