They arrived when promised and were clean. Customer service was great.

Very efficient and convenient operation to get the PODS delivered and picked up.

Delivery was on time but they require tons of room to deliver the pod. We didn't get the supplies we ordered requiring an extra trip to go buy them. We also are waiting a week for them to come get the pod to put it in storage. Not great.

The pod worked very well. Predicted delivery/pickup times did not work out (truck arrived later than we were told in all cases), but overall the service is good. I would use again. It's slightly tricky timing truck arrival for 4 hour New York City PODS packing window against arrival time of hired helpers.

He was very polite and put the pod exactly where we needed it. We used it because our friends and a relative used pods. They were very pleased so we figured we would hire them. We're not sorry that we did.

Other than a small hitch when the POD was delivered at the origination point they did an excellent. I received confirmation of the delivery and pick up times. I was given a window each time and then a call from the driver when they were close to the destination. The items in the POD arrived in good condition. I have no complaints and would recommend them.

Great price for my long distance move. Cheaper then U-haul and driver/ gas was included so their was no surprises in the cost. Got a discount online also.

We are renting a POD for a month. Costing us about $500 for the big one, it's well worth it for us as we have two weeks before we can get in our new place. It only holds most of our furniture so if doing a whole house you'll need more than one for sure. The two men that we've had interaction with when dropping off and picking up our pod so far have been incredibly nice! Would use pods again but hopefully we won't be moving again soon :)

PODS is excellent for moves. I moved from San Francisco, CA to Boston, MA and everything arrived on time and as expected, all of my things intact. Customer Service is incredible and puts the customer first. A great alternative to other moving companies and also offers storage in the POD.

On time, positioned just were we wanted it. My only complaint is that I received four different prices for the same thing by four different phone operators. I think they should make their pricing easier to calculate (especially when giving a discount) and their invoice as well.

They delivered within the service window, and called before they showed up. They helped search for the best place to put the POD and were patient and helpful.

Everything from booking to storage of the pod for couple of months, redelivery and pickup of POD went smoothly. Nothing arrived damaged or broken. Very happy!

I ordered the POD it arrived when they said it would. I changed my pickup date 3 times due to my closing on my new home being changed and the painters taking a little longer then we originally planed on. Never had a problem rescheduling etc. They picket up the POD when I asked and moved it to the new place and then picked it up on the scheduled date for pick up without a hitch.

Best way to move!!! I hired PODS to move from NJ to MA. Then I had to hire a local moving truck to move items within the PODS into the city (Boston). My local moving truck, Bell Air, did a fantastic job and I'd highly recommend them (out of Dedham, ask for Nick).

PODS made my move so hassle free! With the loading and unloading companies recommended by PODS I had flexibility and assurance it would be done correctly.

We are very pleased with all aspects of the Pods container experience. Packing ourselves gave us the flexibility we needed as we prepared for the 12 hour move. Customer service excellent and extremely helpful and accommodating when changing dates for delivery and re-delivery of containers. Would definitely recommend this service.

The price and convenience were great. The customer service was great. Down side, one of the drivers who did a pick-up was anything but gentle with the container and banged it around quite a bit. They advertise a gentle move and lift system, but make sure you heavily wrap your furniture as the system is only as good as the operator.

The PODs were a more economical way to go. However it is a bit more inconvenient when it comes to getting them placed. Plus the two I got were older and difficult to open and close.

Easy to use, everything was on time and simple.

I had a lot of broken things. I was not there but my sister-law saw the pod miss the turn and made a very sharp turn into the road. When the movers tried to open the pod a lot of things were against the door.

A great company to use for moving and storage. Extremely flexible

Delivered and picked up on time from where I was moving. It did take 2 days longer to get to the city where I was moving, but since I hadn't finalized where I was going to live yet it wasn't an issue. The container was delivered to me when I needed it, where I needed it, and was picked up as scheduled. I would use PODS again.

Pods always drops off and picks up on time. I highly recommend them.

The POD was very clean and I love the transparent roof that lets in so much light. It packed well and we have had no problems with it thus far.

I wish there was a larger option available. Distance from my POD was reasonable.. Container was in good condition. Customer service was excellent. Using POD for storage was easier than traditional storage containers. I only had to pay for someone to load my valuables initially, then when I was ready for my valuable I only pay to have them unloaded vs. load and unload for traditional storage containers. The company picked up there container when stated. I would use this company again.

Okay. Difficult to get in the phone. Often mistaken about previously agreed items.

The POD was not in great condition and the wood flooring made moving furniture around difficult. The men who delivered the PODs in both places were very helpful and went out of their ways to instruct me and be sure I was satisfied.

Customer service was excellent, they were patient and helped me to pick the right Pod for me. Pods are a great idea especially for me because I need a temporary place to store my furniture until my new construction was completed. I would recommend Pods to everyone!
