Pods is good if you have the space.

I had to change dates and sizes numerous times and each time the service techs were very helpful and pleasant. Price was worth it. The billing aspect is a little difficult to keep track of. I would rather have a pay half upon shipping or the whole amount up front

The POD transport and the men that dropped off were great. The only sketchy part was that the quotes were short by over $300 as they did not quote the taxes verbally nor on there website or on my account.

Terrible website and user interface but the POD was delivered on time and all items were intact.

I like the concept of PODs and the containers themselves were great. I’m able to load well and used 95% of the volume so maxed our value. I was initially overcharged and had to call after booking to get the deal I was originally promised which took several weeks to straighten. But they made good eventually. Overall I feel it is too expensive for monthly rentals, but the usual truck move and timing didn’t work for us so the cost was necessary. We did get access to the PODs several times before shipping and that went smooth, just had to schedule ahead a full day or two. I would maybe use them again if moving a far distance, but the cost gives pause for anything short term. And my new location limits street placement so is far less convenient than when I had a driveway to put them.

I felt like they were misleading about how much the Pod could pack. buyer beware and all that but i felt very mislead and I did ask several times trying to understand what size pod we needed. Now we will get another pod. The best thing about them is that they will move the Pod and store it. So I guess it all comes out in the wash, but stressful.

I have had nothing but trouble from PODS. They changed their delivery window, missed their delivery window, had inaccurate scheduling and availability information on their site, poor customer service. The drivers were friendly and helpful but that's about the only good thing I can say. I will not be using their service again.

We moved from CA to NV, and booked a 16 foot container. Our movers did a fantastic job filling it to the brim, but alas, it wasn't enough for all our stuff. In a frenzy, I called PODS and was able to secure a 7 foot container to be delivered the next day. Customer service was stellar all through the process. We stored our containers for about 2 months while waiting for our new house to be ready. It was easy to schedule the drop off, and both PODs were ready when our movers came to empty them. They were in really good shape, and our belongings were secure. Definitely recommend and will use if we ever move again.

I've moved myself many times over the years and will never do it again. PODS made everything so easy and helped me with the HireAHelper contact so I had the POD loaded and unloaded.

The packing company was awesome PODS was a while different story overall both companies was good.

Pods was recommended by a friend who used them to move interstate. From Nevada to Oregon, everything arrived in good condition. We'll certainly recommend moving with Pods.

They delivered on time

They were beyond great. We did move 2 uhaul trucks on or won just so we would have some comfort and convenience while we waited for our POD.

The doors are flimsy and not sure why they would not take better care and maintenance of them. They also messed up our order which made for extra spending since they weren't helpful in trying to correct the problem their team made.

PODS was very convenient for us, and they were professionals at every step in the process. Would recommend if you can fit your items into their containers. Pay no attention to the square footage and number of rooms we were required to provide. We got rid of a lot of stuff in order to fit the essentials into the container.

Great pick-up/drop-off experience. Arrival time matched estimate. Charged me for a lock they didn't provide (warehouse ran out), and the process from In-transit to final delivery could have been smoother.

We had 2 PODS delivered on different days & both were stuck shut and we had to call and wait or come back the next day for PODS to send someone to get them open. The drivers did not have any tools or tricks to get the PODS open. They eventually were able get them open but we were surprised that the company is not prepared for this since we could not be the only people that this had happened to. They need a better system to deal with troubleshooting. I would suggest finding another company that has doors that open out not a corrugated door that rolls up & can easily get jammed.

PODS container was bigger than needed

PODS is excellent for peace of mind, container arrived on time. Clean and ready to load, driver helped work the loading lift for the movers and secure the container when it was finished. Thank you.

Mike was on time and friendly. He explained what I needed to know and coordinated in a friendly manner with some tree movers who happened to be on my street at the same time. Really great experience.
