Everything was first rate from the initial conversation on the phone to get a detailed quote, to the local drivers who were very responsive to our needs for container placement. The PODS we received were either new or recently refurbished. Very clean, water tight and secure 16' containers were delivered and picked up when they said. They really took the stress out the moving things.

Transportation options were not what I expected. Container was in fair condition. Customer service needs some help. I use PODs because of an ad. I don't want to say never, but as for right now I wouldn't use them again. There has got to be something better out their, because I'm going to have to do this again May 2018. I have to check to see what T & W Moving company has to offer.

No worries. Everything took place like clockwork. Pods delivered on time and taken away on time. Drivers were respectful and professional. Definitely the way to move.

A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END! Everyone we dealt with was accommodating, professional, ALWAYS ON TIME and extremely helpful.and our possessions were not affected negatively in any way when we unpacked them. The POD was clean, secure and did exactly what we needed it to do. I never want to move again but if we did, I would use PODS for sure!! ....A++++!

I would absolutely use PODS again. Extremely easy to set up the delivery, and great customer service at the call centers & the delivery. The pod was in great condition and nothing was damaged in transport. Delivery and drop off were extremely punctual--the delivery at my new apartment was actually 2 hours early! I really appreciated how stress free the whole experience was, and highly recommend using PODS.

I'd give them a 5 but I had ordered rental of 12 blankets with the POD but none came. Everything else was fine.

I had never used PODS before but would do so again in a heartbeat. It was easy peasy! Note the cost for transportation was for 2 pods and 4 months storage and insurance.

Great way to move across country, though it can be pricey. PODs can be tricky to place at apartments and can carry a lot of logistical planing when doing so.

Delivery and pick up was easy

PODS delivered our POD in a different place than where we wanted it, but it turned out they needed to give themselves enough room to drive the truck in to pick it up. Our only real beef with them was that when they delivered it, we had no notice, and we were home, but they just dropped it and ran. Consequently, they had to come back to give us a padlock and more blankets. The POD is a great way to go. I ordered the 7' x 8'. I whittled down a 2 bedroom house + 1200 sq ft basement into that tiny POD! It really forces you to purge stuff, which is great. They delivered it to us in Boston when they said they would, and were very respectful of our neighbor's lawn. I would recommend them to anyone who's moving.

Our helpers we're loading our PODS to travel 1.800 miles and then be stored for 12 months. They were careful, considerate and kept us updated on their progress or any concerns. They helped (tremendously) ease a super, super stressful time for us. We thought we could do it ourselves and we were so very glad we hired helpers instead.

the 16 footer for 3 bedrooms did not hold my 3 bedroom of furniture even without a family room set, and no major appliance. I was disappointed. One room full of items were left in the house for alternate move.

The POD was delivered on time and the driver was obviously an expert. I rented the POD in order to pack up my son's apartment while he's in the hospital. It was the most efficient way to clean out his place and store his things until he's well.

The size recommended was perfect for the amount of furniture we were storing. The POD was clean. The company was easy to work with and the delivery was on time and carefully delivered to the spot we had indicated. I would recommend them and certainly use a POD again.

The drivers who delivered, Benny and Toj were very efficient, helpful and friendly. We ordered three pods but only used two. I am having some issues communicating that info to address billing, but there is a hurricane bearing down on them so I trust it will all get squared away once they are back in their offices.

PODS deliver the storage unit on time, picked up on time, stored our possessions for over a month and dropped off and picked up the unit in our new location on time. Nothing was missing, everything seems in good condition. I would use PODS again.

Everything was fine until it came to scheduling the drop off. No opportunity to get anyone on the phone. Promises not kept. Horrible.

Always will use Pods for moving. Customer service is excellent, they accomate our schedule and we have moved with them many, many times.
