The company provided good information, was honest and delivered what they promised they'd do. Good customer service. They're very available by phone and they even called me to ask whether I needed more time to pack as they saw I didn't have the container scheduled at my house for very long. Nice to see they help you anticipate potential problems.

No problems with Pack Rat. Containers were delivered and picked up on dates suggested. Drivers were skilled at placing containers and were courteous. We had a few mix ups on billing but these were corrected quickly without problems.

The drop off service was wonderful. The container is in excellent condition and has a hard top roof. The driver went out of his way to satisfy my requests. I would definitely use them again.

The container was in good condition. The set up for the original move was great. Getting the final delivery was not as good. Did not delivery the contaiber until 11:00 PM. Movers arriving at 6:00AM the next day.

They are not on time. They seem to have excuses why that is. They have a warehouse in pompano FL. but its going to take them 3 days to pick up a empty container in Boynton Beach, FL. this container is parked on a street in a gated community where you are not allowed to park your car on the street. They were also very late in picking up my full container MA

The move out end of Packrat was awful. Didn't show up when promised, misinformation given at time of order, on the whole a moving night mare. All worked out in the end, but we will see how the delivery end goes. Lots more to the story, but to long to tell. However, one of my drivers was great. Dan, he kept me informed and was very nice. FYI if you need Tucson delivery. They only deliver on M, W and F. Then only one unit at a time. That means they force you to pay for a months storage. Best of luck on your move!

I've always had wonderful interactions with everyone at 1-800-Packrat.

I was overall satisfied with Rat Pack but gave four stars because since I was paying for storage I felt the furniture pads should have been included. Every mover I have used in the past provided furniture pad at no additional cost.

Unfortunately, the trucks showed up very late in the day and in the evening (11PM) and we had less than 24 hours to pack them before being picked the following morning and afternoon. The drivers were friendly and careful. It was our understanding that they had 2 trucks out of service and that is why the delay. Aside from this, I'd still recommend them.

They showed up on time, both with the container both when for packing and when it was delivered full on the other end.They were easy to reach by phone or email with questions, and they kept me informed during the process.

Horrible customer service! Made a mistake on my order, were rude when it needed to be corrected. Overcharged me, did not come at the scheduled times. Rat Pack refused to commit to specific times even when it was critical because of THEIR original mistake and the closing on my house. long wait time on the phone, no supervisor called me back. Extremely poor tracking of what was going on, every call was a completely different answer. Overall just a horrible, stressful, expensive experience. I would NOT recommend them at all.

They're more expensive in Florida and not nearly as friendly as Maryland and Kentucky.

I selected 1800PackRat for a few main reasons: cost (very competitive), able to book an immediate move, and it was a metal container that laid flat on the ground. The drivers that drop and pick-up your container for this company are excellent individuals and seem to be very happy to be working for this company. My contents arrived safely and on-time. My only suggestion to anyone that considers using 1800PackRat, would be to tell Central Dispatch to note on your file that is given to the Driver to give you a courtesy call to receive your contents. At one location I was not given the courtesy call, however the driver was professional and waited the 15 minutes for me to arrive.

Worked out perfectly. Figuring out how where to put the container was a bit tricky, but the drivers were really helpful. Loved that I had 30 days to move without extra charge for storage.

This was the best way to move; the packrat was cheaper than any other company, the drivers were sooooo courteous, and customer service was excellent. If you are looking to make a long distance move, I would recommend using PackRat

Overall a good experience, but some of the details were not explained well such as there are no set times for delivery of the container which means if you have movers you have to schedule them for the following day. We also had an issue with our container delivery on a Sunday, but they fixed the situation which was very much appreciated.

I felt that they cared about my move. We had to change are pickup drop off 4 times and they were very helpful. The rep was very professional and respectful. I would definitely use and recommend 1-800- Pack Rat.

Lots of up front promises. Almost 6 hours late in delivering the empty cubes.We were promised delivery between 1 and 3 PM. Last empty cubes arrived around 9 PM. We wil see what happens with their promised delivery time for

Houston facility did not deliver container on time.

Bought insurance on my containers and my containers ended up getting spray painted. Had to pay $100 deductible, but was told it was a $150 deductible. I spent a lot of time on the phone to verify the $100 was correct.
