The POD was delivered right on time. The delivery person was very friendly and professional. I wanted to use ABF because the truck was larger but they were not available for my move. The POD is packed to the rim and then we will have to finish up with another trailer. I would use POD again if I have less to move.

PODS so far has done everything as advertised and all the steps were carried out during the 6 months they stored my containers. I ended up saving a couple of thousand dollars compared to hiring a moving company to do the move for me.

Very good experience! Quality people always answered the phone, and were capable and helpful. When there was an issue, it was addressed immediately. Clear communication and helpful information on the website. Pretty ideal in all aspects. I have used PODS before, and would again based on this very positive experience.

I went with PODS, which is my first time using them for a long distance move. They were accommodating, when my landlord wouldn't let pod be parked in front of my apartment for loading. I like the fact they don't charge you extra if they have to come back when unforeseen events, such as mine took place. Also, they call you and email you providing updates of the delivery and retrieval of your POD. Oh! Did I mention they make it easy to break down payments to obtain a POD, because moving long distance as is can be very expensive. I'll try to provide an update on how things went for POD at my destination, but so far I would recommend.

So far, so good. Need to store, ship to another state, store, and deliver. Then I can give a review.

Great way to go if you don't want your property moved off a truck and back on for a long distance move. The 16' holds a lot more than it looks! I have three 16' going to Georgia!

This transportation option was perfect for me. The size was right, the container was clean and in good condition. Customer Service was very helpful during the booking and pickup. The drop off won’t occur until May 2nd. Absolutely, I’d use them again.

This is the second time I have used PODS and each and everytime I am never am disappointed. I had to use 2 PODS; 1 large and 1 small. Only had one thing broken and it was just the glass on a picture. The did a great job!

We received a 3 hour window the day prior to each delivery and pickup date. The POD was spotless, and the drivers were all professional and helpful. We will use PODS for phase II of our move.

PODS was great for our type of move out of state, we needed long term storage for 6 months until our new construction home was completed.

On time and courteous. Pods will pick up our unit in two days with one storage here and two months storage at our destination.

Lots of stuff shifted in the move. But that’s too be expected moving across state lines. Overall a pretty good experience. They recommended the smallest container size, which I was hesitant about but it worked out. I did have to sacrifice some things to close the door. But again, that was expected.

Everything was perfect except somehow my pick up date I scheduled 3 weeks in advance did not get entered so ended up being delayed by a day. In the scheme of things was not that big a deal , otherwise it would have been perfect. Would definately use them again.

Everything with PODS went extremely smoothly until I attempted to schedule pick-up of the PODS after delivery to our final destination. I called on February 26th to schedule pick-up for March 2nd or that weekend, and was told the next available day for pick-up wasn't until March 8th! The PODS were delivered on March 1st, so that meant they would sit in our driveway for a full week, completely empty. I had to ask if there was any sort of waiting list for sooner pick-up (this was not offered to me) and I was told yes, PODS would contact the local manager and they would get back to me. I did not hear anything, so called again on February 28th, and was told they would not call me unless something opens and they can add me for an early pick-up. The PODS were delivered March 1st, emptied by that evening, and sat completely empty in our driveway until March 8th. I never received a call for an earlier pick-up.

Super convenient and worked really well with my needs! They were very pushy when I called to get a quote but when I expressed reluctance about the price (it was out of my budget by a few hundred), the gentleman on the phone said they could take off the liability insurance that's automatically included and he offered to discount the shipping for me. That put it right at the high end of my budget so I took it because the service came recommended to me by a family member. Be aware though that it takes 6-8 days NOT including Sundays for your POD to reach you which didn't work as well as I was hoping with my move schedule but I was willing to make that sacrifice because of the reviews of the durability of the container and reliability of the company.

This is my first experience with PODS. So far everything has been positive. The 16 foot POD was delivered on time and placed exactly where I wanted it and was clean. After it was loaded PODS came back and picked it up on the appointed day and time. It has not yet been delivered to my final destination in Florida so I can't evaluate the whole move project at this time, but everything to date has been great and as promised.

The person who delivered the PODS was very helpful, friendly and customer-focused. The person who picked up the container to the storage facility was not very communicative. He left a voice message asking where the container was located (I had my phone on vibrate). I called back in 15 mins and continued to call/text to find out the status, he did not set up his voice mail. I called PODS customer service and they said they do not have the driver's information (which is odd, and useless if there's an issue).

They were complaining from the start. Said things would not fit through doorways . They actually fit just fine.They did not put boxes where they were labeled to go.They were not careful kept nicking scratching newly painted walls even when objects were not large or perceptually heavy.
