Office in Santa Rosa, Kings Tires were great. Had some issues with reservations beyond their control but preserved and made it work. Very helpful and kind.

They didn't have the correct truck size I ordered so I had to make two trips which ended up taking more time and costing more in terms of mileage charge.

Although my truck wasn't available at the time of pick-up (the previous renter was late returning), the agent was very diligent in finding me another truck at a nearby location.

Oof, UHauls are tough to drive in Seattle! But it's doable if you time it right and try to move in early morning.

Uhaul was fine, we continue to use them as our rental company for moving.

I have used the same Uhaul Rental site for several years and continue to recommend them. They are courteous and efficient providing well-maintained trucks and trailers at a competitive price. The single issue I would highlight arose as a result of the company trying to move (apparently) all business transactions to the cloud with all customers using the Uhaul app to transact and complete the rental agreement including completing and signing the contract, and payment. This is a good business decision but the app was not as intuitive as I would have liked and on multiple occasions during the check-out process the sales rep had to leave her desk to show me where on the app the specific button or toggle switch was located. Upon my arrival to check out the vehicle the customer ahead of me seemed to be having similar issues. While I will accept a level of responsibility (i.e., familiarize myself with the app) I would suggest the company continue to improve their app to make it more user friendly and intuitive. The overall rental process was solid and I would recommend Uhaul for future needs.

When I arrived to pick up my truck, they told me none were available. No call, no warning. I had moving help on the way to my house. Fortunately another Uhaul dealer let me have a truck.

The facility off St 7 and Copans is badly understaffed. The entrance is difficult, if not hazardous, to get in and out of.

The brakes on the truck appeared to be in need of repair and the truck was provided with 1/4 tank of fuel. Customer service at the location I picked up the moving truck was sub par.

U-Haul is good and I'd recommended them over any others, mainly because there was an issue with picking up the 17 foot rental truck at one location, they offered me a bigger truck (20 feet) for the same price and extended the time, I originally reserved the truck for 12 hours, but for the inconvenience they said return the truck in 24 hours, next time I need to rent any moving truck I will use U-Haul

I made arrangements with U-Haul at 902 W. Walnut to receive a 10 x 16 x 6.5 drive up storage unit for Monday July 5, however upon arrival I found that reservation # 741050-00104216 for Darmita White was cancelled and we had to cram all of our furniture into 2 10 x 10 units on the 2nd floor where the elevator was out of order. We were terribly inconvenienced and the movers charged us an extra fee for having to transport the furniture up stairs. I have never been so disappointed with a reputable company before in my life.

No issues checking in out out with the truck rental.

Luckily was able to find a 15-ft U-Haul truck on very short notice near our starting location (near Ann Arbor, MI), and picked it up shortly after the reservation. The U-Haul folks were helpful with choosing the accessories we needed (dollies, # of blankets etc.), and got us on the way. The return to U-Haul in Philadelphia was trivia...basically just drove in, and the attendant said "you're good" and we were done... :-). Great company...

A big truck, comfortable, clean, and ran well. Surprising mileage, took a half tank to move from Wytheville VA to Spartanburg SC (about 240 miles)

Great move. Only problem was opening the combination lock that we bought from Uhaul to secure the truck. Had to stop in Nashville to ask for help. Great guy showed us how to bypass the security latch and only lock the handle so that lock would not jam. Why didn't the renting store show us that? I told the drop off Uhaul store and they didn't know that trick either. Pass it on.

Equipment was clean and ready on the day of the move. Easy check in and check out.

Employees were courteous and efficient. Truck and equipment were ready and in good condition and returning was easy. And the upshot was I was charged less than first quoted!

Uhaul has always disapointed me and has done it for the last time. I reserved a 15 ft truck but they called me to tell me they didnt have any and if i wanted one it HAD to be a 10ft. So i had to spend the entire day before the move moving half of my stuff into storage just to have the bare necessities and my furniture which is what i hired the movers for. When i arrived to pick up my truck i had to wait in line for 2 HOURS and they didnt even have my truck. They then had to scramble to find something for me because the movers were already sitting at my house waiting. Not to mention i had to go somewhere else for my tow dolly. This was the last straw and i will never EVER be using uhaul again for anything.

Jason and Matthew were terrific in getting our 20 ft. truck unloaded and moved into either the house or garage. They were on time, very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure having them here to help us get our "stuff" into our new home. They finished on time and even offered to sweep out our rental truck! I would definitely recommend them!

If I could rate these guys ten stars, I would do it! Bobby and his crew were fantastic in loading our 20 ft. UHaul truck. They shrink wrapped and protected our furniture so nothing was damaged. At first we thought that there was no way everything we had (multiple cartons and plastic totes) would fit, but Bobby is a "master" at loading and got everything loaded with no problem. They were professional and courteous and we enjoyed having them help us! They were indeed a blessing and made out move to Florida less stressful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!!

The truck worked great. The only complaint I have is that, upon returning the truck, there was a huge line at Uhaul, as it was a Saturday afternoon and was very busy. There was only 1 guy working, so the wait was quite long. I recommend that you keep more staff working the office during mid-afternoon on weekends, as it is generally a very busy time and would cut down on the wait time a lot. I felt sorry for the one poor guy who was there alone in the Jonestown Road, Harrisburg location, on Saturday, 6/26!

Uhaul is always great, but I would avoid their "hired labor" business partner "movinghelp.com" because once my hired labor canceled, there was no phone number to call. You HAVE to email movinghelp.com only, and the moving labor listed is not always available due to a scheduling bug within their system. If your labor is not available, you have to cancel, rehire someone (pay escrow money), call that person to make sure they're available, and if not, rehire (pay escrow money) someone else JUST to get their phone number to make sure they're available....it's nuts. hireahelper.com just called all the labors for me to make sure they were available.

We used our own cargo trailer that we own.

I had issues with picking up my vehicle that took up an entire day and the customer service was horrible. I was transferred multiple times and ultimately had to return a truck because there was a nail in the tire and I was on hold with roadside assistance for an hour without reaching anyone. On top of that, I was charged full amount for the first truck which I only had for two hours and charged the full amount for the second truck I had to pick up. I still have this under dispute. The customer service is excellent when you are trying to reserve the vehicle and very poor once you actually have your reserved vehicle.

Perfect in every way.. Quick check in, even quicker checkout. Truck ran well from N.C. to Pa.

Pick up process was a little delayed but otherwise good.
