PODS is fantastic. They call when they are going to deliver the POD and when they will pick it up. No complaints yet....we'll see when they deliver it to my new address.

I received a call prior to the PODS unit beginning delivered. The driver recommended that I storage the PODS in a different direction to make the loading much easier. I appreciated the advice.

Quick delivery, but I they lost my pick up date and now I have to wait for four days for them to come pick up the POD.

We had our movers from Corrigan (fantastic) move half our contents into PODS. PODS was on time and very easy to work with. Everything worked as planned.

The process worked as expected. This was our first time using PODS.

The PODS were BRAND NEW, clean and the drivers were AWESOME when dropping off & picking up the containers - we used 5 in various stages.

I will use PODS again. We moved far and it was comparable to renting a truck and doing it ourselves only without the hassle.

Hire A Helper sent 2 young men to move contents from my home to a Pod. They did an Excellent job in nearly half the time I had them hired for.

Although it is expensive, the concept was perfect for the type of move we required. Really enjoy the process of delivery and removal of the containers. I would use them again.

PODS Container delivered our container on time. The container was very clean. The driver was excellent and took the time and effort to put the container in the location we needed to easily load the container. We would definitely use PODS Container again.

PODS Container services exceed my expectations of a moving company! My family is military and we move A LOT. PODS made this stressful time a little less stressful for me. They were very flexible when our dates kept changing and took exceptional care of our belongings from NH all the way to TX. Not a single item in our container was damaged over the 2,000 mile move! Thank you PODS!

The best way to go. Can pack or unpack at your own pace. I had packed the POD well so no breakage. The items in the POD moved very little. There was a little glitch in communication for where the PODs were stored, but the agent worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem.

Showed up on time or early on all three days. Driver on the first and second days did not help load the POD, but was helpful in suggesting how to load the container when we started before the helpers showed up.

Due to the nature of our move, we were forced to use a storage and transportation service. PODS website is rudimentary, and much of the communication must be done over the phone if you're moving a long distance. I have spoken to a few different representatives and never receive consistent information.

PODS did a good job communicating and being on time. Their employees were very professional.

PODs is really efficient and accurate with delivery and pick-up. No fumbles. My only complaint is with their 1-800 customer service. It seems that updates that are made on the phone sometimes don't save in the system. You have to check your account after the changes are made to make sure. Overall very satisfied.

Drivers were great & do impressive work alone & under some duress (on a narrow one-way street). But 3-hour arrival windows were off. At both drop-off & pick-up, arrival was 30+ minutes after that window. Don't tell me early morning if it's going to be late morning or almost noon. zzzzzzzzz

LOVED my PODS experience so far! They delivered it right where I wanted it and moved it so the door was facing the right way. The drop off and pick up were super easy and the delivery man showed me how to lock it properly. Will definitely use PODs again.

I've had a great experience with PODs 9yrs ago so used them this time too. This time though I'm have 2 PODs stored in the warehouse for a few months. The delivery/pickup ladies were fabulous. The PODs are in good condition and dry inside!

Was on time and everything was as advertised.

They were on time, listened to me when I suggested placement of containers, and were very polite. Pickup of containers was just as efficient.

They delivered when expected and picked up when I asked. They dropped the Pod when and where I asked. I chose them because my son recommended them and I'm glad he did.

only concern: POD was tipped a bit (to let rainwater flow from roof) when picked up. I was reassured that PODS.com did not tip or transfer containers with any kind of forklift.

They were always on schedule and the pod was clean. However, they ensured that my items would fit and it was no where close. I had to rent a uhual and move the other half of the house by myself.

Customer service was good. I overestimated the size of the container I used. I would use them again.

PODS DELIVERED AND PICKED UP THE PODS AS SCHEDULED. THE PODS WERE IN GOOD WEATHER-PROOF CONDITION.

the pod worked very well. The only problem I had was getting thur on the phone. Long wait time. I did try to use the computer service but there was a problem. Over all I would use them again.

PODS was great, showed up on time and all our stuff was exactly as we left it.

So far so good! I have only had it delivered, I have not been through the pick-up or storage phase yet. It was a little dirty when I got it, but nothing that a good sweeping couldn't fix.

Made our move hassle free!

Have only done the initial container drop-off and pick-up when filled in Denver at this point, but I anticipate equally terrific service and courtesy when I have the container delivered to the Chicago metro area. PODS was cost-effective and much more convenient than I'd anticipated...would definitely consider using them again for a move, local or cross-country.

Pick up time changed without notifiying me the night before. This was a problem, because I was in another state at the time. If I have known the night before, I would have allowed more time to get up to Maryland from Virginia. All worked out at the end and the workman was very nice about it.

So far so good. So far it's only been loaded.
