The drivers delivered my containers promptly and made sure I was okay with the place they were going to unload them. One of the initial containers delivered was too small. I call them about an exchange and they came out the same day to swap them. I would recommend them for anyone looking to move or store their items.

The delivery and pick-up guys were great. The were efficient and paid attention to where they placed the containers. They checked with their supervisors for clarification as to whether or not to place the containers on new concrete or not. Great job! However, their scheduling needs work. I mentioned in several conversations with their operator over the phone three weeks prior to my move that I would need the containers picked up on Monday after our weekend move. I emailed him to that effect also. I also spoke at length to him about when I needed to move the containers from my rental home to our new house. When I verified the moves with their operator the day the first container was being moved, the schedule was not what I had been told they would be. When I told the operator that the schedule was incorrect, she became snippy and basically told me that I was wrong. Being that I was wrong, I told her that I shouldn't be, since I spoke at length with one of her colleagues about the schedule and was told that what I needed would happen. Since their computer system is apparently still a green screen and incapable of having two windows open at one time, I stopped the operator from changing the schedule because she couldn't look at both container's schedules at once. I mean, the other container may have been scheduled for what I wanted (and possibly moved the day before by order number and not by size?) but she couldn't tell, and she was about to change it while guessing that it needed to be changed. She again became snippy and told me to wait while she closed out one screen and looked at the other order. She came back and told me that things had been corrected to the way I wanted them to be. Funny how she suddenly became polite. I found out why later. Fast forward to the move of the second container, which came not when Madame Snippy told me it would, but when I had asked for it NOT to be delivered. The new operator was very pleasant and explained to me that nothing had been changed as I was told by the snippy one. I was also told that the final pick up had never been scheduled after all of the conversations and email that I sent three weeks ago. So now the containers will be sitting in the street in front of the house (in a construction zone) until Thursday and eight days later on Friday, respectively. I guess you can't really rely on Pack Rat to get things scheduled right, even with the information hand fed to them. And even when you do, you'll be told that your wrong in no uncertain terms when they don't get it right, and then you'll be told that they fixed it. But not really. I guess the joke is on me...? I may have to amend this somehow when they screw up the removal this week and next week, which will probably be my own fault....because I relied on them to get it right.

The container was great. Very clean. Booking, drop off and pick-up was timely and smooth on its way to their warehouse for a short stay.

All good - only issue is they wanted to charge me a full months storage for only 2 days past my anniversary. Eventually adjusted the fee, but still charged me 60% of the monthly storage fee - seemed ridiculously unreasonable. Otherwise, the delivery was flawless and everything arrived intact!

They brought out our container with a call to give me time to be there for the delivery. The container was placed exactly where I wanted it and the driver was very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!!

u can get a whole lot more on them then they look,at first we thought it would never work, then it got to the point we said what else can we put on it, lol, the size is a little smaller then what i was quoted, the exact inside measurements need to be given, i had 2 items that almost was too tall, it won't be picked up till tomorrow, but on delivery the man was #1, he put it within an inch of where we had marked, it was set down so gentle( and it was empty). i'm sure when it gets here in 2 weeks everything will be fine.our move was 700 miles, this is the way to do it.

Arrived in the morning, not as early as I expected, but had plenty of time for same day pick up by using professional movers to load the pod for cross country move. Everyone was awesome to work with. The guys at the Huntington Beach location were great delivering and picking up at the Southern CA end. We moved to Northern CO and the Denver location (Tony and Larry) were terrific. We had three containers and they worked directly with us to make the drop offs and deliveries extremely efficient!! Highly recommend Pack Rat!!!!!

helpful in communications and questions, this was a good plan for us as we needed to have it stored before we could move into our new place and this worked well, the container was in good shape and didn't have too many dings. I think his name was Chris who delivered the containers was very helpful and was great getting the second container out to us. we would use them again. the price was very affordable as we are retired limited income

Very patient while we made last-minute changes to our arrangements. Each driver was polite and professional. We've only experienced the pick-up so far, as our items are now in storage. But so far, so good.

I didn't get to use them because there was not enough room for them to drop it off. Wish I had known before hand because I had to put everything in my garage instead.

Our movers were a no show. Lucas answered the call within 90 minutes. What could have been a disaster turned out great. Lucas arrived with a great attitude.

Pack Rat delievered and pick up the pod when they said they would. They brought the 20 moving blankets as requested.

We had what we feel was a VERY complicated move from Los Angeles area to Orlando area with 4 storage units delivered and picked up over a period of months. They never once made a mistake! I have raved to everyone I know, their phone reps are patient and strive to HELP. Their drivers are such pros, dropping those containers within inches of structures. This is a great company - across the board YES I recommend!

Pack rat has poor communication., I moved form Las Vegas to Fort Lauderdale. I called customer service about delivery to set up hire a helper. The customer service rep told me the container would be delivered anytime form 7:00am to 11:00 pm. I had to ask twice about the time spread. She said they don't have no way to tell me what time my job is scheduled even same day. The one good think the drivers were professional. If I had it to do over I would use pod, or ABF. I have written Lowes recommending they discontinue there relationship with Pack rat.

I had very good communications with them. The units were delivered and picked up within the time frame that they had informed me.

Our goods were stored with Pack Rat for over 2 years and everything was received in good order with no problems detected. We were satisfied using them. Philip, who delivered the units to our new home, was courteous and worked hard at accommodating our needs.

So far good however I have not had it picked for storage yet.

This the only way to move your furniture and belongings long distance. I don't know why anyone would mess with a moving company when you have more control over the situation with a Pack Rat container

Great Job, did exactly as they promised, would use again if needed.

For the most part everything worked out, but they had a hard time picking up the container from the point of origin location. A vehicle in the parking lot kept them from picking it up for three days. Instead of making good use of their time by trying to find the owner, they sat waiting and hoping the owner would come out. They also called me to see if there was anything I could do even though I was half way across the U.S. in a different state. I would use them again only if I was able to find a location for the container that could not be interfered with for pick up and drop off.

Exceede all my expectations!

Since we have only begun the move process, it is too early to rate. The true test will be when we arrive at our destination.

Woe recommend them in a second!

Only good for now as I have only had it delivered, not picked up yet and transported I can't get the latch open. Any woman with or without fingernails can't get it own as it is a right fitting latch on the recessed area.
