Using the Hire-A-Helper, definitely made the POD experience easier. The drivers were all very accommodating, communicative and friendly.

Excellent if PODS did not charge me more than agreed upon. I will review PODS charge and come back to update.

The techs that work the PODS in and out of place did exactly what I requested as far as placement and they made sure I knew how to open ad close it before they left.

This was needing to be a quick move. I did most on the phone with PODS at first to explain my timeframe. They worked with me backwards meaning the dates I wanted the PODS delivered to unload came first and then we came up with the dates the empty PODS would be delivered. This worked perfectly for a very smooth transition.

Pick up with city service was great. I used 2 movers to load an 8 x 8 container in 1 hour. A downside of the storage aspect was that everything was packed so there was no way to access anything in between when the container was picked up in one city and dropped off in a small town 2 months later. The drop off was horrible. They don’t give you the arrival window until the night before (so I was scrambling to get movers set up) and then when the truck arrived they said I didn’t have enough parking spaces reserved even though 2 spots was enough previously. And they won’t pick up for 3 days???!!! On top of that my delivery date was 1 day into the next month for storage and instead of prorating it by the day they charged me for the full month. Not using again. Total cost for 8 x 8 POD: $600 transport fee + $1200 storage fees for 2 months + $150 delivery fee

The phone service was always handled professionally. The driver arrived on time and did his job professional. I had a little problem getting the container open; however, the movers was able to assist me in getting the container open.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Pods. Absolutely wonderful!

Driver arrived on time, placed the 2 containers on the desired area as close to each other as possible (there were cars in alternate spots). Respectful, businesslike in demeanor.

The pod delivery at house was tight quarters and low trees. They were careful as they could be. Sometimes pods are tilted at angles as they are raised and lowered. Contents can shift..

When I realized I had ordered the wrong size POD, they were quick at picking it up and bringing me the correct size.

This is the 3rd time I have used PODS and I have never had a problem. The delivery drivers are always friendly and careful when situating the POD and arrive on time.

Nate (Nathaniel Carr) was excellent. He assisted us and was mindful of the time so we wouldn't get charged extra. He showed us how to work the lift and also helped get the items to the lift in addition to ourselves

Lived up to our expectations

There are two pickups at each location (the move-from location and the move-to location). PODS has met their scheduled time/date for one of the four. The PODS container has been empty and sitting in my driveway for four days now and I just received an email saying that it won't be picked up for another five days. I am not sure if it is coincidental that the first delivery was the only one that was on time, but it sure feels like once they have you locked-in to their business, they no longer care. Also, their customer service is a call center overseas with no ability to transfer to someone who can actually help. That is anything but service.

The PODs company was very dependable always on time for dropping off and picking up containers.

Timely and clean POD delivery everything so far has gone without incident.

A very favorable experience...good communication and the move went as planned. PODS were clean and easy to load. Online customer service generally worked very well. We would use them again.

Really liked working with them. They were helpful and flexible. My only issue is that there pricing structure and how they describe it is complicated. Because I had 3 pods on 3 days, I kept getting bill after bill and email after email.

I appreciated the flexibility in changing dates, having multiple pod delivery dates, and relying on short term storage
