Very Supportive to extend one more day

The truck we reserved near our home became unavailable at the very last minute. We were not notified of the change until we were already on our way to pick up the truck. This caused significant stress, extra time and was handled poorly. Very unsatisfied

We made reservations for our trucks and had them when we needed them.

Overall it was ok. I had no issues. The truck that I rented (15 foot) was a little large for me to drive, and I probably should have rented the next smaller size.

The intake person was very good. The price was approximately $100 more than I originally accepted. This was over and above the tax and insurance I chose to take. Not sure how/why this happened. We didn’t need to buy anything from usual, so that wouldn’t explain it?!

Communicated throughout the move. Truck was ready and waiting.

Rented from the Uhaul location on Summer Avenue in Memphis. Very rude and unprofessional. Was met with hostility when I inquired about keeping the truck for 3 extra hours due to movers rescheduling. Had to return original truck and pick up a second truck from a different (much better) location to complete my move. I will never use this location again, and I will probably avoid Uhaul moving forward if at all possible.

I don't like having to go through so many pages of add on services, insurance and supplies to just reserve a truck.

Easy pick up - should’ve requested larger truck.

Nothing I had requested 2 months in advance was as I had requested. I didn't get the truck I reserved, at the location I reserved with the mobile pickup I reserved. Instead I had to go to a second location, they did provide a larger truck, so that was ok, and the in person pick-up worked ok for me because I was first in line. However, had I showed up one minute later, the line was out the door and I probably would have been delayed an hour. I did notify them of my dissatisfaction and they did reimburse me a portion of my costs.

The 10ft U-Haul worked fine. Had help loading and unloading. The truck was clean and full of gas. The help at check-in was quick and easy.

Truck was dirty and only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas. I was informed that, that was normal. I have rented many u-haul trucks before and have never heard of this. How am I supposed to give it back with that exact amount of gas.

Easy to book it, found much cheaper options in Hot Springs vs. Little Rock (which was interesting, but I'll take it!). The owner was super nice, and he threw in a free dollie for us.

Truck worked fine. Didn't include dolly like requested, but everything else was good. Self check-in/check-out makes the process a lot quicker than it used to be.

I made reservations more than two weeks ago truck wasn't ready and drop off at my destination wasn't available had to drive back 77miles to return the truck.

Reserved a van online about 2 weeks in advance.... Only after arrival, using the App Checkin - did the agent say "we only have a 10'box truck for you." (ugh, fine. (but got a partial refund to offset gas and larger-truck driving concerns). The App was dumb, I should have just used the local staff onsite. Part two: my return "due back" time got adjusted somehow during that whole process... What was supposed to be a 24 hour rental turned into a 22hr? weird. check in (via a human), was quick and easy.

Due to issues with other movers I had to adjust my rental date. UHaul was helpful in doing so, even rapidly finding another truck in a nearby town during a very busy season.

U-Haul. They're cheap and you usually get what you pay for. No major issues this time.

The U-Haul company called me a week after I booked to say they didn’t have my truck. I told them I needed the 15 foot that next day. They “worked it out”. We go to this shady Ace Hardware to sign in then to a frankly scary lot a mile or so down the road to actually get it. The truck was 12 foot and they gave the person behind us a 15 foot. I had to leave furniture behind and we were moving to a new state and I’m devastated. The woman who answered the phone at the hardware was also very rude. The signage was no help at all to find it either.

It was very easy renting the UHaul.

Truck was fine and served its purpose.

We rented a 20ft truck and the truck itself was great. The customer services wasn't though. They changed the address of our pickup to half way across the city on the day we were supposed to pick it up, and sent a very confusing email to tell us. The dude who gave us our order of boxes and supplies was incredibly rude and tried to short us on our boxes, claiming he ?Hadn't finished" even though he had walked away. The truck itself was great, but the experience around it wasn't.

They told me that the rental truck came with three days of use. When I looked at my contract they had only given me two days. They try to charge me for an extra day, when it is part of the original deal.

Good riding truck with good A/C. A little loud, but that is expected.

Uhaul was fine. It was what we expected.

The equipment was in excellent condition and staff were most helpful.

No problems, cost and truck size was right on point.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND REALLY HELPFUL

The amount of mileage allowed before charging extra was not even close to the minimum I needed to get the truck to the loading point, then get to the destination, then drive to the drop off point Uhaul wanted. I did not go anywhere else. Other than that, no complaints. I rented two trucks on different days and the above applies to both.

I saved a lot of money by using a u-haul and hiring loaders/unloaders rather than hiring interstate movers. However, the u-haul was not aligned and sometimes would not allow me to go the speed limit or close to it. I understand that because of the weight of the truck, that might have something to do with it, but it felt slightly dangerous to drive.

Took an hour to get them to accept my expired drivers license even though there is an executive order saying that they are still valid due to covid.

Truck was great and easy to use but UHAUL led me to believe that I could pick it up at 7 am using their app. When we got there we were told we had to wait until 9 am. Be sure to call the local agent to confirm these details. My bad!

Despite a discouraging start, mats and dollys were available in abundance.

This guys were very professional and efficient. They were quick, and they took less than two hours to unload a 20 foot U-Haul truck. My appliances were taken care of and they were very careful to not damage anything. I was also worried about my appliances fitting into the small washroom. They were able to stack them on top of each other in I’m just so pleased with the work that they did for me. The owner is very quick and a great communicator. I text him he text me back instantly and he called me to make sure that his guys were there and that they were doing a great job.

After Budget cancelled on us last minute, Uhaul was there to save the day! Pick up was simple, dropoff easy and we paid half of what we were quoted from Budget!
