Customer service was outstanding! Every interaction with the phone representatives and the drivers was friendly, respectful, and direct. The drop off was prompt and on time. A little disappointed with the pickup, it was about 1.5 hours later then when the driver called and said he'd be there. Also the container was a little damaged at its base, don't think it would cause a leak or anything, but you could see light through it. But overall I would use them again and recommend them, its a good service for the money.

Just started with using Rat Pack on the construction site. My disappointment was in the pick up and delivery of the unit. The New Jersey location was not receptive to the requested schedule time to relocate the container. I was very happy with the Hire Helper website. It made finding a great mover easy. Thank you for the assistance.

They moved some furniture from my garage into my house after I had moved. They did a wonderful job, were very courteous and efficient.

Not only late delivering the packet rat they didn't even have the courtesy to call to call. I called them, was told he would call the storage facility, 30 minutes later no call, called them back put on hold, after 10 minutes I hung up and called back, that CS Rep called me back with an ETA 2 hours past the original delivery time. I was given two different stories for the delay. Happy .... definitely NOT. Other than that things went ok, we do have one broken item that we know of, it shouldn't have been put in the box the way they put it.

Moving crew did and outstanding job packing my two storage containers they did not leave any space used every bit of the container also they were on time and did not stop until the container was loaded. I would definitely use them again.

Scheduling was easy and accurate. Drop off and pick ups were accurate. Not a lot of detail was given on phone about restrictions in terms of PR space needs for dropping and picking up containers. Verify you have enough space. The driver we had was excellent and he really went out of his way to make the drop off and pick ups work.

I do not recommend 1800packrat. They screwed my original arrival date up, and I was without my belongings for nearly a month. They are not very good at returning phone calls in a timely manor. I should have used PODS.

1-800-pack Rat was very helpful and accommodating. They were easy to get ahold of and responded to my changing needs. The pod was clean and easy to pack. Their recommendation of Hire-a-Helper was greatly appreciated.

Great customer service from the sales rep. Driver was on time and very professional. Container was clean, and clean (new) blankets were inside as ordered. I was also provided with a new padlock. Household goods will be stored for a few months but I expect the same excellent service when he container is delivered.

It was a good option for my situation but I did require additional storage for a 2bd/2bath apt.Excellent customer service... container was in good condition - worked well for the first leg of the trip (orlando to winter haven) but not for the second leg of the trip (winter haven to tampa)... for some reason that move quote was nearly quadruple the price of the first leg even though they were similar distances traveled. Perhaps there was not a drop off point near my final destination

Pack Rat has been excellent. Customer service was very professional and friendly. The drivers kept us informed about arrival times and appeared to really enjoy their jobs. The container was clean and secure.

Don't have time to go into all of it. Just, make sure you confirm with the actual movers what the salesperson promises. Had a multiplicity of issues, but they did work hard to make it right, which is why it's not 1 star.

They did a great job EXCEPT they sent me a container that they explained was for a 3 bedroom house and in reality I would have needed at least 1 more large and probably 1 additional small. So needless to say it cost me a lot to order a moving truck, more movers for the next day and I had to drive a big moving truck anyway so I should have just handled it myself. The pods DO NOT hold much and they under estimate how much pod space you will need, so I recommend doubling the number of pods they recommend. I would say that 1 large pod is enough for a 1 bedroom condo - NOT a 2000 sq ft house.

I would have like to know more specifically when to expect delivery.

Horrible!!! Poor customer service. Horrible follow up. Horrible delivery. This has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with all the way from the delivery- which was a few DAYS late to the customer service- which told me they can't so anything about it... To the items promised.... Finding out time of delivery- which was 2 days late mind you, that they weren't providing ANY blankets- which we were promised 60. So movers were there- pods weren't and we had NO blankets. Running to the store to buy blankets with a newborn was horrible! The pods were missing a few bolts- well they popped out during packing... Manager didn't want to discount for our horrible experience- finally got a measly 10%. This has been a horrible experience. Move coordinator has e mailed me only once throughout entirerocess and have yet to be able to get ahold of him! Would NRVER recommend thus company- in fact we have 3 different sets of friends getting ready to move and they cancelled their move with pack rat.

My pod is not scheduled to be picked up until July 16 so I cannot complete my review yet.

They were great. At one point there was a slight mix-up about removing one storage cube and delivering another and the guys at the warehouse corrected the problem and everything happened as scheduled. I definitely would use them again.

I originally was going to go with Pods, and was all signed up when my brother was reading terrible reviews about them. We looked into the Pack Rat and were impressed with what we read, so we called, and had a great conversation with the Representative. We hung up, thought about it a few minutes, called back and reserved! I wasn't sure if 1 16ft container was enough, so they recommended I order an additional 8 ft to be staggered a few days later, that way I could cancel if I needed it. Well thank goodness I did because I needed it. Everything happened the way they said it would, I even had to change a few of the delivery and pick up days, and they made it happen for me. The nicest people ever to do business with! Thanks to all of you.... I would definitely use them again

The containers arrived on time and were picked up on time. Easy to work with and will answer your questions.

They were on schedule on able to accommodate my request. Nothing was damaged in the move.

We were able to fit our two bedroom townhouse with a finished basement into two containers. Nathan, who delivered and picked up our containers was very friendly and woked with us to find the best placement of the containers. He also went out of his way to make sure he could pick up both containers as soon as possible! We were very happy with our experiance.

Using the PackRat containers (needed 16 ft plus an 8 ft) was the best choice for making my move. The containers were clean, delivered and picked up as scheduled. Customer service was great, no matter how many times I called or asked questions, they were polite, respectful and reassuring. I chose PackRat because I wanted the security of knowing I packed my own items, I had the key to the container and no one else had access to my property. I would highly recommended PackRat to anyone moving or needing storage. If I ever need to move again I will most definitely use PackRat services again.

Condition of the containers was pretty good. They're not the best design - it was kind of hard to find places to tie down the load.

The drivers on both the delivery to my old and new house were excellent. They had the placement down to a science.

These 2 young men did and all around fantastic job. They should be recognized for the professionalism and kindness.

the delivery guys were awesome. The sales and support staff just ok. They were pricey, and it cost a little more than quoted. They could have provided more input on the move and regulations.

We are very displeased with the Pack Rat process. Consistently, we were not able to obtain the status of our unit. Also, after the unit was deposited at our new home address, and it was unloaded, it had to remain in our driveway for six days, until Pack Rat could send a resource to pick it up. Their scheduling is horrible. We would never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone.

They called me less than 24 hours before my pod was to be delivered and said they could not deliver it. We had to rent a truck to load and then drive to the warehouse to unload it into our pod. It was very stressful and unacceptable to cancel on us at the last minute.

We used an old dominos truck that pack rat sent out because the containers we not offered in my area. I would try contacting old dominion directly if I were going to move again. I have a feeling it would be cheaper to cut pack rat out as the middle man. No issues and using pack rat trailor service was cheaper than a traditional moving company.

Friendly and customer-service oriented. I was impressed with every aspect of my work with them.
