Everything was on time and as explained. Online booking process was excellent, great support and premium service.

So far we have not completed our move. We are going to use their storage and make the final move when our house is completed. The move will be around 2000 miles.

The person that dropped off our pod did not drop off smoothly. It was lowered on a severe angle and bounced a few times. When we opened the pod the strap was loose and items were moved. Upon unloading some items were broken including an antique cabinet.

They were very good about letting me know when they were coming. Only had a issue with my delivery because of snow and ice in drive way... and my lawn got tore up a bit.. not their fault... it was slippery with first snow.

So far, very professional.

PODS is a nightmare to work with. They moved my stuff from Illinois to Tennessee without my permission. We were storing in their storage facility in IL. We called to get an estimate and PODS just moved our stuff without permission. They also tried to fraudulent bill my credit card after they were instructed on the phone and in writing not to do so. I would never use them again.

Bill, POD delivery driver was so awesome, asked alll the right questions.

Had some problem with scheduling delivery and removing the POD from new location.

Doing OK so far (dropped off, pick up on time). Estimate of 13 days for 1300 miles is too long. Hopefully will be sooner?

PODS were right on schedule with everything and kept us updated on delivery and pickup schedules. They even provided great suggestions for companies to load and unload the POD.

The overall service was fantastic - PODs was what I needed to complete my move. However, the initial quote process was not thorough and I got a slightly smaller POD than I should have. The initial drop off also had some difficulties with the driver calling out, however the mechanic that stepped in did an amazing job! PODs was always responsive to questions and everything happened and cost what it was reported to. No hidden fees, no hidden agendas.

Dropped it on time, picked it up on time, was delivered on time, so easy to use and very economical!

All the PODs operators were courteous, friendly and helpful. They keep us in the loop as far as delivery and pickup times.

Very difficult to communicate with them. I had to do same day pick up and they were unable to help me get a narrower delivery time so I could coordinate movers. The movers pulled it off and saved the day. It can’t be that difficult to accommodate same day pick up if you offer it. When I reserved the pod, they assured me it would be fine and I would get a one hour delivery frame. That was a lie.

PODS is awesome I have used them a few times over the years

The PODS guys were very friendly and quick at both ends. The POD was big enough for 1 person, 1br apartment. Moving was efficient due to PODS shipping my things, especially for the cost it was phenomenal!
