Truck was filthy and needed work. Had to return to pick up location to have them install a mirror. The horn never did work.

Great service and a great price.

The truck was quite damaged and the driver's door stuck and I struggled each time to open it. The tire pressure light and check engine light remained on the entire time of rental despite being told that the lights would go off after 75 miles of traveling.

I would use this people again they were wonderful

The Van was clean and had no problems on the road. It was easy to drive and got acceptable MPG. I liked that there was no milage charges and that I knew exactly how much it was going to cost me upfront. My agent at pickup was even able to save me additional money by reworking the fees and insurance. I will most definitely use Budget Again.

Reserved a 26' truck with 2 hand-truck dollies, and 12 furniture pads a month in advance. Was told by agent on the day we picked up the truck that "they did not have any dollies and furniture pads for weekends," despit e my having ordered them a month in advance.

We rented 2 trucks, a 16 and a 26 foot. The 26 foot truck had the ramp jammed into its slot. It took a crowbar to get it out. The 16 foot leaked in the rain both in the cab and in the back. The driver got wet and the cargo was damaged. Valuable books were destroyed. We spent $1800 to rent these two trucks. Budget "Customer Service" gave us $70 for our troubles and told us to file a claim for damaged cargo. Thanks a lot ... never again Budget.

Budget was great in NJ. The return address in CT was off.

Very helpful in the move, the regional manager was able to get us the car carrier instead of the dolly (dolly was not going to work for the vehicle I was hauling).

Truck was old and smelled like an ashtray. Computer was down during pick up and my first truck which was reserved 5 days ahead of time was not available. I had to go with a smaller truck much farther from home for pick up.

Smooth transaction, no issues. Pickup and drop off was very easy. Price was good.

Was not able to get the size truck that I wanted in my area. (About 5 miles from my house.) Even though it was ordered about 2 weeks ahead. Had to drive 60 miles to get the truck on loading day. Budget did give some reduction in the rental price.

Although the interior of the truck was dirty, overall, it worked great and the Budget staff was very friendly and responsive.

No transportation was used. Moved from one apartment to another in the same building, same floor.

when i picked up truck ,it was filthy . Being that we are dealing with Covid , you would think it would be clean . when i took back and showed the person i turn it in to. He said i should call Corporate . I did and they said they could only take 10 percent off unbelievable . I showed the person who leased it to me . He gave me a pack of wipes .So I wiped down as good as i could, if my wife hadn't left ,I would have not rented it

All went smoothly, and the price was right.

I booked a 26' Budget Truck on 9/27/20. Planned to fly into Oregon, pick up the truck the next morning in Salem, then drive to the storage shed and load up. I received a confirmation email about my rental on 11/18/20 with a list of best practices. Budget left me a voice message while I was on the flight to Oregon, which was the day before my pick-up date and said they have no 26' trucks available so I would have to call Budget and find another one. Unbelievable! They were absolutely no help at all. When I called the main Budget customer service number, they said they would research where to find another truck and call me back within 2 hours. Since I was on a tight schedule, a friend called Uhaul. They found a 20' truck within 2 miles from the airport and had me on the road with my rental in 30 minutes. I would never use Budget again, but the folks at Uhaul deserve a 5 star review!

Great truck - easy to drive - decent fuel economy.

Reserved truck weeks in advance. I was called morning of reservation saying there was no truck available, and to call customer service. Spoke with customer service said truck would be shipped to location for pick-up. When we arrived for our pick up time - store was closed. Door said open until 6, but was closed and dark at 5:30. Called customer service and they were unable to help. Never got a budget truck - got a u-haul instead.

No issues with the way the truck ran. I just wish it had cruise control, it would have made the 800+ mile trip a bit easier.

Truck size and condition was excellent

Truck didn't ride as well as I would have liked but it did the job and made it safely.

16 foot truck was good for our move. No company had a trailer available for our SUV so we had to have someone drive it. Truck did not have cruise control which is actually a big deal when driving long distance but was otherwise good for the job. Price through COSTCO was the best available.

Truck was noisy and the driver's door needed 5 tries to close every time. Par for the course I suppose. Pick up wen well. Drop off took too much time.

The truck was 4 hours late and people on the phone stopped taking our calls. The delayed us until a truck could become available.

