When I placed the order, they said they could deliver the POD and locate the it across my lawn to near my front door and then after it was filled -- move it to another location on grass at the back of my property. The delivery man said they never should have said that. He refused to do what had been arranged with POD and placed the pod on a stone driveway about 80 feet away from my door. I had to make arrangements to have it storred elsware at considerable additional cost. I think the delivery man was correct his "podZilla" mover machine could not have handled my lawn when empty let alone full" The people who made the reservation should talk to the people who deliver the PODS,

Excellent from start to finish! Remarkable!

I would use PODS again, even though I had several glitches with timing. I think PODS is a good idea, but the timing of deliveries and pick-up are difficult. When moving it is not easy to calculate exactly how long the POD needs to be in place.

The pod was delivered on time and picked up on time and we will always recommend the Pod company. David was extremely helpful on the phone and through emails. Thank you all! You made a hard time easier.

This is the second time I've used PODS to move from one state to another. They are very detailed and reliable. I would recommend them to any of my family/friends.

Exactly what we needed.

The gentleman dropped off the POD in late AM. It was scheduled for PM. Pickup was good also. Called me at the hotel to say they were on their way. Good service.

I had to have 2 large PODS and store them for 4 months. I used Hire A Helper to both load and unload the PODS. It worked very well and I would use them again.

Love those Pods. It made it so easy to have it dropped off and picked up after loaded. No damage to anything. I had a great experience with POD and will need to rent another in the coming mths. So much easier me being in control rather then a big moving co. where most likely allot of your pieces would be damaged in transit. POD makes it easy with their recommendations of "Hire a Helper" and they too were great in packing and unpacking in both states of NY and DE

They were on time with delivery and tried to accommodate me with times. I don't like the fact that I had to pay for a month when I only needed the POD for 13 days, but the price was very good compared to the competitors.

Didn't get the representative when first booking the POD for moving to explain the insurance option. Which ended up causing headaches. But the delivery driver helpfulness more then made up for the first phone experience. Gold stars***** for the delivery driver.

PODs was the least expensive means of moving since I had free help loading the PODs from family, and only had to hire help to unload at the destination. The 16 ft POD was not big enough for our 3 bedroom house as advertised, so we had to rent a second smaller POD. This was unexpected and nearly doubled the cost.

We needed to store our belongings for several months since we sold our home and had not yet purchased another house. Pods sounded like it would meet our needs. We used two pods. They were stored for three months. The problems arose when they were not shipped to our new home together. We were not even notified of this error. We were also charged double for shipping. We had to reschedule our unloading crew several times due to inaccurate information by Pods. The Pods service people all seemed understanding, polite etc, but the bottom line was mistakes were being made over and over again. I would NOT use them again.

Everything was done without a hitch.

Pods made our move very easy, the only problem we had was our storage container leaked water.

I had a POD delivered in July and picked up a few days later, to be stored. Then, again, a second POD delivered on 10/30, and packed on 10/31, and picked up on 11/2. All went completely smoothly.

Saved money over United (very bad svc CA to CO). Would not recommend United Van Lines.

Perfect size POD and in great condition. Would use them again (this is my second time) They are so reliable and driver is so respectful and they were on time...imagine that someone who does what they say and are smiling the whole time!!!

I highly recommend this company. They were fast and careful with my furniture!! The POD was already in place when they arrived. They emptied it quickly and even assembled all my furniture and put it in place!!

Their site offered the 16 foot as suitable for 3-4 rooms. Must be small rooms. Couldn't get it all in. Very pleased with the communication and the promptness .
