Reasonable truck was on the older side and awfully loud but it did the trick

UHaul has a bad habit of switching the pick up location. I reserved the truck in one location but then had to drive 15 miles away to get the truck at another location. They should have at least drive it to where it belongs rather than ask the customer to go out of her way to do it. Across a complicated city no less.

The pick up process was easy as I was able to complete it on my phone! I only needed to go into the store to pick up my supplies and the truck keys. The drop-off was just as smooth, you just pull into the drop off lane and leave the keys with the truck. The 17' truck was perfect for a 2 bedroom move.

Anxious to get everything right, better prices than anyone else, helpful when I needed to make changes.

The company UHaul that we used was very customer orientated and very helpful.

It's a Uhaul truck, and I drove it across the country. The truck worked fine, and Uhaul's support team was very helpful when I needed assistance. The pickup location was a mess, and the employee there was overwhelmed by himself, so I'm chopping a star off because Uhaul can afford to hire two socially-distant employees.

I will always use Uhaul. I always have a good experience with Uhaul! They are very helpful and kind.

Truck did great. Was clean and easy to operate. Worked as expected. Great idea to rent the moving blankets. Never realized how many you need for wrapping your furniture.

Uhaul itself was great to work with, but we would avoid their movinghelp.com partners at all cost! We drive all night in order to meet their moving helpers at the new house on time. We were exhausted. The helpers never showed up, never replied to emails or phone calls, and charged us more than double! U haul cannot help with problems created by moving help. So save yourself time, money, stress, and hours of frustration and avoid them like the plague! Hire a helper came to our rescue and they were fantastic! We would use them again in a heart beat!

uhaul people on coldwater in fort wayne made process easy

I am so done with Uhaul. Of course they changed my pickup the location the day before because they always do. Next, the door on the truck broke and they expected me to wait 2 hours at the location for them to send someone to fix it. When I dropped it off, the process involves taking 10 pictures and filling out forms and it was pouring rain. And it still cost 200 all in for a beat up broken truck for 10 hours. Must be nice to be Uhaul.

The truck was dirty and not in great shape. I cannot give them a lower review because the reservation was made 24 hrs in advance after the original provider was unable to provide the truck I needed.

Very quick and painless pick-up and drop-off process for the truck. I appreciated how modern it all was with much of the check-in, verification, and vehicle inspection done via my phone. The truck itself was also great, no problems and fit our needs well. I would highly recommend getting moving supplies from u-haul also. Depending on the pick-up location, u-haul often has boxes, tape, etc. for sale right there and their boxes were much better than the other store I got boxes from (built-in handles, better labeling). U-haul also has great box return policies (buy as many as you want and return any unused boxes, used box exchange, box recycling), although due to covid they're understandably not doing much of the box redemption at the moment.

Saved us as we got them in 1 day after Budget canceled us with 2 days to go before the move. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

THE TRUCK WAS REALLY CLEAN AND THE COMPANY HAD US LOOK OVER BOTH TRUCKS AND THE TRAILER, TO MAKE SURE WE AGREED WITH THE SAME DENT THEY SAW.

They saved my butt with this move. I had rented a truck through Budget and they botched my reservation so I had to rent a truck at the last minute. When I explained the situation the gentleman was unable to get me the size I needed but had a larger truck available. I said I'll take it. He then gave me a discount for the smaller truck price. I will forever be grateful to U Haul for my emergency save.

I had to pick up the truck a good bit aways, 45 minute drive, but the location for pickup and drop off were both well run, fast and efficient.

Cheapest way to move, and the uhauls are very good gas efficiency.

Overall Good - 26'Foot a bit of a ruff ride but this is because it is gas and not disel which is ok.

20 foot truck had lots of miles, but in good condition.

Truck clean and road worthy, good fuel usage. Pickup and return fast and easy. Low deck for loading and unloading helpful.

customer service not great

The truck was pretty dirty and they changed my pick up place twice. The key lock was broken on the passenger side and that posed an inconvenience when I need to get to things quickly.

Had to call roadside assistance.

Ordered the truck online and it didn't take long at all to pick it up and get going. Truck was in good condition and was perfect for our move. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

The pick-up process was super slow, I arrive 10 min early to pick up my truck and it took me almost 30 min to get the keys. On the website I ordered furniture blankets and furniture dolly ad was expecting to have those on the truck, but they had none there, which cause a big inconvenience on the day of my moving. The truck was old but OK and they changed the pick-up location to a further one, making spend more $ on miles, I ended up having to agree to that on being left without a truck...

Very careful both, nothing got even scratched. Very methodical in the order they place things and brought them back.
