Absolutely the easiest move we have ever experienced.

We used a POD because we were moving so far away.

Loved Pods! We moved to a different state over a few months and Pods was excellent for us!!!

The cost was reasonable but they did not supply the items they indicated when the order was placed. When they delivered the POD, there were no blankets, ropes, or combination lock, and the driver had not of therse items. This was contrarry to what I was told when I placed the order. The driver did go and return with blankets but I had to make a last minute trip to have ropes and the combination lock available when the loaders arrived the next morning.

I found the PODS service quite reasonably priced although they do have some flaws in their scheduling system. When a customer requests something they should receive what they desire. I requested two 16 foot PODS to be delivered on the same day. They waited until the day prior to claim they had a scheduling error and had to split up the delivery over two days. This created undue hardship and forced us to change our move out timeline and an added expense of paying for movers one day.

The delivery was exceptional

Our items were completely intact. Nothing came broken.

This was the perfect solution to our moving needs. Jesse from PODS picked up our loaded container and was so helpful in explaining how the interstate move would happen.

Pick up and delivery excellent. Responsivee to phone calls. Information via texts and emails sometimes didn't match.

Wonderful experience with PODs and the loaders and unloaders. Highly recommend this for anyone moving.

POD was an excellent choice as we only needed to move 2 bedrooms outdoor furniture. some tools and about 20 storage bins

PODS is a great way to move! Very punctual, helpful, courteous and went over and above to make my move worry free.

I had to call them SO many times to make adjustments to our move (my own fault, not theirs). From changing dates, to changing sizes, to adding an additional POD, they were always so accommodating and kind.

PODS was great and would probably use them again. Locally in Georgia and TN, they have been great!

PODS was great and every time I called which was quite often, everyone was wonderful. The only complaint I have is being misguided in the beginning about what size POD I needed to get. I was very specific about the size and amount of furniture to be moved and told 1 16 ft container would be enough. We ended up having to get 2 more.

The California group was excellent and move was easy with excellent scheduling. Unfortunately Round Rock, TX on the receiving end was horrible. The shipment was a week late trying to schedule drop off to our home was a week later with the availability. Then pickup of the empty POD was even worse. The container had to sit in my driveway for 13 days as that was the earliest pickup available when the POD finally arrived in TX. Not only that but after being told twice when I called in that I wouldn’t be charged for another month of storage. But of course I was even being a week late arriving and two weeks in my driveway??? Really charge me rental for being in my driveway. When I called the supervisor who should have been able to review prior calls assuring me of no extra charge would not refund the $259.00 month’s rental/storage. POD’s seems to have a racket going on. I would never recommend the location in Round Rock, Texas. Horrible customer relations.

Great size, although I wish the 12 ft was available long distance…

Very professional, clear and answered questions honestly. I would book them again. In addition to the 1000 square feet in our walkout apartment we had a lot of boxes and some furniture in the upstairs garage.

All seems well so far. My pod hasn’t arrived as yet.

Pods is the only way to move.. I have used them twice, and even recommended to my family who used them as well recently.

Ordering the POD was very simple. I figured out halfway through loading that I would need another POD in very short notice and they pulled through. The customer service is fantastic as well.

Drop off and pick-up was right on schedule.

PODS booking agent was knowledgeable, follow up emails were timely, website had useful information and container size was just right.

Loved the PODzilla and the driver Jodi. She was prompt and careful of the surrounding trees and lawn.

PODS drivers excellent. Savannah PODS did poor communication on pickup of filled container. Picked up day late, no phone call. Shipped to OH was delayed, Sav does not work Sat. Delivery date in OH was delayed because of shipping delay again no explanation. Only received emails no phone calls because main PODS did not inform Sav or OH of phone # change. sav

Great cost effective way to safely store your home furnishings when the need arises. The Storage unit was delivered on time as promised and was thoroughly impressed by the drivers ability to maneuver the “Podzilla” into position in our driveway.

PODS is a great way to go for moving. They did an awesome job and were very professional.

Wanted to order an extra 8’ pod also, reservationists said I didn’t really need it. Ended up having to get a U-Haul and hiring people to unload.

Everything worked out great

Arrived on time, picked up on time.

The Pod was delivered to our home, set in front of the garage so it made it easy to load it.

Very organized and professional.

Overall experience is good - Although the suggested POD size was not large enough to hold all the items we had to store and transport so I incurred additional expenses that I was not expecting to spend.

Tony delivered and picked up our first POD. He notified us in advance of arriving. He was particularly concerned about our landscaping. He placed our POD exactly where we needed it. When he came to pick it up, he noticed that I had not locked it properly and showed me how to do it.

They told me they could not do a drop off and pick up on the same day but said they could drop off on Monday then pick up Tuesday afternoon which would have been perfect but they do not offer you an choice of times. I had to change my pickup day to a day two days away due to this "misunderstanding"

Their communication was outstanding and they were on time both for drop off and pick up on both ends of the move. They should make a short film of how the container is loaded and off-loaded to the truck - everyone (friends, family and neighbors) just stopped and watched - it is fascinating.
