The logistics worked out perfectly.

Cornell was great with my city move. POD delivered early so that he had a great spot on the loading deck, waited patiently while my movers got everything in, helped me with the lock. Would definitely use again.

Moved with a 7' and 16' POD -- the 7' came through just fine, the 16' was a total mess. I was present when it was dropped off and the deload from the truck was extremely wobbly (much moreso than the 3 other deloads I've seen) and likely resulted in the movement of some of our belongings. We have multiple chairs that have small areas of damage as a result. I do think the POD was packed very tightly, but honestly with that much motion in the deload process, I'm not surprised things moved as much as they did.

Customer service for the original order I thought was good until I verified before the first pickup date and found out it had been moved out a day, requiring me to reschedule the helpers for the unload.

The PODS and the drivers that delivered and picked were friendly, well trained, and did a Great job. PODS customer service was also very flexible in adjusting to changes and the need for an additional POD.

We didn't move anywhere, but we used PODS for temporary storage at our home. The POD was not delivered on the scheduled day, but PODS computer showed that it had been delivered. We called customer service, & they had no way to resolve the issue except to send emails. They had no way to contact the local warehouse & find out when or if a POD would actually be delivered. We called at least 5 times, and none of the representatives would forward us to a manager. It was a horrible experience. The only reason I do not give one star is because the final representative we talked to actually took the problem seriously. The POD was delivered the next morning, but -- because of the frustration with the customer service -- I would never recommend PODS.

POD was delivered and picked up as scheduled. Still waiting for delivery that is scheduled in the future.

They failed to pick up container on date specified. Some confusion on date for pickup. They assumed last day before new storage month started. That was 2 days after the POD had been emptied. So it blocked our driveway for 2 extra days!

The driver arrived on time and was courteous and friendly. He consulted me about the placement of the POD and double checked that everything was to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

5 Star Review - PODS knows the moving business. All drop-off and deliveries were on time, customer service answered all questions - made our move easy compared to renting a truck & meeting a deadline to return it.

Communication about POD arrival in our new area was lacking, but otherwise it was a good experience.

The delivery and pick up work that was done was excellent. My only problem was that they were not able to deliver the containers quickly enough ( I was told that only 7 business days were needed to deliver for my move, but because it was the "busy" season, it was closer to 14 days). This resulted in having to pay for an extra month.

The Pods move worked very well. Drop off and pick up both done in a timely manner. The down side to a Pod is that not all apartment complexes can accommodate the parking of a Pod near the loading/service areas because they are left overnight. Our Pod was very far away from service elevator which required us to rent a pickup truck to move our belongings from the Pod to the elevator. More money and more time consuming.

Costs more than expected but is convenient service.

It was fine, initially told us they would not be able to deliver until next week, but ended up delivering only one day later than originally requested.
