Very good. On time. Took good care of the container (in a climate controlled warehouse). Nothing damaged. Perfect.

PODS service was always very friendly, and the quality of the POD itself was great. However, the timing and mechanism for deliveries left a lot to be desired. We ended up needing to hire movers to pick up our stuff from the PODS facility, because we were not notified by PODS in the initial order that our delivery location did not allow for the POD to be on the street. (LA as a whole.) Really disappointed in that regard.

I was disappointed in the POD. My furniture was dirty and damaged. Unfortunately I did not take pictures beforehand (my bad), so I can't claim the significant damage that occurred.

Pods is efficient. The bring it they deliver it. I was upset that they delivered the pod very far away from my apt and at an hour when there were few parking choices. They have yet to contact me about my complaint as they said they would. Its okay, they got he job done. Just don't expect them to be concerned about your concerns. They basically drop it off. Pick it up. Deliver and pick up an again.

Container was 2 hrs late, I has reserved 2 spots next to my apartment for the unit. Delivery driver placed unit at the furthest point from my apartment & refused to move it. Therefore making the loading more difficult & adding to the movers time which I was paying for. Must compliment the phone agent who simplified the ordering process & explained all charges etc. Pod was placed in their storage until mortgage is completed

First time using Pods. It was a great experience.

POD WAS EASY TO ORDER, THE DROP WAS SCHEDULED 7:15-10:15 BUT IT DID NOT COME UNTIL LATER, THERE WAS CONFUSION ON TIMING.

Pickup/dropoff was wonderful but when my container door got stuck, no one from PODS could come help open it for two days. Luckily my hired movers were able to troubleshoot it for me so I didn't have to wait and delay unpacking.

The two men that came out and packed the pods were amazing.

The pick up and delivery of the Pod was seamless. On time with no hassles

Driver arrived 7:35 pm with a 2-5 window. Nobody called me, and dispatcher could not get an answer. Driver on late arrival told me his cell phone charger didn't work. Container was new and clean.

I would not recommend using PODS if you are moving to or from an urban area. Delivery and pickup of the storage unit was extremely limited by space, which they failed to tell me until the day before on two separate occasions.

Information and detais about cost, delivery, etc. was excellent.

PODs was sooooo easy to utilize!! We were concerned that the container may damage our driveway (which was old and cracked) - no damage at all. We had two PODS delivered but should've listened to the representative who recommended 3! We really did need 3 - PODs space in cubic feet isn't the same as a truck container. I chose PODs because I didn't want to deal with movers taking our stuff to a storage unit. The communication, process and cost were well worth it.

Wowww, what a great idea to use this service. It takes so much guess work out of the (could be stressful) equation. Mr. Willie was the "absolute" best driver. That equipment is AMAZING. How he maneuverd that crane and that POD CONTAINER was so mind-blowing. Just a great invention.

The company was so well-organized and I knew exactly what to expect based on their prompt explanations. There was no-second guessing. The delivery driver took extra care not to hurt my Mom’s plants when they first dropped off the POD. It was also very easy to change my plans when I discovered I would need to move sooner. A quick phone call to the company let me change my POD pick-up date and drop-off date. I’m also glad they allow for same day drop-off and pick-up as my apartment complex doesn’t allow PODS to remain overnight. A little spendy, but I highly recommend!
