Kept us informed, arrived timely, and did their very best to avoid damage to our lawn, driveway and goods in storage.

The space was very tight that he had to back into and he just missed the top of the gas line.

Super shady company. Hidden charges if you want same-day pick up of the unit, even when they tell you that your booking includes drop off/pick up of the unit and return to the storage unit (I booked to store the unit at their facility for one month, which they charged me for but then didn't arrange for). My bed frame also got broken in the move of the unit.

Somewhat difficult-to-use website and invoicing (not easy to understand/decipher); talking with someone doesn't help (they use the same system). Delivery driver was terrific. Not yet picked up or transported, so review is limited to period from order to delivery of empty PODS.

Container size worked well. Excellent customer service during scheduling and pick-up and deliveries. I would definitely use them again.

Came a little later than expected. Pod was clean and size they recommended was adequate.

The pod holds more than I thought, delivery and pick up was on time, still waiting for the unit on the other end, I expect everything will go smoothly and as expected.

Ok company but their truck "broke down" the day they were to pick up my container ans so it delayed my entire move by 1 to 3 days. Likely won't use again.

This was a pack, store, and redeliver. Everything came back in the pod just like it was when it left. No damages. Very happy.

delivery was a hassle and they almost did not deliver it til a week after it was scheduled - they do not inform you of the fact that although they advertise for it to go in the street it is not allowed in the street and delivery guys will not put it there. - i ordered 3 blankets received one. When they delivered it to the new home instead of take the time to adjust the direction of the container due to the landscape they just dropped it down - causing us to take an hour to open the door.

Pod was delivered timely - has not yet been transported to storage facility.

The containers were clean, the drivers who delivered them to our home were efficient and courteous, and our furniture arrived in excellent condition.

Very easy and affordable way to move across the country

This was an easy process and affordable. It is smart to have the pod delivered one day and have the movers come the next day, so you don' t have to worry about coordinating.

So far very satisfied, not finished yet but have used previously and we were very happy with service.

Nice POD. Good company. They didn't explain to me however that different pods open differently and my opening was wrong and in the back of the parking spot instead of facing out. Also forgot the lock I purchased.

Great logistics department and great customer service. A good option for moving on a budget. My only complaint is that the container is not "8' x 8' x 16'" as stated. Internal dimensions are actually 7'4" wide, ~7'6" high and 15'10" long. The width really killed me because I was counting on stacking 5 large boxes across (18" wide each) and spent two weeks packing for this scenario. But because the width was less than 7'6" I could only get 4 boxes across.

PODS have been wonderful to work with. They show up on time. The drivers are friendly and very efficient. We would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

The Pod was pretty much as expected, clean and fresh, ready for use. Communication was good via auto response emails. When talking to staff on the phone they were polite and knowledgeable. The Pod arrived within the time window allotted and the driver was very professional. I would use Pods again.

This is the second time we have used PODS. Great both times. Prompt service, clean equipment. Fair and upfront about their pricing-no hidden fees.

They did an okay job trying to get the POD out of a busy street (although I did have to leave work early to stand in 2 parking spaces). I would recommend that if anyone has to reserve a POD container to reserve at least 2 parking spots on a city street - not just one. The PODS truck has to have enough space to back in the POD to the one parking space. I thought they could just move the rig horizontally and pick it up like a sanitation truck. The guy who dropped off the POD in Baltimore was very reasonable in getting the POD parked in to the loading dock of an apartment complex.

This was our first move that we had to do ourselves. We always had corporate moves. It was a great experience from the clean container,booking,delivering and pickup!

So far, I am just in the packing and pick up stage, but so far I have been very pleased.
