PODS provided all transportation

I would rate them LESS THAN POOR!

I used pods on a previous move, and had a very positive experience. So, I decided to use them again,

PODS did a great job of delivering the POD on the requested date and were great when I changed the date several times. Everything arrived safe and no breaks or crushing of anything.

Pods made it easy to move and provided us with links to hire a helper, which was very beneficial. We used PODS for 2 pods and 2 months of storage.

Kailee delivered and picked-up our pod. Very nice and highly skilled.

POD was delivered on time and the contents were in good share.

The staff delivering the PODS was respectful and had a great attitude. They even delivered an emergency POD the same day, as I had underestimated the number of PODS I needed. I am waiting for a receipt that I requested from PODS.

They did not follow through with the information given me from their representative, and they did not give me a night before delivery scheduled window of delivery - it wasn’t given to me until the next morning.

Everything went very smoothly!

PODS has been good, very easy to deal with. It took me longer than I anticipated to find a house, so I paid a fortune in monthly storage fees, but that's on me, not PODS.

The PODS container was the perfect solution to my temporary storage needs. I will certainly consider this again in the future if I have similar needs.

They would change times and were almost impossible to communicate with!

We had a problem with weather and then with communication on transport and delivery, but overall did a good job.

The POD delivery, placement was perfect. The container was clean and well maintained. Only “hiccup” was when we had to do because the POD center being closed that day. I did not understand why they would let us schedule it online for a day when the office was closed and wait until a week before date of delivery to let us know. Crazy.

PODs is a good option for moving. I just am in awe of how much they are. And when told that the POD would be delivered in 5 days, then to find out the soonest date was 2 weeks later was a big surprise. I would have packed and taken things differently if i knew it would be 2 weeks before i got all my essential stuff. All in all the transportation of the PODs were great and all my belongings were in tact and nothing was broken. 2800 for drop off, pick up, transfer, drop off and pick up and it includes one month rental.

Really enjoy moving with PODS. It makes the painful process of moving a bit less painful. The cost was fair for a cross-country move. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that our pods were delayed a week due to a truck breaking down. Once the PODS reached the destination city, they only are able to deliver to our area 2x per week, which ended up further delaying our PODS. Overall I'm very satisfied using PODS for our move and would utilize them again in the future.

Excellent customer service and helpful

It is ok. Cost effective. However, you have to do all the moving into the POD. Things shift around and you have to pay for all moving supplies. If you move out of state it does take several days to receive your POD.

We have used four PODs each scheduled one month apart for four months. The drivers have been professional, competent, and courteous. We are so pleased with their service!

So far so good. Will be picked up tomorrow. They follow schedule and communicate well at this point. Will be going across country so the destination has yet to be completed. Moving to a smaller apartment from home so 16 foot container was all we needed. We left behind dining set and a bedroom set.

PODS was easy to work with on the phone and online. I was informed with several days notice of items that I needed to complete and with transportation.

I would use PODS again for any future move. The PODS were delivered as scheduled and I was kept informed by email and text as to the delivery.

Fantastic and easy to work with

My experience with PODS has been extremely disappointing due to ongoing issues with accessing my online account. Despite multiple attempts over several days, I have been unable to log in to the portal. Each time I contact customer service, I am required to spend an excessive amount of time re-explaining the same issue, only to be told repeatedly that the problem is due to “technical issues.” After numerous calls and assurances that the issue would be resolved, I still do not have access to my account. The lack of progress, combined with the repetitive explanations and absence of a concrete solution, reflects poorly on the company’s technical reliability and customer support processes. For a service that relies heavily on online account management, this level of inconvenience and lack of resolution is unacceptable.

Really great service

No complaints about PODS. They had the storage facilities I needed when I didn't have a place lined up for my move. Drop-off and pick-up of containers was no-stress (I wasn't even there for 3 of the 4). Would use again.

Service is the best.
