PODS has been easy to work with and straight forward with pricing and promises.

I was disappointed in the PODS sales team. Because they did not do a proper assessment of my needs, I have to have another POD delivered, schedule a second moving team, and juggle other things that could have been prevented.

Delivery and Pick up went flawlessly. The POD was transport and nothing was damaged. Delivery and Pick at the new house was also flawless.

They were great so far. They kept us well informed on preparation, drop-off and pick-up.

First time pod-user. Drop-off went smoothly (watching the Podzilla was honestly pretty cool, lol). However. They rescheduled the delivery of my pod with NO notice an hour AFTER my delivery window had closed. The new delivery date was FOUR DAYS later. Hello? We hired movers to unload? It took me close to an hour on the phone to get them to deliver it the next day. Next day, delivery window comes and goes, no pod. Three hours later, we finally get a call, and the pod is dropped off. All our stuff was basically unmoved so I have no complaints about transport, and everyone I dealt with was polite and professional, but idk if I’d use a pod again. We didn’t want to drive a U-Haul with three cats from Texas to Virginia, and this was cheaper than a full-service moving company by several thousand dollars, so I’d say I got what I paid for. REALLY wish they’d let you rent a 12-foot pod for long distance moves. We definitely did not use the extra 4ft - our entire 2 bedroom apartment would’ve fit perfectly in a 12 footer. Oh well.

Delivery of the PODS went well and Tim, the driver was courteous and helpful. When the fiasco with the moving company happened I called to see if PODS would come the next afternoon instead of the morning. They would - for an additional cost, of course! I paid it and then the drivers showed up the next morning anyway! Facepalm!! I called and am supposed to get refunded the extra cost but what a headache!!

The PODS scheduling group and the procedures that they have in place to reconfirm, see your status and allow changes, is convenient and helpful when you're in the midst of a move and can't keep track of every detail.

PODS personnel was great and the pickup and drop off were easy, no issues. They were on time and alerted us of any changes to the schedule.

I ordered 2 PODS to go to 2 different places in US and both fit in my driveway to load up. This is by far the better way to move.

Drivers were on time and made the drop off and pick up of the filled container rather entertaining to watch with the robotics. Very skilled and courteous drivers. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Speedy, Smart, and Supportive! 10/10!

I expected a much easier process. I don't know who they normally work with but constant reminders about dropping off the POD, picking up the POD, etc. I don't need all of these reminders and they were very disruptive. I can also tell you that I received more SPAM emails and calls after I gave them my phone number and email address. If I ever move cross country again, I will go back to ABF Freight.

I used pods on a previous move, and had a very positive experience. So, I decided to use them again,

PODS did a great job of delivering the POD on the requested date and were great when I changed the date several times. Everything arrived safe and no breaks or crushing of anything.

Pods made it easy to move and provided us with links to hire a helper, which was very beneficial. We used PODS for 2 pods and 2 months of storage.

Kailee delivered and picked-up our pod. Very nice and highly skilled.

POD was delivered on time and the contents were in good share.

The staff delivering the PODS was respectful and had a great attitude. They even delivered an emergency POD the same day, as I had underestimated the number of PODS I needed. I am waiting for a receipt that I requested from PODS.

They did not follow through with the information given me from their representative, and they did not give me a night before delivery scheduled window of delivery - it wasn’t given to me until the next morning.

PODS has been good, very easy to deal with. It took me longer than I anticipated to find a house, so I paid a fortune in monthly storage fees, but that's on me, not PODS.

The PODS container was the perfect solution to my temporary storage needs. I will certainly consider this again in the future if I have similar needs.
