We were vey happy with PODS. They worked with us to get the PODS where we needed them and transported them from San Diego, CA to TN.

Good. They changed my lock without notifying me, so I had to find a way to break the lock to negligence on their end. Nothing had been stolen nor damaged.

They have communicated very well and were on time with pick-up and delivery.

Everything worked out pretty good. There were a couple of changes that occurred during the move that were no fault of mine. One of the PODS was picked up a day later that scheduled.

The drivers were excellent, and everyone I talked to was great.

PODS was easy to order and their follow through and timeliness was fantastic.

Princeton and Alejandro were both a pleasure to work with. They were so efficient and solicitous. I will request their services when the pod is moved to my destination. I also will recommend them to my son and daughter in law when they move in December.

Great way to ship the contents of a one-bedroom apartment cross country. I liked the fact that they give you a month to complete the move, which enabled me to pack carefully without rushing. In our case, the Pod solution was ideal - and better than hiring a moving company or (gasp) renting a moving truck and doing it ourselves.

The POD was delivered in the requested time frame and picked up in the requested time frame. The POD was very clean

The only critique is in POD's "window" for service. a 12 hour window is not really a window.

It wasn't great. It was stressful

Pods delivered my Pod to the wrong address and then it took them 1.5 days to relocate the pod after which they tried to upcharge me a $150 to properly delivery the pod to the correct address.

Over all PODS was great and their people excellent the only problem was with the delivery times, they told me one time and then at the last minute changed the time to 4 hours later. They don't have anyone to talk to 24/7 and had to wait until 8:30 or 9 to reach someone. I also tried to edit my delivery date on my account and it seemed like I was locked into the original drop off date.

Fair. I mean they don't talk to you. They might call, but they just drop it off and pick it up.

Delivered on time right in the driveway. Very careful about adjacent trees and shrubs. Pick up was equally excellent.

Adrain arrived on time and was skillful in maneuvering the Pod into our driveway. He showed us how to open and close the Pod and use the lock. So far all has gone well, hoping the transport across the country and unloading service is the same.

They said they were in the middle of a software upgrade of their back office software. I hope they get it upgraded because it was squirrelly as hell during our move. Contradictory emails, scheduling glitches, the lot. Everything worked on the end but it added extra stress we didn't need.

Fabulous service! The company was on top of every detail. Communication lines were excellent!

The only negative thing is that they recommend 50' of 1" twisted menial rope. The movers said that this would not work at all! We had to run out to find the rope that the actual movers which was a 50' 3/8 nylon rope. This actually worked.

PODS container was delivered today, October 30 2025. I opened it to inspect the inside in the presence of the driver, only to find boxes marked "FRAGILE" and furniture toppled over. I've yet to determine if anything is broken, which I'll find out tomorrow when the "helpers" empty out the container into my apartment and I'm able to open boxes. Wish me luck ...

Everything was clearl and timely with the move and instructions.

Pods customer service was great! The containers were delivered and picked up on time as scheduled. The drivers were helpful and friendly.

The drop off and pick up of my POD went smoothly and the drivers arrived within the estimated time of arrival.

Communication was great throughout the entire process so far.

I was concerned that not all of my household items would fit, but the 8x8x16 POD was perfect.

PODS was the best option for me to go with for my long distance move. The customer service was the best both of us asking as many questions to make sure my move went smoothly. It is fairly priced as well with affordable payment options. This is the best option if you are okay with not having your stuff with you for a few weeks. The container sent to me was very clean could have been brand new. I would 100% use them again for all my moving needs. I'm recommending them to anyone who'll listen.

They knew how to load up the pod

Pods was very efficient and everything worked out well.

The only issue was that the POD's carrier was driven about a foot off of the driveway onto the rocks of my front yard, resulting in some deep gouges that we have to smooth out. It was possibly unavoidable, but thought it needed mention.

PODS is terrific. The communication is excellent, the staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This part of our move went perfectly!!

The drivers were communicative and friendly, and very competent delivering and retrieving my two 16' containers in some tight spaces. The costs were clearly explained, and as my schedule and details changed they issued updated statements that were easy to access in my PODS online account. All in all it seems like a well run, orderly operation and I would use it again for a major move.

Empty POD delivery was on time and pickup was on time. The driver was excellent in putting the POD where I wanted it. Same at the unloading location.

Mice were in my POD container! I asked for them to refund my money for the two months of storage that I paid for, but they informed me that the contract did not cover damage from rodents. So, READ your contract!!!!

It was delivered and picked up on time. The only complaint is that the door is extremely hard to open and close, even when it is empty.
