PODS was both good and bad to work with. I used 3 PODS and had them delivered and picked-up at my former house for 3 weeks leading up to my move. It was great to get stuff out of the way and know it's safely in storage. The bad part is if you're on any sort of tight moving schedule (which I was). You can't choose drop-off or pick-up time and it's several steps to get anyone on the phone. But all the customer service reps are super nice and all the drivers were super nice. All my stuff was safely delivered to my new house.

Excellent customer service. They gave a lot of information up front, and were very accommodating when we had to change our dates a couple of times. Their drivers were also courteous and accommodating.

Excellent service, just as they said. The initial price I was quoted for the transportation was a lot less then what I was told at the end. They are investigating. But, service was exactly spot on for delivery and pick up.

Everything was good until we called for pick up the unloaded container. They required ten (10) days. Not good when you are faced with a Home Owners Association.

Pod was delivered after the 2nd ordesr as it is still not clelar lwhy it waws not deslivered the first time ordered.

They were delivered to our starting and ending destinations on time and as promised. The drivers were well trained and got the PODS in the locations we requested.

The POD was very clean looked brand new. As for customer service my experience was very professional and matter of fact I work in customer service and there needs to be some warm and fuzzy so customers understand you know where they are coming from even if we can't accommodate them. Also, when you need next day pick up or drop off it's not an option so you need to plan ahead but things change especially when coordinating movers.

Using PODS worked out extremely well for my purpose.

They were very cooperative with some rescheduling I had to do. However, the overall move ended up costing me as much as a long distance van would have, and that was a disappointment.

The logistics were amazing. Everything went like clock-work.

All was on time, gently placed in our driveway for loading.

From Arizona to Florida and a few reschedules in between, the container was loaded efficiently and arrived with everything intact.

They had no service to Montana which wound up costing me more for the move than I had hoped.

Delivery & pickup were exactly on time. We were kept informed at each step. Only problem was locking the door on the left side - didn't line up. POD has not yet been delivered to the destination so I can't review that part of it.

The customer service people manning the phones promised placement of the pod where the driver delivering it said it cannot go. Had to place it elsewhere. They also said we can change the pickup time anytime 24 hrs before it is scheduled however they wouldn't pick it up when we wanted it picked up and actually came 2 days later than we wanted.

Pods did what they said they'd do. Moving us from Dallas tx to Raleigh nc. I hope to educate future readers.. pack your stuff like it's going to be on a really small boat, on really rough seas! The loading and unloading process lifting the pod from ground to truck, back again, and who knows how many times in between It's NOT a smooth level lift, it's 1 foot up in front, 1 foot up in back, over and over, if we hadn't had the pods so packed full, stuff would have been tossed from one end of the pod to the other.

PODS was an excellent option for our 600 mile move. We were able to load our pod taking our time and have it delivered to our new home as needed. PODS was excellent to work with, handled changes without a hitch, and were great at communicating pickups and deliveries.

They were easy to deal with, did a great job with delivery but work at their own schedule (they deliver at their convenience not when you ask)

I was very happy with the delivery but I wished they had asked more questions about the things we had to load because we could not fit everything. Also we loaded quickly but I was not expecting to have to wait 4 days till pick up.

NO stress involved. And stress is the last thing we need to have when we are faced with moving.

Very helpful - delivery on time

We rented an 8x8x16 PODS, for storage and transport our items. Container was clean when we received it. Customer Service was very good and scheduling was easy. All your documents are available to you. We would use PODS again.

My POD was delivered on time and the driver showed me how to secure the lock-super nice! After loading was complete the POD was picked up and is being stored at a location near my new destination - I can't wait to have it delivered to my new home!

PODS was the perfect solution for our move ... we needed to leave everything in storage and this was so much more practical with PODS
