The Pod sales people way overestimated how much each Pod would hold. I ran out of room and had to give away and throw away things because there was no room. Also the cost of loading the Pod was almost double what I was quoted. Don't believe the price they quote you.

On time and set-up quickly.

It went really well (actually as advertised). I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Use PODS only if you are willing to follow up on every step. I like the concept of having our goods locked away during transport and having time to get everything loaded and unloaded. However, 7 days transport time quoted up front turned into 15 days. First, I didn't realize that after they picked it up from our old location that I had to specifically request delivery to the new location, even though I had discussed that delivery with them prior to receiving the container. I spent the entire day it was due calling and spending lots of time on hold to find out if was going to be delivered, but no one could get me that information until 5:30 p.m. (that it was NOT coming). It arrived 3 days later (including a Sunday) because they were fully booked for deliveries the next day and wouldn't work in ours. Doing this move after Hurricane Irma didn't help because their systems were down (at least for customers) for several days. Their disaster recovery plan needs improvement. Now that I've learned not to assume that they will take care of anything unless I follow up, I might use them again, prepared to spend a lot of time tracking what is happening at every step.

The container inside posts all around the walls made it somewhat difficult to place items flat against the walls. What is the purpose of the posts? Can't understand why they are needed.....remove. We are military & a friend recommended you because you give discounts. We would use you again. Original booking was misleading, however, I informed an associate and she said that it would me taken care of for future business.

Delivery of the PODS to its final destination got delayed because it was "lost." Eventually it was found, but this cost lots of anxiety.

Aside from the work we did on the front end to load the POD, it worked great for us.

I think they were overpriced but I needed them quick, I didn’t have time to contact a full service moving company.

Poor communication and average service. The Pod was dirty when delivered and was not in great condition (it's at the end of its useful life).

Water got through the pod ruining a mattress.

Pick up and delver was fine, but the Pod leaked, causing my mattress to be ruined.

I had problems with scheduling which was very stressful. However, when I contact customer service the rep I talked to was WONDERFUL and resolved my problems.

The PODS company does not go into detail enough regarding the size of POD needed. They tell you the largest POD they have 16' will be big enough to hold 2 bedroom, dinning room, kitchen. It does not hold that. Yes maybe if you have tiny little furniture. We would have ordered two right from the start if more questions were asked like how big is your furniture etc. Our home is only 1100 square feet. Not Big at all. Our packers used every square inch and were amazing packers of PODS but still no way it was going to fit. So, we had to go and get a 40 foot truck, rent a storage unit, hire movers again for the next day. It was a disaster and cost was much more than renting a POD. People in customer service need to find out more about what a customer needs are. I would of happily given my money to have another POD. Having the POD delivered to our new location for storage is great. Now we have to return to our old location and have movers unload our storage unit into a rental truck again and redeliver it to our new location 50 miles away. Oh and don't think I did not try to get another POD. No way they do not work that fast. We had two days to move and had to be out of the house for a closing. Rented a 12 foot and 16 foot pod.

This worked beautifully! My container was stored for 2 months. Everything in the pod was in perfect condition when it was delivered. Great job!

Pods showed up on time and were delivered to the correct spot.

We were satisfied with the use of PODS, however, wish they had more protective features in place int he PODS, like barriers between the final loading and the door. Our goods suited and one table was damaged when we tried to open the door. Using different doors might also solve the problem.We would use them again.

Pods is the greatest thing that ever came around. They are an excellent company.

I have used PODS before and always had a good experience with them.

Disorganized service. Likely impacted by Hurricane affecting the call center, but was originally told I would have same day drop off and pick up and then on day of delivery told that wasn't possible.

Everything was first rate from the initial conversation on the phone to get a detailed quote, to the local drivers who were very responsive to our needs for container placement. The PODS we received were either new or recently refurbished. Very clean, water tight and secure 16' containers were delivered and picked up when they said. They really took the stress out the moving things.

On schedule and easy to work with.

Transportation options were not what I expected. Container was in fair condition. Customer service needs some help. I use PODs because of an ad. I don't want to say never, but as for right now I wouldn't use them again. There has got to be something better out their, because I'm going to have to do this again May 2018. I have to check to see what T & W Moving company has to offer.

No worries. Everything took place like clockwork. Pods delivered on time and taken away on time. Drivers were respectful and professional. Definitely the way to move.

A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END! Everyone we dealt with was accommodating, professional, ALWAYS ON TIME and extremely helpful.and our possessions were not affected negatively in any way when we unpacked them. The POD was clean, secure and did exactly what we needed it to do. I never want to move again but if we did, I would use PODS for sure!! ....A++++!

I would absolutely use PODS again. Extremely easy to set up the delivery, and great customer service at the call centers & the delivery. The pod was in great condition and nothing was damaged in transport. Delivery and drop off were extremely punctual--the delivery at my new apartment was actually 2 hours early! I really appreciated how stress free the whole experience was, and highly recommend using PODS.

I'd give them a 5 but I had ordered rental of 12 blankets with the POD but none came. Everything else was fine.

I had never used PODS before but would do so again in a heartbeat. It was easy peasy! Note the cost for transportation was for 2 pods and 4 months storage and insurance.

Great way to move across country, though it can be pricey. PODs can be tricky to place at apartments and can carry a lot of logistical planing when doing so.
