No tools to move with such as straps. I supplied a dolly to assistance with moving larger/heavier furniture.
Was charged for 3 hours but only worked 2 hours and there was no way to correct the issue on the phone when you can't talk to a human being.

Good communication. The got the work done within the 2 hour reservation window. Pleasure to work with! Would recommend the team to others needing assistance with a truck load/unload.

The guys showed up on time. They were super friendly and kind to the kids and the dog. Our home has super challenging stairs that they took in stride. Everything was handled carefully and nothing was damaged. Each guy had a role and worked together seamlessly. Awesome job!

Royal Lion movers were the best. They were professional, and worked very efficiently to ensure all my items were packed without a ding, drop or tear. They even stayed over the allotted time. I would definitely recommend Royal Lion. The 5 star reviews are real which is hard to find when dealing with moving companies.

The move team was very organize in their performance of the move project from the loading point to the unloading destination.

I drove a 26 ft U-Haul truck with full load of stuffs there and hired 3 professional helpers from Elite Movers for 3 hour duration to unload my stuffs to a 2nd floor apartment. I am glad I chose them because of multiple reasons:
- they notified me prior of their arrival
- they were polite and respectful. My son and I also helped carrying our own stuffs, and every time I passed them, they always offer their help by just simply saying "Are you OK, Sir?", or ""Are you good, Sir?". And if they pass us when carrying our stuffs, they always say "Excuse me". Simple things like that.
- they worked fast. The actual unloading activity itself took about 2 hours and 15 minutes. In addition, I counted we took around 15 minutes from the time they called and informed me they had arrived until we could actually meet and I needed to move my truck to a closer parking spot.

I recommend them for people trying to find professional helpers to load/unload their stuffs and will most likely use them again in the future. Thank you to the helpers to helped us and made our move easy.
