Excellent customer service when scheduling delivery and pickup. Container looked to be almost new and very clean. We chose PODS after our daughter and family used PODS for a cross-country move and were happy about the whole process

Performed to contract. Contents of my container were undamaged. I highly recommend them to others. I will use them again if such needs arise.

Hard to schedule movers with having a 3 hour window on the delivery of the pod and not knowing what that time window will be until after 6pm the day before the delivery

Drop-off was a little bit outside their window but you know that's a possibility from their documentation ahead of time. New crisis sent you don't need to be there for the drop off.

The entire PODS crew were fantastic. We moved from Lincoln, CA to Dallas, TX. It took three 16' containers to accomodate our goods. Prior to finalizing our agreement with PODS we visited their facility in Sacramento, CA. Met one of their staff, Floyd, who had been a driver and asked im to go through the entire process with us. He gave us valuable advice on loading, tracking and unloading of our shipment. He is representative of the quality of people we encountered throughout the PODS organization. This is a wonderful service that eliminates loading/unloading a rental truck into a storage unit. Well worth the money!!

2 week shipping time.... they failed to say they only ship/drop off on "serviceable/business"days. They purposely delay drop date so they can charge you an extra month rental for the PODS....!!!

We ordered one 16 ft POD and it arrived on time and it was fine. Soon we realized that we needed another POD, so we ordered another 16 ft POD and it arrived and was put next to the 1st POD when no one was home. So far so good. However, the 2nd POD had water leaks inside and when I called the company to complain, I was told that their computers were down and that they could not help me. The movers were already putting furniture in the POD and I could not ask to stop as they were getting paid and the construction crew was coming in the next day to work on my house. Something to take up with the PODS company.

Delivered when they said and picked up when they said. They are a little hard to work with if you need a specific time but that would be my only complaint. Would use again.

PackRat Pods is the company we used for our move. Good company and rates are very good. Drivers that picked up and delivered were terrific.

Using PODS and HireAHelper is the way to go. Very inexpensive compared to Moving Company.

We used both a rental truck and Pods.

Service is very easy and convenient to use, if i ever move again i will definitely use Pods.

They did not do their best to help us to open the 7 feet pods in the weekend so that I had to order 2nd unpacking service with an extra payment. The PODs customer service was not good: difficult to connect and communicate and provide nothing solution.

This is the second time that I have hired the service of PODS and each time it has served my needs at a reasonable rate. This time, it was a long distance move me. The container was clean and relatively new. A little water got in but I haven't found and damage so far. The customer service reps were friendly and helpful. I would hire them again.

They were on time and courteous when dropping off the POD. Booking is GREAT and the customer service representatives are almost always available by phone. The 16 foot container was either not big enough for my 2 bedroom condo OR the laborers who packed it didn't pack it correctly. The POD condition was excellent. The downside is that you must purchase your own moving blankets and ropes, which can be expensive. This was unexpected. With other moving services, you can rent these items.

POD picking and drop-off timing is tough to schedule - but I didn't have a SINGLE item broken! They made the pickup and drop-off process fairly easy and were able to put my POD in an alley so I didn't have to worry about permits or fees.

this is our second POD and love I have control of my moving. We hire "Hire a Helper" to load and unload at each end. Just the best way to go for us.

The POD was delivered when expected as well as picked up when requested.

This entire experience was a nightmare after the PODS drop-off. Communication was the main culprit, in addition to picking up the POD without notice, throwing our possessions in the front lawn (downtown location) and they had an argumentative customer service agent. They missed several pickup days in a row. On the plus side- the hub manager was helpful and remorseful. PODS was highly recommended. I would rather burn my possessions without insurance rather than endure an experience with them again.

On time container was clean 2nd time ive used them will use them again next time

I stored and then moved a whole house from east to west coast and although it was expensive, the convenience of doing it on my schedule and having flexibility was worth it.

I was very pleased with them. they brought the container when they said they would, The young man who placed the Pod in our driveway used care and showed a lot of skill and patience in placing the container so that it would not interfere with my neighbor's adjoining driveway. Great Job!

I was not told their was a drop of charge for the Pods. A charge showed up for the FL drop off and I disputed it

Ordering & delivery of PODS went very smoothly. My 2 PODS are going to storage for 1-2 months & will let you know how the delivery to new home goes.