I spoke to 3 different Agents and was very specific as to exactly what furniture I had they all a shored me a 15 foot truck would be big enough. I rented the truck and when the movies arrived advise me that was not in anyway going to work. We had to go rent a second truck.

The truck we were to get broke down and we ended up 4 hours late to get our truck.

The truck deliver time to me was pushed by almost 24 hours due to the previous customer delay in returning the truck.

Terrible, they cancelled a truck on us one hour before our move.

I reserved 6 weeks in advance and 2 days before the move they called to say they didn't have a truck for me. Anyone can take a reservation but it's meaningless if they can't fulfill it.

Its a rental truck with the words Budget in the name. Had very low expectations. Truck made the 1500 mile drive with no problems. Though you could see where it needed tires and a good cleaning.

DO NOT USE BUDGET FOR ANY REASON EVER!!!! They cancelled our reservation at 5pm the night before our 7am cross country move, leaving us with no truck and no answers as to what we can do. The result was the most stressful and most expensive moving experience of my life.

We called customer service the night before our move, they confirmed our truck, we went to pick it up, no Truck. Then we got a hassle from the company to replace it with another truck would be additional charges and a whole new contract. When we did manage to get a truck, it set us back 2 hours that we had to pay the movers for. The truck we got had a plastic bag shoved in as a replacement for a gas cap, both windshield wipers blew off in the rain which we had to replace, and during a 1500 mile trip the check light came on. Customer service did not offer to help or reimburse us.

Very helpful attendant- funny too! Got a great price using my AARP discount.

The truck did the job but if you're looking for great customer service this company is not for you. You're better off renting from U-HAUL or going with another big name company.

They cancelled 3 pm Friday. I had a reservation for Saturday. They made no effort to help me secure an alternate vehicle except give me their 1-800 number.

Unfortunately, picking up the rental truck was an extremely stressful experience. We reserved the truck 3 weeks prior to the date we needed it. The day before we were supposed to pick it up, my husband received a call from the pick-up location saying that they weren't sure they were going to have the size truck we needed, and could we use a smaller one. We went to the agency to look at the size of available trucks and confirmed that we needed the size we originally reserved. The agent said that she should have one being returned that evening, but that she would let us know if it didn't come back in, else we could pick it up in the morning. We showed up to pick up the truck at the agreed time and the agent wasn't there yet. When she did arrive about 10 minutes later, the truck was not there. She had to go pick up the truck and bring it back, which nearly made us miss our move slot with the movers. I would never rent a truck from Budget in the future because of this experience.

It did exactly what we hired it to do. My furniture and boxes made it across the states and nothing was broke. Will use this company again.

Great guys great truck that was in excellent shape and condition

There hours were very limited, they made it impossible to return the truck for two days.

Nice truck and good service.

It was raining when I picked up the truck in Richmond. There was no walk around with me to verify damage so I took my own pictures. The next day I discovered the radio didn't work, tough on a 700 mile drive.

Had to have two tires replaced half way through the trip. The truck is not made for a long distance as far as comfort. I had to change the rental dates, and they charged me twice as much.

We had trouble picking up the truck in the first place. When we showed up to pick the truck at the scheduled time of 8:30 a. m., we learned that the truck was not yet available. We were not able to pick it up until 11:45 a. m. Meanwhile we had helpers waiting to load the truck. Needles to say, this situation was a bit of a cluster. Once we were able to load the truck things worked out better, and the truck operated fine on our 1900-mile move.

Fisher Automotive of Baton Rouge was able to get us the 12ft truck (the week prior I had checked in with them and there were none available). The truck was just the right size and fairly easy to drive. No problems encountered. Happy it took regular gas to help with expenses!

If I could select zero stars, then I would. HORRIBLE - do not rent from Budget!! After the truck we rented broke down with 500 miles left to go, Budget kept us stranded for more than 48 hours in a motel room in an awful location with our entire possessions and our 3 cats. Budget kept giving us the run-around for over 2 days while they "checked inventory" for a replacement truck. I took the initiative on day number 3 and found our own replacement truck 20 miles away. It still took Budget another 8 hours to get us back on the road! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Budget Truck Rentals.

Budget on the corner of Scottsdale and Curry Rd is excellent! They were super quick and not pushy with random add-ons. They got me in and out quick and the return process was easy as pie. Thank you and be well!
