Everything went fine. No problems.

Didn't have the car dolly that I had reserved over 3 weeks in advance. Didn't inform me until the morning of the scheduled pick up. Instead of costing $122 to get the car to Oregon, it cost over $1,000.

Truck has 25,000 miles so it is pretty new. Badly needed a front end alignment. I had to drive 2500 with a truck that constantly pulled to the right. My arm is now sore. I'll be glad to get the truck back.

We rented a 12 foot rental truck for a move out of a college apartment online for a specific date and time. When we arrived to pick up the truck, they did not have it and offered to let us use a 26 foot truck! What?! We were never informed that they would not have the truck. We should have received at the very least, a courtesy call to let us know. We rallied and found a truck at Uhaul. Thank goodness they had a truck for us. They actually had what they said they had online.

They mistyped my email address at booking which caused some problems as I did not get a confirmation number. Took a couple more phone calls but they did resolve the issues. Had also ordered pads which were not delivered with the truck so had to rent them from U-Haul at the last minute. Truck was fine and pick-up and drop-off agents were very fast and courteous.

Budget crewed me badly. They gave me a cargo van instead of 12 foot trucked I had reserved. I will never used them again.

They called me the day before to inform me that the truck I was going to rent broke down between Nashville & Chattanooga and that they had to downsize me. The gave me an extra day for free since I would have to make multiple trips. They were very professional and understanding.

Well the rental agent at the pickup location was stellar. The truck needs to go to the mechanic for proper maintenance. This is no fault of the agent. But that truck needs tire balancing / wheel alignment, brakes, steering mechanism work. I am calling them because I never received my final receipt.

Truck was manageable to drive and everything we had fit in it. Only minor issue was that the cabin was not clean and windshield had some tape that should've been removed before being rented.

Easy pickup. Haven't completed the trip yet but so far so good.

The Worst.. Did not have the right equipment and never made it right. Had to drive our car from Florida to Iowa because the could not get a car carrier lined up! Will never do business with them again!

170,000 miles on the 16 foot truck. Very old and bad on gas.

We were given no instructions regarding the truck or trailer. The trailer had a tail light that did not work. Will not rent from Budget again.

Budget called just before we went to pick up truck to tell us that they did not have a 26' truck that we'd reserved and only had a 16' truck. We had to make 2 trips instead of one, the second trip with no moving help as the HireAHelper workers had another job to go to after one trip. I will not be renting from Budget Truck Rental again. The person at the office did apologize but it was really inconvenient and double the time it should've taken to move.

Truck low on oil, as well as leaked oil all over the drive way I moved from, it also needed a wheel alignment badly, that truck never should have been rented out. Staff is always great though.

The truck I got rubbed the plastic mud flaps on every driveway and turn.I took them the loaded truck they said it was fine. I had to endure that scratching noise along the whole trip.

I was provided with a very sketchy moving truck and car-hauling trailer. I picked up the truck at the scheduled time, but a car hauler was not provided at that time. I had to return several hours later that day to retrieve the car hauler.

They were fine but like to push their insurance. Probably necessary if you have a big truck.

The truck we rented, the door to the truck would not close. When we shared this with the staff, they unfortunately had no solutions. We ended up using rope to hold the door down but this was certainly a security and safety risk.

I reserved a 12" truck and received a van which made the moving more time consuming and costly

Good truck, good price, just a bit dirty.

Chose Budget because the rate was $80 less than competitors and for three days vs 24 hours. It gave me more time to load/unload. The truck was somewhat worn, but fulfilled it's purpose.

Truck was not in good shape. Very loud in the cabin. Front tires were out of balance which made for a very uncomfortable ride. Interior was dirty and not well taken care of.

The truck was a 16' and fit a one bedroom + den apartment and handled well on the road. The truck did have a flat and a half full tank at pickup. Service came quickly to fix the flat once called.

Budget trucks are reliable but the roof must of had a leak from the rain and there was slight water damage on some of our boxes.

Thanks to Budget truck rental at Van Born & Middle Belt, I got a truck and all went well.

Horrible experience this was my first time using Budget and they gave me a old truck that broke down multiple times it took me 6 days to get from phx to California, and charged me almost $1000.00 truck was noisy,old,shakes,pulls to the left and the ramp kept coming out of the rear. DO NOT USE BUDGET (WARNING)

The men at budget were kind enough to let us in a little early. They explained everything well and were fun to talk to.

We used a 26-foot Budget rental truck for our move along with a car carrier trailer. The truck was in great shape, and everything was operational. We had no issues with this rental. The only call out is the location we picked the truck up at did not have furniture pads or a hand truck. Other than that, the rental truck and process were great.

The truck was not washed and very dirty. There was lots of ants and mosquitos.

It easy to book a truck rental. I called in the morning and she applied my AAA discount. Save $300.

The equipment was in great shape, no problems with the 16' moving truck or the car trailer.

The gentleman that helped me was friendly, courteous and helpful. Truck is good. All good.
