The transportation company was good.

Decent 15’ truck, no problems pulling the auto transport. No cruise control. Turns out the shelf over the cab allowed water to leak in.

Used U-haul many times and had no problem with the equipment. A full 26 foot truck

This company was good until I had to extend my rental and then they demanded that I return the trucks per the contract even though the trucks were still full since we didn't close on our house as expected.

Rented 2 26 foot trucks from Ashley at AP Self Storage and Uhauls. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of for us and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our trucks were on the lot, clean, and ready to pull out when we showed up Saturday morning to pick them up!! I appreciate her very much and would recommend dealing with Ashley at AP Self Storage and Uhauls. She is always willing to go above and beyond to take care of her customers. clean and reliable for 300 mile move

Great pickup and dropoff customer service reps. Very nice Super Mover 26' truck that truly "Drove like a van. Hauled like a truck." I purchased the Premium Insurance for total peace of mind. We also needed to keep the truck for five extra days because of move-in timing complexity.

Truck was in good condition. Pick-up was quick and easy. Had trouble getting a hold of someone to give my preference of drop-off location. Overall good experience.

Truck was ready, clean, and worked well

I was confirmed for a 7:30 am pick up. When I arrived for the pick up, there was no one at the office. I tried in vain to reach anyone. The office did not open until 8:30 am. The man who showed up was cranky and belligerent. Yelling at us that he did not have a reservation in my name. He finally found it, but never apologized for his horrible behavior. I will never go back there again

U-HAUL. disorganized !!

Upside: Truck was ready, clean and had a full tank at time of appointment. No issues with operation. Downside: Location was understaffed and pick up and drop off took much longer than it should have

I was over 30 minutes late moving because it took 3 employees to process one order request from a customer. They didn't even apologize for the long wait, just gave me my truck and charged my card. A discount would have been nice to at least be offered.

We rented our own truck & only hired the workers for labor

Everything was fine except that the truck leaked a bit. Drove 210 miles in rain. Leaked a little inside and there is moisture damage to one piece of furniture. That piece had a loading blanket over it and was wrapped with packers wrap. But it still sustained moisture damage.

Ok They had my drop off location about three hours from my house when I had told them twice the drop off location and I spent approximately two hours on the phone trying to correct this mistake.

Picked up at 730 they open early and it was easy

15ft truck with about 25,000 miles so it was in good shape. The office staff were a little lacking, but ok. A 15ft truck, 450 mile drive, 3 days was about $450. Definitely get the pads (1 for each piece of wood furniture) and 2 or 3 ratchet straps

Muller power movers are the best. They move fast and are strong. Nothing was damaged and they had to go up a flight of stairs.They even finished ahead of schedule. Would definitely use in the future and recommend to others. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Despite a reservation two months in advance they sent me to the next state over to pick up truck and car transport were 2 blocks from home.

Everything wet smoothly as possible.

We had a very poor start to our rental. The vehicle was not available when we arrived and it turned out the previous renter was late and then delivered to incorrect location which was now closed. They could only offer a replacement if we drove over 2 hours away. UHaul did later offer us extra mileage and a generous moving certificate so we could hire movers at our home and destination since our departure was delayed.

Very flexible as it pertains to the customer, in other words, the customer was placed above self.

Other than having to wait while another customer was being served I have no complaints. They could use more than one person working at their store.

The self-serve check-in was awful. Not only did the area I picked up the truck have poor cell phone service, meaning it took me 15 minutes to do something that should have taken 3, it also incorrectly told me the lock was in the lockbox when it was on the back of the truck--another 10 minutes wasted fighting the lock at the lockers. In addition, the starting mileage was incorrectly put in and when I tried to return it, it said that my mileage was less and wouldn't let me return it. Do yourself a favor: if at all possible, do counter pickup. Don't trust their mobile service to work or be accurate.

I had no problems with my uhaul rental.

Ordered a 17' truck and call me the day I was to pick it up and told me it had mechanical problems and I had gave me a 15' truck. I had to make two trips and incurred 2 additional hours for two movers. Also rented a 6x12 trailer to move some of our belonging to Florida. The trailer had a slow leak in one of the tires. Had to refill it several times during our trip.

Reliable truck and the local rental facility in Wexford is great to work with.

Uhaul truck rental

I think they were stretched as this is moving season. We reserved our truck >2 mos in advance. The morning before we were supposed to pick it up they notified us that it wasn't available and we'd have to drive an hour away to pick up another truck. They comped the extra gas for that drive and NOTHING else for our inconvenience (added 2+ hours of travel). They told us they would give us an extra day of rental as compensation but then charged us for the extra day anyway. We'll be using Budget next time.

One way UHaul rental (15 ft truck) from SC to PA. The truck was in good shape and it was a decent ride. Definitely basic - radio only, hand crank windows and manual locks but everything worked and we got there safely!

They had the 20' ready and clean for my 3 day rental
