I wasn't sure about Pods, but this has been one of my best moving experiences!

So far excellent. The truck arrived on time with a very friendly driver. Watching the truck move the POD to the space was a real experience. Now we wait for the POD to be delivered to the new location. Will need to review again.

POD arrived during the time allocated, driver (Jeff’) spotted the unit exactly where we wanted it, all done smartly and quickly. Impressive.

So far so good! Haven't received the POD yet to new address, but the loading went very smoothly.

PODs is an excellent alternative to hiring a moving company to get your personal goods cross country. The PODs personnel online, telephone, and truck delivery drivers were all very friendly, professional, and kept in communication with us the entire journey. If I had one thing that was not perfect would be the billing which got alittle mixed up between the two PODs we ordered. I had to follow-up to insure the that the second POD would be delivered on the date I requested as that information was dropped off the original order. All was immediately corrected and the POD was delivered on time.

When the dropped of the pod to fill, they were a few hours outside the delivery window, but they picked it up on time. They also arrived on time at the destination.

POD delivery etc were excellent but storage box had no ropes etc to tie down goods.

The PODS were delivered when scheduled - transported across the country in a timely fashion and delivered to our storage facility when promised.

Difficult to deal with them on the phone.

Flexible with drop off date and pick up circumstances. Applied discounts when able. Helpful recommending local movers familiar with loading and settling characteristics of the container. Storage cost after the main move (included in quoted total cost below) was excessive and necessitated a subsequent local move into a more affordable ground storage location.

Everything was on time. Great communication the whole time.

The company was excellent, efficient, and timely, and the staff was very courteous.

I requested 10/4/24 for drop off and 10/7/24 for pick up. When I received confirmation it was 10/5 and 10/9. I was unable to change it

Stuff fell and we had a hard time getting open after they moved it. Also it was put in the new place backwards then how I wanted it. I had even explained it to the drive less than an hour before.

PODS has been super-helpful and easy to work with the whole way. I still have one more POD to go, but so far I've been totally satisfied with the service I've gotten.

Easy and straightforward services. Very convenient and did the payment plan as well. If I plan on moving in the future, I will definitely use them again.

Had one driver that didn't know how to run the machine, then had one that let me know he was picking up my container at the storage but didn't bother to even knock on the door so I could tell him where to put it and of course the put it in the wrong place. I did have one good driver out of the 5 so far.

DO NOT USE PACK RAT!!! I hired them and they did not show up and no communication. PODS came in and save the day!! Great communications and they showed up when they were supposed to. Saving. a couple of hundred DLLs NOT worth it. Go with PODS!

I was very impressed with how easy it was to book the POD and how easy it was. They made what could have been a stressful situation of moving out of SoCal, having to wait until I can move into my new apartment in NorCal, and storing my stuff.

The PODs were delivered on time and with care even after moving from one state to another.

The use of the POD was very smart for our in-place needs during renovations.

PODS service was pricey, my only complaint was that our physical move from location A to B was only 18 miles, but PODS measured from their warehouse facilities. So when our POD was transferred from A to B it totaled more than 50 miles and caused us to be a Long Distance Move, thus additional cost. This was unfair in our opinions. Otherwise PODS personnel was very prompt, courteous and accommodated our changing delivery schedules.

Our driver was fantastic. We live in an apartment complex and the manager made us move the POD after it was down. He cheerfully complied with the managers request.

Very tight packaging, made opening door very difficult. One upside down quilted chair had the fabric contacting the floor, which ended up getting wet upon unloading. Some scratches on wood end table. There was no plastic wrapping around anything, but that was possibly my fault, since there was little left of it (I had to purchase enough of it for 5 pods) by this last pod.

The POD's experience was very good.

PODs provided excellent Customer Service on the telephone, great instructions, and have always answered several phone calls after receiving our POD Containers.

A little too many days from drop to drop, but it was a holiday weekend, and we were inn no hurry to receive.
