My POD was good, but the company seems pretty unprofessional - I'd get an email saying I owed money, but my online account showed paid in full. When I called to confirm this email wasn't some phishing scam, the customer service person couldn't find my reservation, so they gave up and started trying to create an entirely new reservation before I hung up.

Good product and very well constructed, maintained and stored.

The move is not completed.

I thought cost was a little high, but service from POD handlers to customer service was good.

PODS SERVICE WAS GOOD.

We were happy with almost everything about our PODS experience. The only issue we had was with the pick-up time from our old home. The automated system called and informed me that they would be picking up between 12:45pm and 3:45pm. I was vacuuming the house before loading the vacuum into the PODS container and when I went outside to put it in at 11:30am, it was already gone.

PODS was convenient for what we needed and a good price. It was worth it to pay movers to unload it - I wish we had hired someone to load it, too.

Several items were not packed properly and were broken when we opened the pods here to be unloaded.

PODS is a very easy company to work with. Good packing is the key, though. We had less-than-ideal help packing and things shifted around and had a bit of furniture damage. Not PODS fault.

The pod was delivered on time and placed correctly. The driver was helpful and agreeable. The only problem was that the pod was too small and did not hold all of my household goods. I had to hire a truck, have the left over goods loaded, drive it myself and rent additional storage.

So far, PODS have been very easy to deal with. They have been prompt and in a matter of a few minutes, they are done. It was easy and painless.

Was surprised when POD could not pick up the container on Wednesday? Condo Assoc. did not want it left for more than 48 hours. Well hopefully everything will work out for a scheduled pickup on Thursday to warehouse. Driver who droppeof was pleasant and professional.

The customer service was great, but the POD size they recommended was twice the size I needed, which was frustrating.

PODS did a good job of coordinating the drop off and pick up of 2 containers at my location.

POD was OK, they were great at the initial drop off, but to get them to pick up the empty container earlier then scheduled will not happen.

The movers were terrific. The POD was dropped in our neighbors driveway and after much discussion with the local POD servicer, they came back and moved it to the right driveway. The only thing tough for me was to judge how much time it would take to pack and load. I scheduled 4 hours for packing and we only needed three. I scheduled 4 hours for loading and only needed two. However, the moving/packing company still charged me for the full hours, even though we didn't use them.

The PODS container was entirely too small! I relied on the PODS customer service to detail how may PODS we would need, they suggested one, so we only ordered one. On the day of our move, we were scrambling to rent other trucks etc to get all of our stuff to our final destination. PODS failed in properly assessing our needs. Other than that, the concept of a POD really is a fantastic idea. So my poor rating is based SOLEY on improper fact finding by PODS to recommend the appropriate number of PODs needed.

We had two PODS containers delivered at first and required a third. PODS was able to accommodate our request and had it delivered prior to the movers coming to pack the containers.

Excellent service from PODS. Overall, they did everything they said they would do! No complaints! Would definitely use them again.

We just moved 2 rooms plus household goods since we were downsizing. Originally had planned on using a regular moving company but changed our minds after reading horror stories that some people had. We packed our own goods and hired someone to load and unload the PODS. The big movers need to get a handle on what their contractors are doing.

PODS are always dependable.

The movers were three hours late everyday except one and on the last day they were two and a half hours late. Once they got to our house two workers were good and the third one was useless.

PODS was great. HIRE a Helper workers; two were good the other one poor. three hours late all three days we hired them

The POD system worked well for my move. The only problem was estimating how big or how many PODs that I needed. Every driver that we met was terrific, talented and flexible!

Lots (6,000+) of books and other household stuff. All tightly loaded and packed securely by the crew.

Overall pods was fine, but they need to seriously work on there customer service when you call on the phone. May look into other companies on our next move.

PODS delivered their container on time when they said. The next day they picked it up on time.....interesting process the PODzilla. Only hiccup was the initial contact as the girl I spoke with seemed like she was new to the job (had to ask alot of questions to someone in the back ground) and ordered an EMPTY POD pickup the next day (instead of the full one for delivery to their storage area). This mistake was noticed by the gentleman I spoke with the night before to confirm delivery and pickup. PS- I was not moving, just putting furniture in storage for a few home upgrades

Polite and fast workers

The customer service for PODS was very easy to work with so far. The container was large enough for the items we determined we were storing until the final move, At this point this is an option I would consider using in any future move.
