They did a great job!

The POD drop off and pick up were remarkably easy, and the staff was friendly and professional.

The PODS customer sales rep I worked with over the phone was kind and patient and gave me transparent info. Unlike the U-Pack relocubes dude who was rude as heck!

The driver who moved the pod to my new home was called Angel - and he was an angel. The spot was very tight and he fit the pod in perfectly and I am very grateful to him.

Very happy with my PODS experience. Their scheduling and customer service were great. Everything happened on time as planned. I have moved multiple times over the past 14 years, but first time using PODS and it was better than all the rest. I would definitely use them again. The POD container was in good condition and the large one was the right side for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, basement townhome.

The biggest problem with PODS is how inflexible they are with having to change the delivery and pickup of the POD.

PODs will be moved to storage until a future time.

I was not able to have it picked up as soon as I wanted which costs me money and it is in the way. I won’t use them again even though the driver was a wizard and very pleasant.

Very pleased. Had to reschedule a couple of times and company was very courteous. It also provided periodic updates which were very helpful.

Based on a recommendation from a friend, my wife and I chose to use PODS Container for our move from Boston to Eugene, OR. We filled three POD and it worked out well for us because 1 POD contained what we would need for our apartment while the other two would go into storage in POD's Eugene storage facility to wait until we had found and purchased our new home. The whole move worked out perfectly. PODs showed on exactly when they said they would at every step of the move and we couldn't be happier. Also the cost of the move was most attractive to us given the other options we had. After this experience, I would use no one else for moving. We are completely satisfied with PODS services and performance during our move.

I originally ordered 2 PODs but only used one. Getting part of a refund for the second POD was very painful and I feel like it wasn't as much as it should have been. They also messed up the redelivery of the PODs and it was delayed by a day.

It is really frustrating to communicate with Pods. They need to work on their customer service. I was on hold for 45 minutes to get information about delivery. Pickup was a couple of hours later than I was told on the website.

The container performed as promised and the delivery/pick-up people were very effective. I will NEVER use POD again because the scheduling online was a nightmare and dealing with Customer (Dis)Service was the worst experience. Was on hold waiting for CS for 30, 40 and 60 minutes. When they answered they were not customer oriented. They read the company rules with no attempt at mediation. Had to threaten to contact CEO and FTC and still no satisfaction.

PODs did a great job of moving our belongings from Aiken, SC to Surfside Beach, SC.

We've been very happy with PODS. They have great customer service. Each driver we had was very courteous, they showed up on time and they took great care to put the pod where we wanted it without damaging surrounding trees or bushes.

Always good system to use when moving, but not cheap.

They were on time. They worked very hard and made my move from the Pod to our new home a breeze. Both men were very polite and took great care to make sure our furniture wasn't damaged moving into rooms. I would recommend this company for your move.

This was the best company for our 1,300+ mile move. The container door was in need of repair when given to us and unable to be serviced during our time of use. Customer service was a bit of a challenge with scheduling and payments of storing POD near home prior to relocation home. There were several date changes which caused multiple charges and credits to my credit card. Customer Service did their best to assist and resolve issues that system automatically enters based on agents entries/inquiries. Despite the issue with charges I would use PODS again as the onsite POD facility and customer service representatives do a phenomenal job as the face of the company.

The driver arrived on time for both drop off and pickup and called before arrival. He expertly maneuvered the pod exactly where I wanted it.

Gets the job done. Overall the move was easy. Only downside is you cannot choose your delivery window so you are stuck with the time frame they give you without the ability to change.

Havn't completed my move yet but, PODS is great. Clean units, efficient drivers, on schedule drop off/pick up. Only draw back is size they need a 20 ft pod.

Do not waste your time money and efforts to schedule if you use PODS! They are HORRIBLE! They do not show up when they ate scheduled no contact no resolution and no help to try and fix there mistake! Never again use anyone or anything for your move but DO NOT USE PODS!!!

PODS worked with us to make the move smooth. There were a couple of mix-ups in billing. PODS was able to figure it all out and corrected it.

I had 2 PODS and had 2 really wonderful men. They were competent in what they did. They made working the heavy machinery look effortless. The PODS were placed exactly where I had asked which made loading a lot more efficient for the packing crew. Fun watching these men show their competence in their jobs

perfect. everything went off without a hitch. Moved from Long Island to North Carolina. I was anticipating something to go wrong and nothing did. I was thrilled with the job they did from beginning to end.

Original move was great. Once they had our POD, the service etc tanked. It was a horrible experience. Would not recommend.
