The Crawfordsville location was extremely helpful given that the original moving crew canceled and I had to hire a new crew. They worked with me on rescheduling the truck and equipment needed for the move.

Nice truck, but we had a tire blowout on the trip. U-Haul responded as quickly as they could, but it was a 2 hour delay getting to our hotel.

It's Uhaul, corporate was solution focused, but pick up location (NATION AUTO MART 4899 PEARL RD CLEVELAND, OH 44109) lacked staff with ability to explain how truck works, how to safely and securely attach trailer to truck and car to trailer. Had to drive to other Uhaul location to get competent staff to share their knowledge.

U-Haul rental pick-up and return was super easy, and the truck drove as it was supposed to.

Rented a 20' truck for a cross country move, Las Vegas to Indianapolis. Truck was clean and performed well. MPG for that size vehicle was very good. Total cost of gas for the trip was $583, which a couple fill-ups at $5.19 per gallon. Thank goodness the middle portion of the country hadn't hit that yet. Cheapest we were able to get was at Buc-ee's in Amarillo, at $3.19 per gallon.

Arrived for truck pickup and truck wouldn't start. They couldn't fix it, and although 4 more 26' truck were there they said none were available as they were local only. So I had to get a Lyft ride to another location and lost 1.5 hours during the process, while I was paying movers to wait. Then, at return, they tried to change the return location AFTER I was already at the contracted return location, and then wanted to add charges for THEIR inconvenience! Last time I'll ever use U-Haul. Horrible company.

Moved approximately 1,800 miles in a truck that had less than 7,000 miles at pick up.

Rental went smoothly.

Pickup location was very poor---lots of mud/potholes; and they closed very early. After hours checkin didn't seem to work, had to place a call. Call took a long time.

The truck wasn't available at the scheduled pick up time at 10 am in Eldorado, Arkansas. They rented it out to someone else at 9. Uhaul said another truck was available 35 miles away. They gave me the number to call and reserve the truck. When i called the number it was to the person they gave it to at 9am. I told the person our situation, and they returned the truck to Uhaul so we could rent it. Uhaul in Eldorado, Arkansas on Hillsboro Street get a POOR rating. When I dropped the truck and trailer off on Peter's Street in Atlanta, GA, I was given the best service. The staff was wonderful. No problems. I give them a 100% rating.

Reasonably priced, the 15 footer was plenty big to move my 2 bedroom apartment.

John was fast, efficient, professional, and probably the friendliest fellow in all of South Carolina. Made getting the truck the easiest part of the move.

Truck size would've been appropriate for a full move in one trip. They provided the truck. Not me.

UHaul didn't attach my vehicle to the hitch correctly and the gate to the truck I rented was broken. A repair man had to come out and fix it so we could open the truck up

20 ft truck with tow dolly, easy enough to drive on rural highways but tricky without cruise. Take it slow and steady!

I have used U-Haul in the past. And I will continue to U-Haul in the future. For trucks and storage units!

truck was in great shape and easy to drive

The people were friendly and helpful. They also had all the packing stuff I needed. I also purchased a ball hitch for my pickup at a good price.

Truck worked fine but the pick up location did not have all of the moving materials I had purchased through UHAUL. The drop off location was a huge mess and definitely encourage people to do research on drop off locations before selecting. After dropping off, you should call UHAUL and verify that the drop off location checked in the vehicle to avoid late fees.

transportation option did not work well. truck was average. the company was chosen for me.
