We used 2 16' pods to store approximately approximately 2000 square feet of furniture, boxes and miscellaneous items. A lot of stuff can be stored if the pods are packed correctly.

I had to change my pickup date 3 times, and they were quite understanding, everything was efficient, the telephone operators knew what they were doing and quite helpful. I would recommend this service, especially if you can't have everything ready at the same time; Having the POD there was great, because I needed a few more days to finish packing up-

We had unique needs that the call center was useless in helping us with. Fortunately the drivers themselves stepped up big time and coordinated our deliveries and pickups and made it work.

I was very pleased with the PODS option. It was extremely easy. All deadlines were met and the staff were both competent and courteous. It was like clockwork! Couldn't be happier with the experience. I moved a complete household from Virginia to Arizona and it went off without a hitch.

Several pieces of furniture broken. I know this could have been the packers fault, but one pod seemed to have taken a big jolt that caused a lot of stuff to fall and made a table collapse. But the money I saved kind of covers that.

The pod arrived on time when expected. I had to make some changes of the pickup time, and found their customer service operation friendly and efficient.

Very experianced pod delivery and pick up

PODS is conveniently set up for scheduling online, or by phone. The site is easy to navigate, and the reps are very helpful. I've ordered three PODS at three different locations, and all of the delivery times and pick-up schedules went like clock-work. The first POD, was to move my son's things across the country. He was moving in between apartments, and it was very convenient to be able to store the POD while he looked for a new place. The second POD went from my home to an apartment, which was handy, and the third, from an apartment into storage, for an indefinite period of time; also helpful. The drivers are skilled at "landing" the PODS, as well as being accommodating. (It's an interesting process to watch!) I also like the fact that PODS emails and calls to let you know what the arrival window is, and the driver contacts you to say he's on his way. I chose PODS because it's very well known, and they've had years of experience. I'm glad I did!

I had four PODS to move and unload and PODS worked with me to schedule them without delays. The PODS were swapped out as I emptied them and the whole process flowed smoothly.

Communication was good; access to the Pod while at the depot was efficient. The POD was transported 2000 miles and arrived with contents undamaged.

These guys were fabulous! I was in a crisis, facing an improperly loaded container, with more furniture and boxes sitting in my garage. Highly recommend Washington Moving Labor Services; by the time I returned from taking a load of trash to the dump, they had partially unloaded, then re-loaded the remaining items into the PODS container. These guys saved my life!!

The container was delivered on time and in good condition. They also picked up as planned. The only problem is that I ordered a lock and it wasn't there. Nevertheless, I call customer service and they refunded the cost of the lock to my cc.

Efficient and professional.

They answered questions and didn't push when I needed to coordinate with COOP Bd before setting dates. They worked with Super with drop-off and pick-up and things went smoothly. The driver contacted me by phone when he was 30 minutes out. The only problem was in booking; I couldn't book pick-up and drop off on same call. I needed to call back. Since I needed to provide all the moving supplies, including blankets, ropes, etc., it was too stressful to have to worry about making that second scheduling call. Yes, I would definitely use them again.

Our first POD went very smoothly. This second POD was never scheduled when we called to get it scheduled for delivery. It took over a week to get it delivered to us. We had to reschedule our helpers.

They promised me My delivery in 9 days and could not deliver. Their logistics department does not care at all about the customer. Their customers service is great and take all the complaints for the logistics department that can't even leave their name or direct number. For the price I paid, I expect much more. Don't use PODS!

Door to pods wouldn’t open. Had to dispatch a repair person who also couldn’t open the door. Pods rep recommended we cut the door open to get pods emptied. Very shoddy equipment by the pods Corp.

We had never used a POD before so were a little apprehensive but we would definitely use this way of shipping again. It's actually fun because we were more a part of the moving process. And after the movers, who helped us pack the POD, left, we had time to add more things that had been overlooked.

POD came as reviewed/discussed with the agent. Delivery was a bit later than the advertised/proposed time, but all was in order. Only used about 1/2 to 3/4 of a large POD, but was forced to use the largest for intra-state travel (dumb).

Currently, everything is good. POD being delivered to Florida home. Hope, everything will be just as good with the remainder of the service (delivery & unloading).

Using PODS was easy, the container was very clean when it arrived. The customer service on the phone and in person was excellent, everyone was very courteous and helpful. They notified of arrival time and the drivers called me on route to let me know as well. They were helpful with tips about packing the POD. Overall very cost effective and would definitely use them again if needed

Had three PODs dropped off and picked up on different days. I was very impressed with PODs. Drivers always called and did a great job of dropping the units where you want them. Great customer service. My moving experience was great.

Storage ( a little expensive) and transportation worked well. The items stored and transported were well preserved. Customer service was a generally good but a few issues (pads). I would use them again for short hauls (long hauls seem expensive).

Overall we are satisfied with the service.

Scheduling is a nightmare. They give you 3 hour windows and it's not made really clear when you can get your movers there.

Great experience with PODS. Ended up with 2 large PODS going from east coast to west coast and then into storage for different lengths of time. I could have used their website for everything but I used telephone customer service — Rey helpful.

Worked out well. Not cheap but we got a lot of stuff in that POD.
