They haven't picked up the pod yet.

Delivered on time, and placed POD exactly where we needed it to be.

Everyone we worked with in this company was pleasant and professional. There was some miscommunication about the container size needed, however, and we got a much bigger POD than was needed. Otherwise, the move went smoothly and we had great service.

Drivers were very good, answered my questions.

ASK QUESTIONS and follow-up to make sure everything is done correctly. There were a lot of important details we only found out last-minute or by asking detailed questions. Be prepared to wait on the phone whenever you need to update or confirm anything...at least the PODS customer service people are professional and nice.

Scheduling was an issue and not very clearly stated via the website which caused delays in delivery of my POD. Clearance required by the trucks in order to deliver or pickup seems a bit extreme. Just some things to be aware of.

POD showed up on time and driver was courteous and pleasant, did an excellent job.

The pod was difficult to open, But they arrived on time for both pickup and delivery and the people explained things and called when arriving.

overall excellent- sometimes the 3 hr time window for pick-up/ delivery not ideal, but they were understanding of my situation and multiple company individuals contacted me to ensure the timing of the job worked out. would use them again.

I'm expecting to receive my container on May 22 as they have to drive from Meridian, ID to Salinas, CA. I would use Pods again because they were more business like than the moving companies I spoke with and I didn't have to wait for a return call.

All went well, but it takes way too long on hold to reach them to make changes. Other than that all went well.

Pods is the way to go.

Delivered and picked up on time. Driver for 3rd pod returned and helped with shifted contents that blocked the door. Only negative for process is cost of 3rd pod when I had to order extra one. It would have been cheaper if I had ordered all 3 at first

My things were transported across the US. We had a few snags as not all the representatives seem to know the same things, but I would use them in the future now that I know all the hoops & know to follow up.

This is the second time we've used PODS. Generally I like their service. It's convenient that it's on my own time to load and unload the container (I always get help loading/unloading). On this particular move we had more stuff move inside. I'm not sure I can blame this on PODS since I packed the container, but it must have been a rougher ride than I expected moving x-country.

We are using the Pods for storage. My Pod wasn't large enough therefore I had to use two. We thank God their 2 on location. Customer service was good everyone I spoke with was very professional however there was some miscommunication somewhere between the pick up date.

The POD's arrived and were moved as request scheduled. The drivers were very helpful and courteous.

The driver had a very small driveway to deliver the POD in and was unsure at first if it would work, but he made it work and I was QUITE impressed!!

The container was to be delivered Tuesday morning, but did not arrive until mid afternoon. Fortunately, Top of the Line Moving and More was flexible with their time. And, the container was to be picked up Wednesday morning; was not picked up until late Thursday afternoon. Arrangements had been made with the apartment manager that the container could be parked in front of my apartment overnight; I called PODS several times, but container was picked up a day and a half later.

This was a very convenient way to move. PODS makes it easy by dropping off the container and picking it up the next day. It seemed like they packed the container so nothing would fall or break.

Their costumer service is deplorable. This company will change their prices daily. One day $2600 a week later $3,800????

Everything went well, but I did not realize that my rental pod is full and few of them did not fit that mean I have to order another rental pod at later in few months before I move out of state.

PODS is a great option for both short distance and long distance moving.

So far so good. We are having multiple pods filled so it will be a while before we actually move.

PODS was good. The main complaint I have with them is that when I described the amount I had to be moved, they did not give me enough storage units. I ended up needing U-Haul at the last minute. It was very stressful.

Lost POD for a while, Customer Service, Logistics, and communication with customer poor. Very good at saying they were sorry.

Company delivered and picked everything according to schedule.

Disappointed in their assessment of how much the PODS hold - I had to get a 2nd POD - and it was a very stressful "last minute" change and additional cost i was not happy with. Then they had to substitute a different size for what i ordered - I was assured it would be the same cost etc. -- I was charged for 3 pods - not 2. and at a higher rate than for the biggest one - for storage. It was fortunate the loaders and the managers at TAC LOG were able to be so accommodating and able to provide loaders a 2nd time- at very short notice.

On time , no muss, no fuss.

Little pricey but there is a wide range of time slots available to ensure proper pick up and drop off.

I really appreciated the fact that they did a special pickup on Saturday for my second storage container when it turned out my new homeowners' association was not happy about a pod being on the street.

First time I've used PODS. Everything went as billed - initial delivery to the old house, pick-up of filled PODS, final delivery and pick-up of empty units at the new house - all on time and quite impressive, really.

very good service and the drivers were respectful and professional. my goods were well taken care of. Very good and patient customer service. I choose PODs because I saw numerous commercials and after checking with a truck rental that I would have to drive pricing was about the same except I could drive my own car comfortably and have my stuff delivered. Yes I would use again. It made the worrying less stressful.

The PODS container had no tie-downs in it when it was delivered. None. We installed some. Hence, loss of stars. . . . It was delivered on time, driver placed it well and leveled it.

The containers arrived as promised and the guys took great care in locating them just as I asked.

The container was delivered and picked up as scheduled. I would use them again if the need arose.

No problems with delivery and drop-off or pick-up of the Pod.

We had a little mixup in timing of loading and pickup, but everyone at Pods was polite and very helpful. Even the drivers are well mannered and friendly.
