Easy to use and schedule, fabulously clean pod and the driver was super polite.

timely, arrived as scheduled. clean. i only wish there was more direction to best determine the amount of pod space needed early on.

Great drop off and pick up service. The customer service agent wasn’t as helpful determining the size of the pods I needed. All our stuff didn’t fit in the 2 pods that were ordered. Ended up costing us $600 more sending things UPS.

I would have given it 5 stars, except that I had to keep the empty POD in my driveway longer than I would have liked. But that was a pretty minor nit.

After contacting several professional moving companies and comparing the exorbitant pricing and fees, I decided that a cheaper method of moving my household was necessary. A quote was requested from PODS, which fit my budget and timeframe much better. Every customer service representative I spoke with was kind and courteous. I had to make several changes( a couple being last minute) and each time I called the process was easy and accommodated with no problems. I highly recommend the use of PODS for moving, and would use again.

I wish they had given me advice about booking the delivery of the Pod ahead of time since it was such a busy time for moving. I had no idea that the Pods were in such demand!

PODS was very good at delivering and picking up the pods. They were also very good and efficient about making several changes in scheduling my move with 2 pods.

Arrived as scheduled each time, everything was moved with no movement of POD contents at all. Awesome & Easy. I moved the heavy part of the house with a small POD - will greatly reduce the cost of my actual move.

The Pods were delivered on time and the drivers were fine. HOWEVER, when I made the reservation the person taking the reservation insisted that I would only need 2 pods even though I asked for 3. Big mistake! I was correct and unfortunately had enough stuff to fill a third pod. I called the company immediately when the movers determined that there would not be enough space for all of my belongings. The operator told me that there would be nothing available until August and there was nothing that could be done. She did try to contact the local Pod office but they never got back to me. I was left with my belongings and unable to find help at the last minute. If the person taking my reservation had worked under the old saying, "The customer is always right." I would not be in this situation 2 days before the closing of my house.

Rented a PODS container as recommended by a relative, to store furniture from living room, dining room and family room. Container was in good condition. Excellent customer service. Would use them again.

efficient and timely

PODS was great at both ends. Picked up and dropped when they said they would, everything arrived as expected.

While they were able to get the pod into a small area, there had definitely been some major movement of my pod as several items had shifted sideways inside even though it was reasonably secured.

Delivered and picked up on time, for a lot less than paying for a moving company. Thank you PODS!

Very affordable and did a wonderful job!

Convenient for the need to move out and have items in storage before I could move into my next place. Logistics were easy to schedule online and support staff helpful in confirming times. Be cautious that the POD needs a space larger than the POD itself as the delivery/pickup require moving space and that the POD won't be in climate control so pack accordingly to not have melt worries.

Very easy and efficient. They let me know when I could expect them days before. They were right on time.

I have used PODS in the past, so I was familiar wit the process. The container was very clean. Customer service was a little complicated, but they were just trying to help by presenting my options. The PODS delivery was smooth and fascinating to watch. Would I use them again? I already have.

Disclaimer: The rating I provided isn't accurately correct, as I can't exactly provide a "true" rating just yet (as I scheduled my POD to arrive in NYC 7 days after the pick-up date from Tampa). However, the container drop off was on time and I did receive a 1hr courtesy call in advance. If all does goes well (pray), then I will update my PODS rating to "Excellent" (from Average). The Pods company are very accommodating and very helpful with their suggestions n our needs, they are patient with you for they understand how frenzy this time can be, would definetly use them again!!!

PODS did a great job, delivered container as promised, gave a 3hr window night before then called next day to narrow it down to the hour.

Three hour delivery window makes it difficult to schedule help.

PODS provided efficient service and the POD was placed exactly where i had instructed. There was a bit of miscommunication on the rental of the moving blankets (they were not provided with the delivery of my pod and when I called to find out what happened I was advised they ran out of blankets and they would refund me. Then they told me I could submit a new order to purchase them, although I only wanted to rent them so I went out and found them cheaper somewhere else just days before my move).
