Using a POD was perfect for this move. My only disappointment was the delay between when it was loaded and when it could be delivered to my new address - about a week. Also, the driver who dropped off the POD originally told me I ordered it backwards. No one asked me what direction I wanted it when I ordered so be sure you specify. The only things in the container are a few O-rings on some beams. No other supplies are provided.

This is the second time we used PODS. The first time was a move of two homes from Washington State to California. They were so good we hired them to move items from our homes to temporary storage. Both times we would rate them as excellent and there is no doubt that we would use them again.

This all worked out very well for us and our belongings all fit into the container with the expert packing of the Hire -A Helper.

Convenient and great customer service.

PODs was ideal for our situation. They met timelines, and both picked up and delivered when they said they would. We thought that the cost was a bit high.

PODS was great. The POD was delivered on time, picked up on time, and transported on time.

The PODS units did what they were suppose to do. Load, store, and transport household items to the next destination. The PODS drivers do a good job. They key is to get good loaders/packers. When you hire loaders/packers, you will need to provide all the pads, ties downs, etc. If you protect the furniture correctly, it should arrive ok. My items arrived in better shape than my friends who paid a professional moving company to do it all.

There was a 11-day gap between closings and POD is the perfect way to go. They bent over backwards when I had to order a 2nd one on the spur of the moment. This is the 2nd time I've used them in less than 2 years.

Our PODS are in route from FL to CO. The pickup in FL was very good. They were prompt and friendly.

So far we are pleased with POD. The delivery was was done efficiently and carefully. Make sure you understand how the placement of the POD is done so that they can put it on their truck correctly (where you want the opening etc... of the POD)

Slow transport service. Expect to wait a while for your stuff. Drivers are professional and good at dropping/picking up pods however.
