showed up on time to pick up pod. I was not able to get a time for the delivery to the new location as promised (day before) on either the web site or via phone. I didn't find out until the morning of the delivery. I had to move time for unloading crew back a day.

Timely pickup and delivery.

Pods was very difficult to work with. On line ordering is not intuative. They dropped the box backwards with door against a fence. It took an act of g... To get them to turn it around. On top of which they wanted to charge me.

We have PODS in NJ so we checked on-line. The person we booked with was extremely pleasant and helpful, answering all of our many questions as we had no clue what we needed. The gentlemen who dropped it off was very pleasant. We felt the on- line advertisement was helpful as it also included companies to call for help with the packing and loading of the POD. Of the three companies listed Hired Helpers was the most pleasant and helpful on the phone, that is why we chose them. All and all the experience was made much easier because of POD,HIRED HELPERS & INCREDIBLE GIANTS

PODS was recommended to me and they were very helpful. I recommend them to anyone that is moving.

All went well until the guy picking up the empty PODS backed over my sprinkler head(despite me have a fairly large rock next to it; his front passenger tire just climbed up the rock and crumpled the head). That would not have been so bad but, the driver may have been at a party the night before that lasted into the night. I would probably recommend PODS because 95% of the move went well.

Pods estimates of Pod drop off and pick up were each off by about three hours! So be aware of the time.

PODS worked for us, mostly because we needed to move over a four day period.

Pods was a decent 2nd choice with full service unavailable. Rates good, especially for storage. Customer service for out of state move a pain in the butt Billing confusing for multiple containers, each one separated and prices varied btw containers for some reason No contact with local operations that actually touch the customer, had to work through 800 number only.

PODS was great. customer svc on phone, professional and straightforward, delivery guy very respectful to my elderly in laws who we're moving 3 hours away to be closer to us!

PODs staff seriously underestimated my storage needs and I had to scramble to make other arrangements for quite a bit of my property as they do not deliver or pick up containers on Sundays (why??? - everyone moves on weekends!). My closing was contingent on my buyer's closing on Friday, so I could not schedule PODs before Saturday & since you don't know when the PODs will be delivered, I had to schedule movers for Sunday & didn't have enough space. They also told me 2 containers would fit on a 2-car garage driveway side-by-side, but they couldn't so 1 container sat partially on the grass.

Container was there went requested and picked up timely. Container was clean.

A cross-country POD move is pricey, but was worth the expense,since we didn't have a permanent residence to move to right away. The unit was clean, the delivery and pickup staff were well-prepared. Delivery occurred during the windows provided, which was a concern since staff said they couldn't even guarantee the window. Overall, a great service. We would recommend it to anyone doing a long-distance move requiring short-term storage.

Excellent and easy service... but if you need more than the 8x8x20 to move, you are out of luck without spending a ton more on PODS to move it. They should come up with a variety of moving container options for people since their service was great.

Grat would use them again

PODS was terrific to work with - their customer service is EXCELLENT and they helped me with everything I needed, including last-minute schedule changes. Without exception, all of the drivers were professional, courteous, and very accommodating of making sure the PODS was in the place it needed to be. Terrific experience.

Thanks to Rebecca and Tina's help getting a second Pod delivered we avoided a disastrous moving day. We thank them both from the bottom of our hearts. This is the second time we have used Pods and wdoul so so again in the future.

They were timely and customer service was a joy to work with. They answered all my questions respectfully. They called to let me know when the PODS were being delivered and actually showed up when they said they would. PODS were bigger containers than UHaul. They were in good shape. I would use them again. They were delivered to my new place of residence in 8 working days - fast service.

Highly recommend pods for cost effective, efficient move

The Pods were great. The Pods delivery drivers were fantastic -- the Podzilla movers were so amazing -- fun to watch.

Containers delivered and removed for storage. Still in storage. The only problem was in scheduling the pick-up, so the containers were outside in the heat for a couple of days.

Get a bigger POD, we barely fit all our items in a 16x8x8. We underestimated what a 8 rooms of furniture was. Get two Pods

Wait times on the phone are long

I have only used the POD to pack and they currently have it in storage so I cannot give a re-delivery review with that I will review the service so far. Setting it up was easy however there website has this calculator which tells you what size POD they recommend. That is a joke as it always told me I need the largest size, when in fact I was moving from a 1 bed room, lightly furnished apartment which I've been in for less than 1 year. I knew I didn't need their recommendation, and their smallest size was unavailable so I went with the middle sized pod which turned out to be bigger than I needed still. I needed to have it picked up next day but couldn't set up a pick-up date until they dropped it off. Within 10 minutes of it being delivered I called and they said they needed 4 days which wasn't good but was the only option I could get. The guys who dropped it off were early and dropped it exactly where I wanted it, but forgot to bring my mattress bag and the rental blankets which I didn't realize until the next day (day of the move). I called them early and they said they would send someone out immediately which was 4 hours later, which was 1 hr and 30 minutes after my movers were to arrive (but they were late too so they beat them). The driver who dropped them off didn't call and threw them into the unsecured POD. I caught him before he left and asked him to bring it to me and he wasn't happy about carrying them 20 feet and handing them to me on my deck vs me walking through the apartment and gates to get to them myself. I said "Thanks" he said "Uh" and walked away... guess he wasn't happy. That was my only experience with this company in person and it was poor service all around. They called before they picked it up but I had already moved out and wasn't there to see the pick-up and load so I'll assume they did fine. I hope to find a place to move to and get it delivered with everything in tact. I will not use PODS in the future if I can avoid it.

PODS of Raleigh is fantastic to work with! They were very accommodating when it came to delivering my first PODS unit. The manager (Jimmy, I think) called me to make sure that they could squeeze in the delivery of my PODS unit during Memorial Day weekend, and he even volunteered to come to our house before his route began to deliver the PODS himself. Each pickup and delivery with PODS has been very easy. We have used 2 so far for this move.

So far so good. The office called and gave us a 3 hour window and the driver phoned and gave us a time and the POD arrived when he said it would. It was also picked up the same way. We will know more when we open it???

PODS were great! Delivered and picked up on time, and the divers were excellent at placing them right where we needed them. The pods were actually big enough for all of our stuff, but unfortunately, the movers we hired did such a poor job loading and wasting space that we had to leave a few items behind.
