Experienced and efficient

They had no service to Montana which wound up costing me more for the move than I had hoped.

Delivery & pickup were exactly on time. We were kept informed at each step. Only problem was locking the door on the left side - didn't line up. POD has not yet been delivered to the destination so I can't review that part of it.

The customer service people manning the phones promised placement of the pod where the driver delivering it said it cannot go. Had to place it elsewhere. They also said we can change the pickup time anytime 24 hrs before it is scheduled however they wouldn't pick it up when we wanted it picked up and actually came 2 days later than we wanted.

Pods did what they said they'd do. Moving us from Dallas tx to Raleigh nc. I hope to educate future readers.. pack your stuff like it's going to be on a really small boat, on really rough seas! The loading and unloading process lifting the pod from ground to truck, back again, and who knows how many times in between It's NOT a smooth level lift, it's 1 foot up in front, 1 foot up in back, over and over, if we hadn't had the pods so packed full, stuff would have been tossed from one end of the pod to the other.

I wish they had bigger POD containers, but overall I was satisfied.

PODS was an excellent option for our 600 mile move. We were able to load our pod taking our time and have it delivered to our new home as needed. PODS was excellent to work with, handled changes without a hitch, and were great at communicating pickups and deliveries.

They were easy to deal with, did a great job with delivery but work at their own schedule (they deliver at their convenience not when you ask)

I was very happy with the delivery but I wished they had asked more questions about the things we had to load because we could not fit everything. Also we loaded quickly but I was not expecting to have to wait 4 days till pick up.

NO stress involved. And stress is the last thing we need to have when we are faced with moving.

Very helpful - delivery on time

We rented an 8x8x16 PODS, for storage and transport our items. Container was clean when we received it. Customer Service was very good and scheduling was easy. All your documents are available to you. We would use PODS again.

My POD was delivered on time and the driver showed me how to secure the lock-super nice! After loading was complete the POD was picked up and is being stored at a location near my new destination - I can't wait to have it delivered to my new home!

PODS was the perfect solution for our move ... we needed to leave everything in storage and this was so much more practical with PODS

Excellent customer service except for when it came to the delivery- my delivery date was rescheduled at the last minute due to weather, and I did not get a phone call to update me (and then I had to reschedule my movers at the last minute).

Worked well for my move

Pod has been a life saver for us. We are retired and couldn't get everything packed and moved in a 2 week period. (the time our house sold) so we requested a Pod so that we could load as it was possible. They delivered when they said. Contacted us before hand so we were caught off guard and someone could be home. We had some furniture that was 150 years old and I was concerned about it being in the Pod but everything was just as we loaded it. Dry and safe. Thanks to MY POD people!!
