Disclaimer: The rating I provided isn't accurately correct, as I can't exactly provide a "true" rating just yet (as I scheduled my POD to arrive in NYC 7 days after the pick-up date from Tampa). However, the container drop off was on time and I did receive a 1hr courtesy call in advance. If all does goes well (pray), then I will update my PODS rating to "Excellent" (from Average). The Pods company are very accommodating and very helpful with their suggestions n our needs, they are patient with you for they understand how frenzy this time can be, would definetly use them again!!!

PODS did a great job, delivered container as promised, gave a 3hr window night before then called next day to narrow it down to the hour.

PODS provided efficient service and the POD was placed exactly where i had instructed. There was a bit of miscommunication on the rental of the moving blankets (they were not provided with the delivery of my pod and when I called to find out what happened I was advised they ran out of blankets and they would refund me. Then they told me I could submit a new order to purchase them, although I only wanted to rent them so I went out and found them cheaper somewhere else just days before my move).

The pod I received was very spacious, I had enough room to store more than I actually put in the POD.

The POD showed when promised, the drivers also called about 45 minutes before delivery

My PODs was delivered on time and picked up during the scheduled time. Very convenient for me. I would use them again.

The team showed up on time. In fact, I was a bit delayed and they patiently waited for 15 minutes without charge. Outstanding! They were prepared and worked VERY hard to complete the job in 2 hours. They treated all my belongings with care. Despite their exhaustion (I was the third job on a Friday) both guys remained cheerful and motivated. I would highly recommend them. They helped me unload a 16' POD.

Don't plan your workers on the time Pods says they will be there! In my experience they don't take your preference into consideration.

We moved from Midwest and west coast. We are definitely happy with PODS service: got very competent support via phone (addressing all our questions and requests), pick up and delivery on time. The containers placed exactly as requested. The move went very smoothly.

The POD was delivered on time, picked up as scheduled on both ends of our move. I was concerned that after over a year of storage time while we waited for our new home to be built, our things might smell bad. But they are fine.

Easy to schedule, reasonable price, very happy to have climate controlled storage available. Container clean on delivery. Driver friendly and courteous despite a day full of thunderstorms. Delivered and picked up right on schedule. Second time using PODS. Would definitely use again.

This is the second time we used PODS for a long distance move and would indeed use them again. It is easy, affordable, and beats paying for gas, driving the truck, and the hassle of parking it. The drivers are great and the customer service is top-notch. Both times are items arrived in perfect condition, exactly how we packed them.

Pod was not large enough for my move. I had to order a second Pod which was an extra expense I did not expect to have.

Pod was delivered and returned to us as we needed it. We will use them again.

Not impressed with how the billing shows on my credit card. But it was a great way to get packed at our leisure. And probably would use them again.

Customer service was thorough. Initial delivery had a little hiccup. Move was seamless.

Really disappointed by PODS - scheduling error on their end which they finally rectified but only after 4 calls and 4 customer service team members got involved.

Our experience was very good, the only thing that was difficult was timing the loading of the Pod with the removal and our vacating our home which had been sold.

They were on time both for delivery and pickup.

Pods seems like a good idea but in reality, not good at all. Algorithms used to compute space is way off. Drivers late (very late) for original pick up and also very late for final pick up. Supposed to deliver both pods on Saturday. Had moving crew scheduled for Sunday. Only delivered one pod. Said the other one wouldn't fit in the driveway so would be delivered Monday. Rescheduled moving company and another driver delivered the other pod and parked it in driveway once straightened the first one! Very very bad experience and no one at headquarters ever asked how they could make it right.

They're facilities are great but they're not very flexible with scheduling. Scheduling must be done days or weeks in advance and during select hours, given the hours of the specific location, which the national number(office) has little control over, and so on.

The phone operator made it seem like two containers would easily fit in a standard size driveway, though the driver disagreed, and put our second container in the middle of the street, nearly two feet off the curb.

Driver ripped the side of the lawn both when he placed the pod in driveway and also when he picked it back up for storage. I ordered a lock, which was supposed to be placed in the container, but there was nothing in it so I had to purchase one at Home depot myself.

No help from customer service pod arriv d at night...late.
