They need to pick up pod and transport it from CA to CO, but I have been happy so far.

Everything has gone as planned

So far so good, however the container is still in my driveway and needs to be sent to FL.

All was great with PODs except I was disappointed that my items couldn’t fit in the container I rented. I think there needs to be a better way of estimating how much can actually fit in the containers. I had to rent another container from another company that provided better rate for the second container.

excellent coordination

Our PODS Container was only delivered to our home. It will not be moved. We only needed it to store items in, while we are having work done inside our home. But the man that dropped off the container took such care of our yard and driveway, and made sure the POD was right where I wanted it.

PODS was great overall but deducting a star because delivery took 11 days which seems excessive for 1200 miles.

PODs advised me the smallest container would fit my stuff but I really needed the next size up

All delivery and pickup schedules were on time and was appreciated. However the overall price was A LOT more than was expected. When moving out of state, considering price, I probably would not use PODS again.

Delivery driver Terrell was excellent, with no issues at all. We were able to pack and get our things moved with no hassle.

Was lied to from the beginning about the drop off/pick up process. they were late 2 of the 3 times (pick up, drop off, drop off) their agents are unable to contact the actual shipping center if there is an issue. I was very unhappy with the overall service. Will not use again. 0/10 would not recommend.

Communicated well and was always there when they said they would be. Very friendly, professional driver.

Communication excellent, great process for drop off and pick-up, customer service helpful, Podzilla drivers were courteous and helpful too. I had damage to items that arrived, but this caused by poor packing by moving helpers in PA and not POD, although jostling certainly resulted, and may have been related. Overall the POD was versatile due to my needs, but it was very expensive. So value is not 5 stars, i rate it a 4 star experience.

Our customer service agent, while helpful, mis-estimated our needs for our move even though we were clear about how much we had. We ended up needing an extra POD for the remainder of our belongings.

Drivers showed up on time and were efficient with pick up and delivery.

PODS.com did everything exactly as they promised.

Pods was very understanding and accommodating, especially in the pickup of the pod from the location where we moved from. We needed a little extra time in the pickup and they were able to assist.

PODS is a reasonably priced and value based method to move from city to city, especially if you need to store for 30-60 days as part of the move.

Delivered right on time and the containers were very clean inside.

It cost me more than I was expecting since they didn't tell me that the price they quoted was just from MA to the storage place in Asheville. They neglected to mention the additional charge for moving it from the 2nd storage place to my new apartment.

They where very friendly and answered all my questions.

I was very happy that I chose PODS. The whole process was seamless and their customer service is awesome! I really like that they drop the pod where you want it, you load it on your own time, and they’ll pick it up when you request. Price for the long distance move was very reasonable and they can even store your belongings at their facility if you need time to look for an apartment or home. I would definitely use them again!

The Pods did not close all the way.

I've use PODS container company twice. Both times were cross country and included storage time. I found their customer service to be excellent and their delivery drivers very competent.

Excellent- only confusion was text messages as to when POD’s would be delivered or picked up. In most all cases, arrival time messages were inconsistent varying by an hour. One would say between 09:30 and 11:30 and the next message between 10:30 and 12:30. Not a big deal but, but you’d think they should be the same. All other info from POD’s has been very accurate.

Driver called ahead of schedule and delivered containers explained procedures. All went well.

Proactive in anticipating storm and delivering my POD a day early to ensure delivery.

I've used PODS for 3 cross country moves. Excellent experience with no loss and NO breakage!

The drivers telephoned me in advance to let me know when they would arrive. I was really impressed with their courtesy and professionalism.

Allowed us to pack/unpack with lots of flexibility in terms of the time and their prices are really competitive. Lovely option for semi-DIY moves.

PODs did a great job on short notice. They helped me pick the right size POD for our move and were on time with the drop off and pickup. The communication was outstanding!! Definitely would use them again for our next move!!

Not quite done yet, but PODS has been the best way to move, and we've done our fair share of long distance moves. You know where your belongings are at any time. They showed up in our new town early and I was able to adjust delivery dates. I was able to add a 7' container at the last minute for shed tools. I highly recommend them.

POD worked out well. They delivered and picked up the container when they said they would. The driver gave good instructions reference packing the container to avoid jamming the door and the proper lock to use to avoid issues. I would use them again.

Wow, right on time and impressive. Easy to fit everything from my two bedroom home. The pick up was smooth as was the delivery. I really liked everything about it.

You must make sure the people who load your POD are extremely good at their job. I had quite a few big ticket items that were damaged from being transported on the POD.

This is the second time I have used PODs and have been happy both times. Still have 1 more POD to go and will be calling PODs when the time comes.

On time pick up and delivery. Had to keep in storage at destination for several months. When delivered for unloading, driver went extra mile to make sure door would open fully. Contents were dry and in good shape

The driver who delivered and picked up my container (the same person) was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
