They were there when promised and very professional drivers.

The pod delivery and pickup guys have shown great expertise and care to handle the pod in tight spaces, and leave room for access. These guys are truly the master craftsmen of moving.

I scheduled the pod to be delivered on March 31st. On March 30th, the pod was reassigned to April 10th for delivery. Through no fault of my own, I had to wait an additional 11 days for my furniture to arrive and be unloaded into my apartment. Very poor customer service.

Was only sent 16foot pod. I added a 7 ft. I needed 2 16 ft pods to handle 3 bedrooms and was not correctly advised.. we are having to move the rest of stuff tomorrow. Not happy. Will not recommend

Used 2 pods, 1 from Florida and 1 from Washington state to move. Besides a slight scheduling problem all was handled well.

PODS held out belongings for 7 months, allowed up to add items to the POD before they moved it, and delivered it right on time. Everything went like clockwork and the customer services reps were wonderful.

Using PODS was overall an excellent experience. There were issues with placing the pod at my house as what I was told on the phone proved not to be accurate. My house is on a very steep hill with a flat top by the garage, which while in theory was large enough (20' deep x 18' wide) for the POD to sit, the reality was the delivery truck could not hold the steep hill to leave the POD. So it ended up nearly 75 feet away down the slope, a long way when loading. A cautionary tale to be sure. But otherwise, almost everything arrived in perfect condition.

The PODS container was so easy to use. The driver, Howard, who brought the POD to our apartment in New York City was fantastic. You could tell that he really cared about helping us.

PODS has the best customer service. Drivers always called to make sure they had the door in the right orientation on the truck. That is important as the Podzilla is not overlay nimble to move the pod anywhere. They typically like to back the truck to the exact spot and drop it off there or move it just a little from that spot. We were able to get some of the pods moved to difficult positions, but always remember you need a lot more space around the pod that you would expect. Most of the people delivering were very helpful. The reason I did not give 5 stars is the pods are not always in the best of shape. Half have tie down bolts missing and there is no other way to tie down your load. I had two doors that did not work well. Some had weather guard at top and others did not. One door took 10 minutes to lock. One pod had a minor leak but nothing bad. The driver ripped the side open on an adjacent pod when delivering it leaving it open to the weather. No one called or attempted to cover then opening. Fortunately it was low and did not get a lot of water in. I would definitely use this company again, but for the cost, I expected very well maintained pods. Customer service is the best out there based on talking to friends who used other services.

PODs was very efficient in scheduling our move at a remarkable savings over full-service movers. They delivered on POD, as scheduled, during an ice storm and transported our belongings efficiently and safely to our new location. The closing on our house was delayed several times and PODS was extremely helpful and understanding in rescheduling the delivery of our POD to our new location.

The pod was delivered on 3/26/21, loaded on 3/27/21, then picked up on 3/29/21 and taken to storage until it is needed at the new house in about a month. The mileage question is n/a because we haven't moved yet.

We did not move our home. We loaded our own items in a 16' POD, sent to a POD storage facility in Compton. POD returned storage to our residence. We Hired Patriot One Movers located link from POD website) to unload from POD. (Large quantity of Electronics- test equipment and parts) *Be sure you tie down your load in the POD to secure properly! If you pack it yourself you have no insurance on damaged goods. Some boxes had been thrown around in the POD from back to front.

They were very knowledgable and walked me through the process, including if permits were needed. Other companies may have been cheaper, but I appreciated their customer service from the initial contact, all the way through their delivery drivers.

We selected PODS because we did not want to move ourselves but did not want our belongings to be moved from a small truck to a large truck to another small truck as is commonly done for long haul moves. The initial drop off and pickup was on time, professional, and proceeded like clockwork. We are expecting the same results for the final delivery and pick up next week.

Other than not having a lock for me that I had ordered weeks earlier and giving me about 20 minutes to figure it out before they showed up on my moving day, my move with PODS was a great experience. The driver was kind, stayed with the POD while the movers loaded it up and he was very helpful with operating the lift on the truck. It was a city move (NYC) so a slightly different process than other parts of the country. I haven't yet unloaded on the other end, so hard to say how well things went in shipping, but the loading process was great. Definitely would recommend them (but, be prepared with your own lock - talk about kicking off a move day with the worst kind of anxiety inducing phone call!)
