Smooth rental and return. We rented in Valparaiso, IN and returned the truck to Lakeland, FL.

Truck was filthy inside the cab and truck. The blankets I needed were strewn all over the truck, no bag was there and the blankets were wet. The UHAUL in Windsor (Goo Rooz) has bad reviews to begin with, but they were the only location with the truck size I needed. I ordered a dolly and it wasn't in the truck. I had to stop by another UHAUL Dealer prior to this rental and they warned me about renting a truck from Goo Rooz. It was too late to make other arrangements. Reconsider another UHAUL dealer if Goo Rooz comes up in your rental!

I had a terrible experience with this move. Uhaul's app for no contact pickup bugged out on me and after an hour of sitting at the pickup location, trying to get it to work (I even tried converting to standard pickup because of the issues, but that failed, too), I finally canceled the reservation and just went inside to do it manually with a new order. It was ridiculous. Just choose the standard pickup if you want to avoid problems.

I rented a U-Haul truck from Baltimore, MD to Chicago. Smooth ride. When I arrived at my destination, the weather was bad and the U-Haul drop off said to leave the truck in the parking lot and they would be happy to come and get it. Talk about great service!

The truck was in a good condition but it was a bit noisy to drive. Uhaul pick-up using mobile was not very friendly. But the truck did save me a lot of money. Movers would have charged $200-$300 bucks but I got it done in less than $70.

Kind of hard to screw up a truck rental, but U-Haul found a way to do it. Will not be using them again.

Service was as expected. The truck I rented broke down on the interstate 2x in one day. This was a problem and it ended up costing me a TV due to having these problems. I'll probably go with a Penske next time. Everytime I use UHaul I have problems.

It was great. They came on time and got everything in one stop. They put everything down where I needed it and were really fast.

It was easy to reserve, pick up, and return. Moving blankets were pretty cheap to rent. Kind of pricey, but comparable to others.

Uhaul is hard to deal with...the worst thing is they don't answer the phone and it takes 45 minutes to talk to anyone. They have a service movinghelp.com which is really confusing. Its part of uhaul but also not. They don't have a customer service numbers and you are supposed to get a payment code and it never arrives so you have to dig around for phone numbers. I would like to find another truck company.

Place was fast, nice, and to the point.

U-Haul was excellent in providing truck, services and lower costs.

They forgot to load dollies and pads into my truck.

Truck was clean, served my needs well but could use a better defroster system. (35 Deg. F and sleet/rain)

The transportation was provided by me, I rented the 10ft uHaul truck, and it worked out well.

I reserved a 26 foot truck 3 weeks in advance for a one way rental. The day before they called and did not have a truck for us. Wanted to substitute a 15 foot truck. I ended up with a 20 foot truck and the additional expense of a trailer rental. But we gave you a $50.00 credit for our reservation guarantee. What good is this going to do me if I have to rent another truck, fly back from where I moved and have to drive another 600 miles? At one point they threatened to cancel my reservation all together because I was unreasonable. Had to leave some of my belongings behind including the sailfish (mount) I caught in Mexico. I only chose them because they do one way rentals, although they don't really want to. They really need to learn what reservation and guarantee mean. People at the 3 local centers I dealt with were great (yes I had to drive across Denver twice roughly 100 miles total to pick up equipment at 2 different locations). DO NOT RECOMMEND U-haul at all.

The trailer I got didn't have lights working and the truck didn't have a speedometer that worked.

truck ran good, just didn't like having to return truck at the same gas level as when we took it out. It is much easier to get it filled and return it filled instead of trying to guess what you need at the final fill up

We had to go to a couple of different places to pick up the truck, and then the dollies that we requested which was inconvenient. Other than that, everything was pretty average for this type of rental.

No issues with the truck rental, but the total driving distance was only 9 miles!

The truck was just as ordered, worked great, clean, ready as ordered, on time, very reasonably priced!

The truck was fine, but I was charged for furniture blankets, though they were missing.

The truck pick up was rough. We called the night before and were told that all we had to do is call Uhaul and type in a code. Didn't turn out that way. In any case, we made it!

U-Haul is up front pricing and convenient after hrs drop off and flexible pic-up from other locations, their inventory is large and easy to adjust to.

Uhaul came through for us, as we were moving to another state. We were trying to figure out the logistics of getting the truck there before the movers arrived. They called and made things so easy for us, and took that worry away. Thank you for that peace of mind.

The truck was brand new and the service rep was on time and prepared! Very helpful.

Once we were able to get a truck, everything was great! The person who had the truck we were supposed to get at noon, didn't return it on time, so U-Haul had to find us a another location that had what I needed. They did and we received a credit due to the issue of having to go to another location.

Truck was new which was really good. Process was fairly easy online to reserve, and I picked it up pretty quick with no hassle.
