Uhaul worked well for us.

I was nervous because I saw a lot of negative reviews, but my truck rental went very smoothly. I had no issues at all with Uhaul. The truck was clean and we even rented moving blankets at a really great price.

I rented a truck from the Ark Self Storage Uhaul because it was the only location open on Sundays. They were so nice and were able to accommodate everything I needed.

tires were just ok. Had flat on outside dual.

Last minute booking (because budget decided to screw me over hours before my rental, never go with budget), easy to drive vehicle, convenient pick up and return. Could not have asked for something better.

uhaul rocks if you know what you're doing. beware though, not all locations will have trailer hitches for you to purchase

Large roomy truck that was easy to drive

They did everything ok, however my fridge wouldn't fit, so doors had to removed, but my fridge has scratches, dings, fridge door wasn't reinstalled properly. I wasn't impressed with appliance disemmbly/assembly skills.

Very nice newer truck. Everything worked well but the mileage estimate on the web site was way optimistic.

Truck broke down in El Paso

The only bad part about my rental was having to drive 10 miles away to go pick it up, because none of my local U-Hauls had a truck in stock.

Great help at both ends of the move

Truck was ancient and filthy. Check-in software was terrible. It was running on fumes but the contract showed that the tank was a quarter full. Blankets that were supposed to be in the back were not. I won't use them again.

One truck tire should have been replaced before renting.

Never rented/driven a uhaul truck before. Rented small truck - both pick up and drop off locations were great. Very easy.

Easy process to book the truck online and pick it up at the service center. The truck ran well and it only took a few minutes to return the truck and finish the return process. Very friendly staff.

Picked up truck without delay.

They contacted me several days after my reservation to say they couldn't provide a truck for me at the requested location. I ended up having to drive way out of the way to pick up a truck very early in the morning as not to be late for the move helpers.

Service at pickup and dropoff could be better. After several very frustrating experiences in the past year, I absolutely detest U-Haul's 24/7 dropoff/check-in process. It does not work well with an iPhone. Even though I enabled location services (as the app directed), it would not recognize my location using my iPhone. After much time and hassle, we were able to get it to recognize my husband's Android phone one time. The other time I spent a good 45 minutes on hold and then bailed when the local operator arrived to manually check our truck in.

They made getting the truck easy and it was clean

Very Good. I make my reservations in person and confirm in person the day before.

The truck was not in the location I reserved, and as a result I had to drive into the city during rush hour to get it. Also, the self check-in app did not work, so I had to pay their $20 fee.

There were so serious issues but Brenda was able to make everything right.

The staff at Sportsman Feed and Supplies was very friendly, and kind. He made sure that I completely understood all of U-haul's policies and process before I left the lot with my truck. Wonderful overall experience with the staff at this location!

The Company DID provide the truck I reserved, but they hedged in a way that made me nervous about whether we'd actually have a truck.

Truck wasn't ready, was dirty and the employee arrived 15 minutes late to open the store. She worked hard to get it ready but not what you expect when you show up to get your vehicle and you have expensive movers waiting.

cost of rental truck ended up being more than what was explained to me over the phone.

Our entire move went very smooth

Ammy helped me at checkout. The checkout app was not working to dispute the damage on the passenger door that was not marked and said when I returned it would not be an issue. The app sometimes has issues. When I returned, the check in crew said they were aware of the preexisting damage as Ammy ensured me would be the case upon return. Checkout was easy and the crew was polite and all went well. The truck had no issues but could use some Freon.

20' truck rental. Truck performed well. No mechanical issues. Line was long at Uhaul picking up in Austin, TX but easy return in Boulder, CO.

Wipers were awful and gas mileage even worse.
