I've always used Uhaul and I've never had any issues. Their customer service is great and the trucks are always in good condition.

We needed a truck next day to move out of state. We underestimated the pods needed, and ended up needing a truck as well. Uhaul in Citrus Springs, Fl, made sure we had a truck and car hauler the next morning. I would definitely recommend them.

We rented a Uhaul truck for our two moves--out of the home we sold and into storage units then from there into our new home. We rented a interior temperature-controlled storage unit at our local Uhaul facility and a large outdoor access storage unit at Cube Smart. At both service personnel did a great job, were reasonable, personable and the units protected our stuff beautifully.

Truck was not available when guaranteed, but they did find me a truck and I had to travel an hour to get it, so my movers were unable to load and rescheduled the next day.

I reserve a trailer. No one was at the Uhaul office. Uhaul sent me to another place to pick up trailer. The second place sent me to a third location. What was to be a 5 min drive pickup turned into 3 hour ordeal.

I have used multiple moving companies in the past and I have always found the quality of customer service and equipment from UHaul to be vastly superior to any of the alternatives.

Good truck and good check in and check out. Found out that if you open the pouch with the blankets in the truck, you just paid them $5.00 whether you eventually use the blankets or not.

The Uhaul 26 foot truck and car trailer worked well and we did not have any issues in using the truck and trailer.

I had a reservation with Budget but the service was so bad I moved to U-haul at the last minute. They were very accommodating.

I used them for 30 minutes but had to pay for 2 full hours.

I made a reservation for a 20 ft truck well before my pickup day and they did not have one available when I arrived to pick it up. They offered to find one that would have required me to drive at least 40 miles to pick the truck up and 40 miles back to do my move. Also the price I was quoted was much higher than anticipated. I wound up taking their suggestion of a 15 footer, which could only load about 2/3 of my possessions. Now I will have to do a second move, doubling my expense. I will definitely shop with a competitor to complete my move. The service people were helpful and friendly, but should have let me know at the time of my reservation that they could not fulfill my need for the vehicle.

My UHaul experience was fantastic! It was a new truck and I had absolutely no issues.

You get what you pay for I guess. This truck bounced around like it didn't have any suspension. On top of it, we had a the front tire blow out on the highway.

Uhaul never lets me down.

We rented an enclosed trailer. We reserved it ahead of time by calling the store directly, and it still took too long to pick up the trailer. Even though I told the lady at the counter that we were on a tight schedule, we still had to wait quite some time for someone to hook up the trailer. There was no one back there. Had to call the store again and tell her we were waiting around back and no one was there. Caused us to be late meeting the hired helpers.

Great company to deal with. Did the check-in on line, and picked the truck up on time.

I returned truck after hours but one day early and was charged $121.00 for "After hours service fee." BS U Haul...

I would give a better rating, but since I was new to moving, it would have been helpful if they indicated items I may have needed, like furniture covers, or rope, etc.

Meh. The truck was a bit of a struggle being under powered without cruise control. My right foot is still vibrating the days later.
