Pods were delivered and picked up on time, drivers called when they were on their way.

Love the PODS. We had to move our re-delivery dates more than a few times because we kept getting different closing dates on our new house. Each time I called I fully expected that the new dates wouldn't work because they were within a week's time but to my surprise, the PODS people accommodated our crazy schedule. Great customer service!

multiple calls to try to schedule my move . quoted over 3 times the mileage. the associate did not properly schedule the arrival date and then could not get another arrival date for three weeks. took over 10 weeks to try to get my POD delivered. Will not use PODS ever again

Everything was good except they missed their 3 hr. window for delivery. I had to call to learb they would not be there for another 2 hours.

To begin with they promised me times they couldn't deliver and when I found out I had to make several changes. To add injury to insult they didn't pick up the container from where we moved until 5 day after they had said they could. We were left in our new apartment for over 2 weeks sleeping on air mattresses and living out of suit cases for over two weeks. Then they recommended a company that sent 2 very nice but inexperienced movers. I wouldn't recommend Pods to anyone.

Super easy to coordinate, even when a hurricane changed our delivery and pick up dates!

PODS are a great solution. My only complaint would be I required a same day pickup and delivery. You don't get a delivery window until the night before and I had to schedule the movers to come earlier based on the window. Luckily movers were able to accommodate.

Items were not secured very well and pod door was difficult to open due to items falling and leaning against the door

Redelivery: No one was home. First container placed improperly in driveway. Driver damaged new driveway and freshly laid sod. Awaiting PODs claim..

The POD was a great size and was able to fit everything i needed. The POD was in great condition, and was very easy to reserve and have dropped off. I would use them again!

Very professional, made sure container was on my property line. And took time to make sure the Pod was correctly placed.

Customer service was very helpful and informative while setting up our service. They picked up and stored our full container for 3 months. It was returned with everything still in place as packed , so I assume the Pod was handled gently. Would use them again.

We have only moved out partly from the old home but everything has gone smoothly so far.

Worked well with our schedule. Should have gotten an additional small one though. Had to put some things in storage and use a Uhaul. The mistake was ours. Good customer service. Good pricing.

I can only review the delivery of the PODS container because it is still at our house being loaded. It was on time and the driver gave a thorough explanation of how to make the best use of it.

My two pods looked as though they were put in a drier and tumbled and tumbled. It took the two drivers to angle my 16 foot container on a 45 degree angle just to get the door open. The two drivers were excellent, but my contents was a MESS.

Clearance came to drop my POD off initially and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. He was quick, polite answered all my questions.

The 8' x 16' POD worked out great for transporting our possessions cross country. Hire A Helper provided 2 guys to load and unload it in 2 hours at both ends and nothing was broken or damaged!

Although I have only had them deliver two empty PODs and pick them up after being loaded, I have been very pleased with their communication and performance with the PODs at the house.

They kept me informed of delivery times and their online update page was very helpful.

I used Pods for a cross-country move. So easy to use them, you get very up front and reasonable pricing broken down into payments. The containers are a bit on the small side is the only thing to pay close attention to. I was able to fit the equivalent of a 1 bedroom apartment into the largest 16 foot container. They dropped it off without issue when they said they would, picked it up again on time and having the ability to store it included in the price for 30 days is fantastic. This has been so simple using Pods!

Excellent team, worked very well together, knew exactly what and where everything was going. Will definitely use them again if I plan to move in the future.

Lot of money paid for a container which was not even good enough for holding all stuff for a 2 bed apartment

The dimensions were misleading. Height was only 7.5 feet versus 8. Cost us a couch. All else okay.

I use PODS all of the time. Reliable and I don't have to worry about a lot of the uncertainties with traditional moving companies. Love them.

As a consumer I do not have the intimate knowledge of how much furniture and/or boxes a pod can hold. I looked to the company to provide me with their expertise. This is their industry after all. Wow. What a mistake! I provided the pods representative with the square footage of my home, number of bedrooms, all other rooms & basement. I also had an approximate weight of my belongings. With all of that information I expected them to make a knowledgeable estimate as to the number of pods I should need. They estimated three to four 16 foot pods. Wow. The pods must really hold a lot! Well, not so fast. Come to find out, I actually needed EIGHT pods. Yes, DOUBLE their industry knowledge estimate. What a major fail!! I am so disappointed in their inability to perform their job on the behalf of their customer- me. So, if they say you need two pods order four!! Or you’ll be stuck like me at 6pm not able to get more pods and running around trying to track down 26 foot trucks to finish your move!! Very frustrating.

Pods are expensive but good for moves that are not immediate. This is the third time we have used a Pod and would do it again.

PODS completely messed up my container delivery. They did not inform me that they do not deliver in street parking in Miami-Dade county until the truck showed up with the POD, even though I informed the sales representative two weeks prior, two days before, and the driver on the day of the delivery that it was to go on the street. I had to take time out to procure parking from the city, which approved the parking space rental. When I contacted the city to tell them of the parking space situation, they tried to work with me to get space for the POD in a lot, but before I finished with them, the driver just drove away with the POD. I then had to incur the cost of renting two parking spaces for 3 days, plus U-HAUL rental to transfer my stuff from my apt. to the POD warehouse, plus extra time for movers. That no one could have provided me with this information ahead of time is unacceptable.

POD never showed up on the scheduled day. Called 5x and was told "it would arrive at some point" and it never did. The next day I was offered for it to be dropped off two days later. Nope.

Ordered largest POD. It looked small and it was! For a 2b2b apt. None of my clothes or shoes could fit.'

Drop-off and Pick-up was easy, however communication regarding the timeline of shipping the Pod to the state we were moving to, and then again delivery to our new residence was very lacking. As a result, our Pod was delivered to us almost two weeks after we had already moved in during which time we had nothing in our home. This caused a lot of problems and additional expenses, though the company did waive the fee for the extra two weeks it took and apologized for the communication errors.

Superior customer service even when they came to pick up the PODS and an inconsiderate neighbor had parked next to the POD and left for the weekend. I love the idea of packing and storing one time vs the rental truck and storage space move (3 or more times touching every single item) not to mention the wear and tear on your belongings. I had professional movers pack a 2 bedroom home into a 16’ & 7’ POD in 4 1/4 hours.

Everything was going great until I called one week in advance to schedule our POD pickup. I needed it picked up on Aug 27th, one day after loading it, they informed me the earliest they could pick it up was Sept 4th. This all cod have been avoided had the booking agent for POD's informed me at the time of registration to go ahead and schedule pickup, because I knew the date. This caused some heartburn with our land lord, and good have been totally avoided. Then, it is so hard to contact customer service, 3 emails later and I finally got a response, with little help. Still have not had our POD picked up.

Happy with Pods. Make sure to get plenty of blankets. Use rubber bands to wrap furniture with blankets. Ratchets and straps for furniture. Better to have more supplies than you think, and return the extras after the move.
