On the whole they were helpful but forgot to put the blankets in the truck . We had to send someone to get them. They did credit me for the amount.

I had pick up at noon at location 24/7. At 4:00 after numerous calls they sent me to a Uhaul 65 miles away but gave me wrong address! Never got a truck that rescheduled for original location for 8 am next morning after having truck for 5 hour realized we would need a second smaller truck which was available at original pick up location and they could not write up a new order nor add the second truck to my original order. They are happy they collected about 120-140 extra dollars for their service. Never again will I use Uhaul as their priorities are money and not service

Raphael at my pick up spot was great at helping us be ready. Everything was spot on and they gave us a newer truck. Had a bad experience many years ago and this one completely erased that from my mind.

Staff very accommodating and eager to help. Only issue I think U-Haul needs to update their computer system. I will use U-haul again

Windshield wipers were terrible. Stopped in Moore okla. at a uhaul dealer. Said he could not help me. Would have to find a service center.

No confirmation of rental until 2 days prior to pickup, and they changed the pickup location 1 day prior. Then they tried to change the return location 1 day prior. Truck was OK, but communication was bad.

The main two fellows worked diligently and did a great job. Kenneth was a rock star. He had a paid helper and I believe one other who was in training. The four stars are du . e to the unpaid helper that only seemed to drag his feet and was unwilling to pay attention to what was needed, not anticipating or thinking for himself for the most part. That part of my interaction with him was a bit strange

The truck had not been cleaned and had unfixed damage on the outside. In addition, I brought the truck back with the same fuel level, and they charged me $23 for gas, after only putting about 25 miles on the truck

Nothing special here... it's a truck! Althought the contract said 3.75 per gallon the guy I dropped it off to said 5 dollars per gallon. Hre also said he didn't care what was on the contract. That was a little strange. I hardly used any gas so I didn't bother a refill

We did have a reservation with Budget for a truck - but when we got there to pick it up - the location didn’t exist and we were told by customer service it would take 2 hours to find another truck! Ended up with U-haul - cost more but we could get going.$380

We had to spend an additional 250 to get the truck out of the mud, due to the rain.

Easy as always, did not allow for one-way 20' foot truck rentals, only 26' foot trucks. It was quite the experience driving that large of a truck, I got stuck multiple times. I wish I had the option to go smaller. It ended up being plenty of truck for the move though and I am overall happy with the ease of only using a single trip for the whole apartment. The customer service was great as always when I got stuck. I used the roadside assistance and everything worked itself out within a couple hours.

The truck's cab was really dirty and it required a thorough cleaning before we left for our 14+ hour drive. Mechanically, the truck performed really well during the entire trip.

Poorly maintained vehicle. Had to put transmission fluid in it during our move and it pulled very bad to the right.

Very helpful. 17 foot truck for a two bed, two bath move. They allowed me to extend my rental time for another 12 hours (24 in total) for no additional cost.

We had a fantastic drive from PA to MI; the truck was just what we needed! The helpfulness of employees varied on the location; in MI, we had someone who was very helpful; in PA, it was like pulling teeth to get questions answered. But the truck did the job!

Everything great, except when I booked through HireAhelper, I believe I told them that I needed someone who could disconnect and hookup the washer and dryer. The washer was not a problem, but when they got there they said that they could not disconnect the gas for the dryer. We worked it out but however was booking it should have scoped that out.

It's U-Haul. It is what it is. The lady at the desk was lazy and not very helpful. The drop-off place was a random gas station. They had no idea we were coming, even though they were listed as our drop-off location on our contract. I was afraid to leave the truck with them to be honest. I had no idea where they were going to put it in their cramped little parking lot. The next day we got a call from U-Haul asking us to return the vehicle, so I was pretty sure I had been scammed and they sold the truck for parts. It's only been 2 days, so I'm still half expecting an additional bill from U-Haul.

The truck was clean, ready to go when we picked it up. The serviceman stood by ready to answer any questions. Very thoughtful.

Truck nasty, leaking everywhere, running sideways down the road, charged 15.00 for blankets and 15.00 for a dolly that was attached to the truck and told if you don't break the seal and use them you would get that returned, I only got 10.00 returned, they kept 20.00 and we DIDN'T USE THEM. DIRTY DIRTY BUSINESS, we have always used uhaul, we are military., and have a major move in a month, I think I will use someone else for the first time in 20 years, I don't like being Robbed of my money! Or being lied to. I promise that 20.00 will cost them every time I tell someone how they did my family, because I will tell everyone I know that is moving or getting ready to, how they did us and how they beat us out of money, with there new blankets and dolly that are attached to the truck policy!!!
