I rented a 15' UHaul truck from the Santa Monica Lincoln Blvd location and my experience was great. The folks there are terrific, and the truck ran very well on a 7 hour drive with 100+ temperatures. Very happy with my experience.

Awful, truck needed repair. I took it back but was told it was fine. It lost power several times. The tried to swap it out at destination but only ok'd after roadside confirmed condition and truck loaded.

The truck we were given was having electrical issues causing a misfire and the customer service guy essentially told us to keep driving without knowing what the issue was. After a mechanic was called and came to test the vehicle, we proceeded to carry on the next day without UHaul covering the cost of a hotel stay that we had not planned on needing.

UHAUL was so easy to work with. I was scared I wouldnt find assistance during the pandemic but I simply told them what I needed and they made magic happen. Go with UHAUL for your moving needs!

Easy to work with on both ends.

Very clean and comfortable UHaul rental truck. It was brand new and I loved it.

This was the second of two uhaul trucks we drove. No complaints on the truck or the company. Everything went smooth.

Fast service! I had went with the 9 ft van!

DIY at it's finest! Pick-up of the truck was easy. We provided our own boxes (banker's boxes, mostly and moving boxes from Wal-Mart). Stopped at Love's Travel Stops on the way (highly recommended for clean bathrooms and good gas prices). The return of the truck was at a local Sunoco. They did NOT have posted on their site to return the truck to the alley behind the back of the gas station. Other than that, the truck worked well and had the expected bouncy ride.

The Uhaul pick up was very slow for the guys to pick up and it caused the guys to arrive much later than anticipated.

I’ve used U- Haul 4 times in the last nine months the biggest Issue was the drop off point because of Covid 19 every Uhaul that I know of is open for business. These are independent so I’m not going to leave a bad mark on Uhaul they have been great.

The movers were 2 and half hours late from their original scheduled time. They were more talkative than professional.

We rented a car trailer as well as a 20' truck. All equipment was in good shape, clean and worked.

Uhaul is Uhaul. It fit my needs well for a good price.

Very supportive and easy to deal with

I've used U haul on many projects and I've had no problems. The truck was ready at the time I'd requested and checking in and out was a breeze.

26ft truck was was clean, drove well. The remote check in was less than optimal since the website had some kind of issue and we had to wait until a human was available at 9am to do it manually. Same issue with checking it back in after hours. Had to call 800 number since online had same issue.

The U Haul agent was very helpful.

I've always used Uhaul and I've never had any issues. Their customer service is great and the trucks are always in good condition.

We needed a truck next day to move out of state. We underestimated the pods needed, and ended up needing a truck as well. Uhaul in Citrus Springs, Fl, made sure we had a truck and car hauler the next morning. I would definitely recommend them.

We rented a Uhaul truck for our two moves--out of the home we sold and into storage units then from there into our new home. We rented a interior temperature-controlled storage unit at our local Uhaul facility and a large outdoor access storage unit at Cube Smart. At both service personnel did a great job, were reasonable, personable and the units protected our stuff beautifully.

Truck was not available when guaranteed, but they did find me a truck and I had to travel an hour to get it, so my movers were unable to load and rescheduled the next day.

I reserve a trailer. No one was at the Uhaul office. Uhaul sent me to another place to pick up trailer. The second place sent me to a third location. What was to be a 5 min drive pickup turned into 3 hour ordeal.

I have used multiple moving companies in the past and I have always found the quality of customer service and equipment from UHaul to be vastly superior to any of the alternatives.

Good truck and good check in and check out. Found out that if you open the pouch with the blankets in the truck, you just paid them $5.00 whether you eventually use the blankets or not.

The Uhaul 26 foot truck and car trailer worked well and we did not have any issues in using the truck and trailer.

I had a reservation with Budget but the service was so bad I moved to U-haul at the last minute. They were very accommodating.
