Very organized and efficient process. Gave a 3 hour window for delivery as opposed to having to sit around all day wondering when they would be here. Place the storage container exactly where requested and was very pleasant to work with.

The guys who delivered and picked up our PODS were total gentlemen. Arrived on time and were extremely careful baking up the trucks both delivering and picking up.

Delivery was on time. It's worth sticking around to watch the pod being unloaded! It comes in a big "mover" crane mounted on the back of the truck. The driver moves the pod up and down in the crane, which can also move along the ground like a truck! My driver controlled it like a surgeon, putting it exactly where it needed to be. Later, I found out that my pod was too small. That's mostly my fault; I can't throw away *anything*. Just be aware that a "big" space is smaller than it seems.

There is no way my belongings were kept in a climate controlled place as promised.

Delivered and picked up right when they said they would. Container was in great condition. No charge for delivery and pickup was a great perk. The $159 is monthly storage fee.

Deliberately confusing payment structure, rigid, inconvenient schedules, and horrible customer service. PODS made our move a nightmare. They “accidentally” cancelled our initially scheduled delivery - which I am convinced was so they could charge us for a month of storage. I’ve heard many similar stories. Unless you enjoy needless stress and being without your belongings for more than a month look elsewhere. Anywhere else.

Great cost effective option, and their customer service has been amazing each time we have called.

All of our belongings made it without damage. And the pod was in great shape.

The POD company was very organized and precise with them amount quoted and scheduling. There were no delays on the drop off and pick up of the POD.

Did not deliver pod on date promised and did not deliver pod the next day. Finally got second pod the third day at 7pm. The crew I hired had to come back for an extra day with an additional charge of over $500 to load the late pod.

I could not believe the POD held that much. I did need another container, but rented a U haul truck to empty the house. They instructed me that I would need another container soon enough so I could order something.

The PODs drivers bringing and picking up our PODs were very friendly and efficient, and arrived within the expected window of time. The PODs representatives at HQ are also very friendly and helpful.

The POD was delivered and placed exactly where I requested it to be put in my driveway. The container was clean and was the largest size they had. I used this company because my neighbor used them and found their Container to be in excellent condition. I would use PODS again. I felt the price was fair.

We ordered a 16 foot POD Container for the first load from our house into storage locally. The container was clean and had no odor. The driver was an expert at delivering the POD . We had good service on the telephone as we booked this service. We have not stored the unit yet, so I will review the rest of the move later.

The POD arrived a week late. I had to cancel the original company to unload the POD and schedule another.

All aspects of the entire operation were efficient and thorough.

Save a last minute hiccup with being able to define the three hour delivery window (it had to do with the truck arriving after the warehouse closed and couldn't be entered into the system) the PODS experience was terrific.

The delivery driver of the POD to Fort Monroe, VA was so careful not to damage any of the many blooming bushes in front of the historic apartment building.

PODS came earlier than the time the time window that they notified. I had to quickly have people move their cars out of the garage. This was a close call.

So far so good. They still have to pick up the pod to take it to its destination.

Was dropped off on time and picked up on time! The POD was clean inside. Excellent!

This is only the first part of my long distance move from Upstate New York to Nashville TN. The POD container is clean and sturdy. Prices are right for me with this company. Very easy so far.

Excellent Communication

It was very convenient. Great way to move long distances.

Had multiple issues with scheduling pods. It was over priced for the value received.

Alittle late on the drop off and forgot the pick up in one state but dropped early and picked up on time in another state. Luckily we had time for the missteps.

We ordered 2 containers and they arrived in good time. There was a little hiccup in the pickup, as the first driver took the wrong container and the second driver called puzzled that his order had disappeared. But he went and got the second one, so all was well in the end.

Everything went according to plan. Good communication with drivers and customer reps. This involved a move from one state to another so could not get a 12 ft. POD; had to get a 16 ft. which was more space than needed.

There custmer service people made my move run as smoth as can be.

I was very impessed with Pods. They were always on time and kept me informed as to what the next step was and when to expect it. They were great at communicating with me. I would certainly consider use them again.
