They stuck to the schedule and presumably will pick up the receptacle on time as well. The 16’ size is definitely not big enough for a 1.5 bedroom unless you really don’t have much. I ended up renting a bumper pull to handle the rest.

Container delayed by 2 1/2 days of contracted arrival caused many problems and unnecessary adjustments during an already stressful time.

Pod arrived on time as agreed and was put in the agreed upon space.

Chose Pods because downsizing from large house to apartment and long distance also needed storage. Drop off and pick up went perfectly. Did get the pod delivered to new apt on Friday. Unloaded it on Saturday butwon’t get picked up until Monday. I wish there was Sunday pick up. Condition of pod was excellent and belongings were in good shape. Would use again.

PODs helped to choose the correct size container. Customer service was very helpful. The container was clean and in good shape. They arrived and picked up exactly on schedule. I'd use them again.

Driver for POD drop off was not as confident as the previous experience.

Delivered as promised!

Not as happy as I felt I should have been The delivery of the POD was a day late. We still had time to load. The pick up was a day late. It was shipped out of state. It took more than the stated time to deliver to the storage site. The delivery to unload was much better all done on time and picked the empty POD on time. The drivers were very good and professional.

PODS made it easy to move, prompt and professional delivery, hauling and storage, and delivery exactly when scheduled. Drivers were extremely communicative and helpful, and customer service was top notch.

PODS phone representatives pretend to be knowledgeable when they are not. They changed my move date at the last minute because they booked me for a service that didn’t exist. This resulted in additional fees from my movers and a lot of stress. The move also ended up costing far more than the original quote because the person giving me the quote did not include all of the specifications I asked for.

Not a single item was damaged in the 1200-mile transport.

This was an excellent experience. I was hesitant at first but after finishing the process this was the best company to use. Kept me informed the entire time. Something you want when you are moving your “life in a box”. Would highly recommend hiring professionals to pack the POD as we did as they were able to get everything I wanted to fit in the POD. Seamless process.

The only thing preventing an "Excellent" rating was that insurance options were not presented when I called to schedule and I was unable to update once the POD was moved

They handled the storage and transport of my property. Several items were damaged but nothing major.

PODS pick up and storage was excellent. PODS city service was almost one hour late and caused us to incur additional costs to unload the POD.

Haven't finished moving but they have done a great job so far.

LOVE PODS!! So simple. Load it as you wish, store it, and be assured you get it all back on the other end. Great service. And affordable by comparison to traditional moving companies.

So wonderful to load up your stuff and get it back in the same way. No offloading, restoring, etc., just straight forward put your stuff in and get it all back. And in one piece!

Hire a Helper worked really hot day and completed th move within 2 hours.

Answered all of my questions when I called. We’re clearly interested in solving any issues with POD size, dates, times etc. probably spoke to 4-5 different agents and all were very helpful. Good communication and listening skills.

Driver was excellent

Overall, a very good experience. Drop offs and pickups were within the three hour windows we were provided. All but one driver called when they were 30 minutes out.

The 16 foot Pod was very rusted and worn. I had heard that some people experienced water leaks in their Pod. I am hoping that this does not happen! Also, it was very difficult to use the locking mechanism as it kept getting jammed.

Men moving the Pods did so efficiently.

I have several thousand dollars worth of damage to my furniture. It was not loaded correctly. I supplied blankets but they were not used. The furniture was not strapped in as it was supposed to be. It was horrible!

Great job delivering the POD

Fairly pleased with Pods. One problem was that you deal with both the national company and the local facility, and the two don't always communicate the same information. At one point the local storage facility canceled my container, telling me by voice mail, meanwhile the national company wasn't aware of this. I got it straightened out with a very helpful person at the (national) customer service department.

The 18ft pod was perfect for my two bedroom apartment.

Nothing valuable was damaged. I moved from MO to FL, which is a long way! PODS has an excellent online booking system, but they also always answer the phone when I call.

Tricky area to maneuver, and the driver handled it expertly. It was easy to load my pod.

Delivered late and refused to refund the extra I paid for the early delivery. Dropped the pod and left without ringing the doorbell or notifying anyone.
