Pods arrived on time and in good clean condition. So far we are pleased with the customer service we have received during our move.

Containers were clean, in good shape and just right for the job. Excellent customer service; knowledgeable and helpful. Have talked to other people who have used PODS and they were very happy with them, so we decided to use them as well. Would definitely use them again if needed.

The movers arrived early, the were prepared for the job, and they worked non-stop until the job was finished. They contacted me the day before, they were very polite and kind, and would definitely use them again! So happy I chose Go2Movers!

The delivery and pickup was on time, and they were good about thirty minutes advance notice from the drivers. The drivers were courteous and very careful.

I rented two 16' PODS for a month at $893 plus the cost to have them moved from MN to SC which was about $3854. They are scheduled to pick the PODS up tomorrow. I did receive a call and they indicated the approximate time they will be here tomorrow.

PODS was an excellent company to work with. They took time to explain my options and helped me decide on a good plan (I was eligible for a discount that PODS representative made me aware of!) They delivered the POD within the window communicated with me the day before. The drop off was seamless. The driver was excellent (I wish I could remember his name). He took time to give me tips on packing the POD and showed me the locking mechanism.

Great moving company!

I use Pods to store my furniture for about 6 months while my new house is being built. The rental cost is good, 192.00/ month considering that they dropped the container to my house took it back to their facility and will drop it to my new place and pick it up again that is 4 times. The driver of the truck was very courteous, he was on time both times and was careful with the manipulation of the container. The only bad thing about the Pods, is that they send me an old container with duck tape on the corners of the roof (rain was expected) there was a cockroach inside and some termite drops on the floor not to shabby when your stuff gonna be there for 6 month so I had to clean-up before.

2017 - containers were transported and stored with no problems. 2018 - had several problems with scheduling information not saved by customer service. Had to scramble to make sure containers arrived in time for movers, pick-up for shipping, and drop-off for final destination. What a mess! Although I had some problems with PODS, I will use this service again, because the concept worked for our needs.

John called to say he was on his way and arrived early. He gave us his number and asked us to let him know when we were finished. John returned soon after we called to pick up the container. He was a great help!

The pods showed up on time. The only complaints is that one of the two pods we requested had not be swept out before being delivered. It wasn't a big deal to sweep it out, but for the price of the pod, it should have already been done.

Very satisfied with using PODS. The PODS were delivered according to our schedule, we received courtesy calls shortly before each delivery and pick-up. The drivers were very professional and knowledgeable in placing the containers exactly where we wanted them, with minor adjustments. The containers were clean and in good condition. The billing and administrative part went smooth as well. Would use again for my next move.

Very easy to work with.

From start to finish one of the most trouble free moves I have made. The option of using the container as a storage unit was what we needed for our long distance move. All customer service was Excellent. Delivery and pickup schedules were always met.

The POD showed up on time and they parked right in front of my Brooklyn apartment so it was easy to load. The POD had to sit on the truck because I live in NY, but the driver was very nice and easy to work with.

They were great but were alittle late pickng up containers.

My experience with PODS has been fantastic so far. The container delivery went well, their customer service has been very responsive to my questions and I am confident that the rest of the process will go well.

The unit had door issues

My husband passed away in the middle of our move. There were some legal loopholes, but because we use the same PIN number for everything, I was able to get on with our intended move. I realize that the Pod company was trying to protect our belongings... I would make sure other couples back each other up. They were prompt about everything!

This is a good company. I'd definitely use them again.

A little disappointed in the size of the unit even though it was the largest they had. However, they delivered within the expected time allotted. I might check another company for a large container next time but the customer service and booking process was well explained and we are appreciative of the convenience with this move.

POD arrived within time window and was picked up within the window. I liked the emails with the delivery/pick up times. I was expecting a call when the driver was on his way per the instructions and that would have been helpful so I could have moved my car, but we quickly worked it out.

PODs worked out for this move. Haven't received delivery yet but they were on time and efficient.

Very clean POD, stored for 9 months and everything came back to me in good condition. We had lots of glass, nothing was broken.

Did not transport my POD on date promised and never notified it was still in California until I called. Should have been delivered to Arizona for a move. When POD was received , 2 pieces of furniture was damaged when their forklift when thru the POD. Now dealing with claim and I will not be able to buy matching furniture since these were bedroom sets.

I could not have had a moving company come in and pack and ship me across country to my new home any easier and it was by far cheaper than the places I called from where I left.

So far so good! They delivered the pods on time and communicated in advance. They were flexible about moving our pod arrival out a week. They came clean and ready to load, and were very nice looking - not all beat up.

N/A, still in storage but delivery drivers were all excellent.
