Truck nasty, leaking everywhere, running sideways down the road, charged 15.00 for blankets and 15.00 for a dolly that was attached to the truck and told if you don't break the seal and use them you would get that returned, I only got 10.00 returned, they kept 20.00 and we DIDN'T USE THEM. DIRTY DIRTY BUSINESS, we have always used uhaul, we are military., and have a major move in a month, I think I will use someone else for the first time in 20 years, I don't like being Robbed of my money! Or being lied to. I promise that 20.00 will cost them every time I tell someone how they did my family, because I will tell everyone I know that is moving or getting ready to, how they did us and how they beat us out of money, with there new blankets and dolly that are attached to the truck policy!!!

The truck worked fine except the tank was empty when I picked it up.

Rented a 20" Uhaul and auto transport trailer for one way move. The ride was smooth, no problems what so ever and we didn't take a lot of the bigger items in the house so we had plenty of space. The only thing I wish these trucks did have was cruise control. Driving at a steady 55-60 mph on the highway for 3 hours having to have the peddle pressed in a certain amount can put a straight on your ankle/thigh.

The truck and container were in good condition, very clean and ready to go when we arrived at 7:30am.

Couldn't tell if the gas gauge on the truck was working. I was informed that the truck was full, but when I returned, I expected to pay for about 15 gallons of gas. ( I drove 113 miles) I put 27.6 gallons into the tank when I returned it.

Very good service on the pick and delivery side. Price was very competitive and lots of convenient features.

U Haul is not my first choice but it was what was available. I booked at a location that was very close to our storage area and even though it was confirmed, they called the day before the move to say they did not have a truck. Luckily I was able to find a different U Haul location that worked out okay.

Do not use Uhaul, we reserved a 26 ft truck a month ago and when we showed up they only had a 20’ available. They also did not have the furniture pads or dollys we reserved. This really made our move harder than it needed to be. Usual employees couldn’t care less about any type of impact this had.

In store wasn't great, the mobile pickup was disabled with this location "because it's easier for them to do it for you"...

We had hired a company to unload at our new home through U-Haul, they never acknowledged or confirmed our reservation, even after numerous attempts. We than find out they cancelled the reservation. We hired Harrison moving in Las Vegas, and they came to the rescue! U-haul’s customer service is absolutely horrible.

Point of the Mountain Storage got me a UHAUL at the last minute after Budget Rental totally dropped the ball. I was so thankful for them!

Helped us through some odd parts (that's usual for my moves). Kept the costs down as we hired helpers to load 4 hours and unload (2 hours) and we drove from one place to the next.

Truck ran well over the 1000 mile drive. The truck was clean and well maintained, I had no problems.

The other major company I had reserved earlier notified me the previous evening that they would not have the needed truck available. I scrambled last minute and located a Uhaul outlet nearby with the necessary truck. At pick-up time all hell broke loose: the app on my phone wouldn't work, the computer at the service station froze while performing an update. Undeterred, the staff and owner of the station went to work on personal phones, computers and a sense of urgency to get us out of the hole. Our move seemed to be doomed from the start but Uhaul saved the day. Thank you.

Everything about renting our 26 foot UHaul went without a hitch.

The manager at the U-haul store, Mr. Dawson, was very helpful and patient. I was exhausted and couldn't think and he was very kind and helpful. Thank you.

Unfortunately our Uhual truck experience was not a good one. 2 hours before had to pick up our truck, our location was changed. I called to confirm the truck and the lady said yes she has it but we have to be there an hour earlier because she has to leave for an appointment. It was very inconsiderate and selfish on her part. Also we had reserved a trailer which was not at her location and we had to drive to a different location to pick up the trailer. Luckily my husband and I made it an hour earlier to pick up the truck, but when mu husband drove the truck to our house there was something wrong with the exhaust. So we had to move over 800 miles yelling to hear each other in the cab because the exhaust was sooooooo loud. Terrible experience for a Uhaul truck. The Uhaul trailer experience was fine though.

I feel the mileage calculated from MA to NY was overly generous so I ended up paying for miles that I didn't actually use. I wish I had known the drop off location was in the middle of nowhere with no taxi service. I ended up having to pay a family I found at a nearby convenience store $20 to drive me the 8 miles home.

So happy with the company! They came through and got us situated with a truck when they didn't have any in the city!

Uhaul was straightforward to deal with. Just had some confusion about what they would and would not provide with the move - like, they provided no rope or straps.

The truck was not available as scheduled. I lost $$$$ due to the HireAHelp company cancelled on me. I was not called by U-Haul to let me know that the truck wasn't available. I didn't know until I called U-Haul to verify the pickup address 30 minutes before. I spent the rest of the day trying to find a truck. U-Haul accommodated me with a truck after cancelling on another client. I had planned to start loading at 9 am, but wasn't able to start until 7 pm. we worked throughout the night to try and regain the schedule. U-Haul did try to accommodate me with various options after I complained bitterly. Having a contengency plan, like renting a truck from a competitor, to accommodate its customers would have gone a long way toward customer satisifaction.

They advertise $29.95 a day but told me I had to have the truck back in 6 hours because it was in demand. Mileage rate is above average ( $.69 per mile ) and they added insurance even after I declined it. Their fuel policy is ridged to cost you more also. I put 85 miles on the truck of which only 20 miles was the actual move because they made me pick it up 30 miles from my home, even though there is a depot 15 miles away from my home.

We rented our UHaul from Jonas Snow Removal and Lawncare. It was an awesome experience! The manager was awesome and very helpful after a huge mishap with Budget. Our truck was practically new and was very clean. I would definitely recommend Jonas Snow Removal and Lawn Care for your Alexandria UHaul needs!

The u haul truck was sufficient
