as of now, i am pleased with PODS, but our possessions have not reached the final destination, so i would like to be asked this question at a later date/

Excellent way to move with good loaders

changed arrival time twice; changed delivery time thrice; said 4 to 6 days now it is 2 weeks; without a bed to sleep on

Convenient, made moving day less hectic because most items were already loaded up.

Great option for our move. We needed storage to declutter our home prior to putting it on the market. When we were ready to move all contents, PODS was there to finish the job.

Only moved a portion of the contents but it was a good experience.

it was great to use and store them while we waited for our home to be built, we used their largest and smallest and we got pretty much everything in our house in them.

Customer service for the original order I thought was good until I verified before the first pickup date and found out it had been moved out a day, requiring me to reschedule the helpers for the unload.

The PODS and the drivers that delivered and picked were friendly, well trained, and did a Great job. PODS customer service was also very flexible in adjusting to changes and the need for an additional POD.

We didn't move anywhere, but we used PODS for temporary storage at our home. The POD was not delivered on the scheduled day, but PODS computer showed that it had been delivered. We called customer service, & they had no way to resolve the issue except to send emails. They had no way to contact the local warehouse & find out when or if a POD would actually be delivered. We called at least 5 times, and none of the representatives would forward us to a manager. It was a horrible experience. The only reason I do not give one star is because the final representative we talked to actually took the problem seriously. The POD was delivered the next morning, but -- because of the frustration with the customer service -- I would never recommend PODS.

POD was delivered and picked up as scheduled. Still waiting for delivery that is scheduled in the future.

Happy with pods, much better than having to drive a truck 1300miles

This has worked out extremely well and the PODS delivery/pickup has been right on time and the phone assistance has been courteous and very helpful

They failed to pick up container on date specified. Some confusion on date for pickup. They assumed last day before new storage month started. That was 2 days after the POD had been emptied. So it blocked our driveway for 2 extra days!

The driver arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. He consulted me about the placement of the POD and double checked that everything was to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

5 Star Review - PODS knows the moving business. All drop-off and deliveries were on time, customer service answered all questions - made our move easy compared to renting a truck & meeting a deadline to return it.

Communication about POD arrival in our new area was lacking, but otherwise it was a good experience.

The delivery and pick up work that was done was excellent. My only problem was that they were not able to deliver the containers quickly enough ( I was told that only 7 business days were needed to deliver for my move, but because it was the "busy" season, it was closer to 14 days). This resulted in having to pay for an extra month.

The Pods move worked very well. Drop off and pick up both done in a timely manner. The down side to a Pod is that not all apartment complexes can accommodate the parking of a Pod near the loading/service areas because they are left overnight. Our Pod was very far away from service elevator which required us to rent a pickup truck to move our belongings from the Pod to the elevator. More money and more time consuming.

Costs more than expected but is convenient service.

It was fine, initially told us they would not be able to deliver until next week, but ended up delivering only one day later than originally requested.

Everything went as pre-planned & scheduled.. No complaints from this customer.

It was fine. Our pod was clean and dry. All of our delivery and pickup times were accurate and our stuff arrived mostly intact (our fault for not packing better). We managed to fit almost all of our stuff (minus our couch which we sold because it was too big for our new apartment and our dining room table which we donated) in a 7' container. They recommended the 16' container but that was definitely too big. I'm not sure I got a better value over a budget mover, but our stuff got here largely undamaged and that was good enough for me. Protip: as you're packing, gather all of your packed boxes into one place and measure the square footage - it helped us estimate how big of a container we needed.

The container was dropped off as planned, and within the window I was told it would arrive. The POD handler knew exactly what to do, and made sure I had the right lock for the door and saw the special packing instructions posted inside of the POD. Excellent service!

Loved the guy who delivered the pod - very polite, friendly, and great attitude. He did a great job.

They came when scheduled and we're very professional. I do wish they had been more accurate about how much would fit in the POD. We would have ordered a second one rather than hiring a truck.

The door on the POD got stuck due to furniture moving inside during the transit. Almost had to have it cut off. The POD company should insist on proper loading methods so this does not happen.
